A wonderful and very cozy place! We were here for the first time and got a lot of positive emotions. Very tasty dishes, especially desserts! Friendly staff, special thanks to the head waiter for the gift cookies and tangerines!
Despite the fact that you can smoke on the bar, the extractor hood works amazing, and even at nearby tables there is no smoke!
Definitely 5 out of 5!

The name cafe de Paphos is more appropriate. It was like I was back at 90-00, since about that time I haven't seen so much senseless pathos on the waiters' faces. We sat down on the veranda, the table was dirty, the waiter did not even wipe it, brought napkins and pushed some of the crumbs away with them, probably this is a special etiquette, without which the pathos of this institution and the staff will not be appreciated. I didn't want to order anything in the kitchen, we ordered beer. The menu indicates 0.5. A bottle of 0.45 was brought and with an imperturbably pompous brick face, the waiter poured it into a glass. This makes the desire there even less. For all the short time that we were sitting there (about an hour), none of these pretentious figures came up and asked if we had anything else in mind/wanted.

I booked a table a week in advance, hoping for a pleasant festive evening. As a result, I got the feeling that I was on a food court, people were sitting next to two sides at a distance of half a meter, the waiter had to squeeze through and on the verge of balancing not to turn the dish on my interlocutor. The device accidentally fell - a replacement was not brought. The music is strange: a saxophone was announced (it's nice, good), but electric music was playing in the pauses (it's at 22 pm)... somehow the French fleur didn't work out.. there is a separate joke with the menu, they take it away without asking, they bring it after 7 minutes :) and it was very hot and stuffy, although they saw that the air conditioner was working, but the feeling was not wow :) all this has slightly improved the compliment dessert from the institution) I plan to catch the vibe of this institution in the afternoon, in the evening it is definitely not mine)

On January 1 , in the evening with the child , they asked for a non - smoking room and a decoration for the child .
Result:
Our request to decorate was forgotten
We ordered ice cream for dessert for the child, it was not brought, but it was included in the bill.
Some strange people sitting at the bar started smoking and the bartender did not even make a remark to them.
The waiters were constantly disappearing and forgetting everything.
Conclusion the owner needs to put things in order with the management, but for now it is not worth visiting this institution!

What can I say, it seems to be a decent institution, the attitude towards the guests was unpleasantly surprised. The only one I have no complaints about is the cook.
I'll start by saying that I booked a table a week before going to the restaurant, but despite this, my sister and I were put in the darkest corner at the most tiny, wobbly and uncomfortable table. They refused to change our place, explaining the refusal by the fact that there were no seats (although I personally saw two adequately positioned tables). We sat for an hour (there was no desire to stay there any longer) in pitch darkness, and only when we were about to leave, they deigned to put a candle on the table.
But we couldn't even get away without mishaps. Someone else's clothes were brought to us twice and, only on the third attempt, we received our own things. How is this even possible?! Despite the fact that we were given a number. And we waited for our things for more than 10 minutes.
I'm already silent about how unfriendly the hostesses greeted us... I will never forget those expressions. It feels like it's not the guests who came to the restaurant, but some homeless people.
We came to the restaurant to celebrate a very important event, but we received only negative emotions.

But the restaurant is not only the food, it's the atmosphere first of all, I lowered my rating for the smell of tobacco, which filled the non-smoking room, for me it's the smell of a cheap smoking room, not an expensive restaurant, ventilation clearly does not cope with its task. Somehow, the interior was not as beautiful as in the pictures, respectively. It seemed a little expensive, for the simplest dinner for one without alcohol to give more than 100 bel.r., Of the advantages is the staff, he is polite, attentive and efficient. As a result, alas, I did not find an acceptable price-quality ratio for myself.

Well, it's just Paris in the center of Minsk. Perhaps after the opening of this cafe in the center of Paris there was a vacant lot))). The atmosphere is great, the kitchen is even better! The interior and service are beyond praise. Unfortunately, I do not have the gift of eloquence like Louis de Funes and am not as charming as Gerard Depardieu, and therefore I cannot add anything more to the review. But I can take a great mood and a gastronomic orgasm, I'm not afraid of this word, from visiting this restaurant. 10 points on a 5-point scale. Keep it that way!

We went to this institution for breakfast. Our table was served by a comely young man, unfortunately, I don't remember the name. He was very nice, smiling and courteous. Only a pleasant impression remained.
The portions are quite large, I couldn't even master the whole shrimp scramble, but I couldn't help but finish the cheesecake, it's divine☺️
I definitely recommend this institution, every guest is sincerely welcome here.

The whole French company gathered - on the contrary, there is a resto-bar Mshel,
and a bakery cafe (with breakfast) - Paul,
and a lot of things, and in the courtyard opposite there is a cool stylish Pizzeria outdoors.

The bar is excellent (*for Minsk) in terms of assortment.
