I had a rest in early November. The sea is warm, the sun is bright, the underwater world is amazing, the mango is magnificent! That's what it was worth coming for.
The convenient location of the hotel on the main street and the beach is 2 minutes away!
The staff is friendly. The cleaning was sufficient, the sand did not crunch underfoot, towels were changed daily. Water is provided to the room at the entrance, and then please go to the store (there is an affordable price in the fixed price list).
The troika and Troika hotel. The room is without claims (after payment at the reception). But what is offered at the entrance is a tryndets with a shabby bathroom! They probably send everyone there to earn money.
Documents and valuables can be deposited in a safe at the reception - this is more reliable than a safe in the room.
The food will do. I liked pastries, citrus fruits, dates, salted cottage cheese, baked-stewed eggplant. Drinks without restrictions, beer is quite enough, the rest is so-so. For me, it's better to bring strong stuff with you. Coffee and tea are only in bags. Milk is often diluted. There is no coffee beans even in the paid bar.
The pool bar did not work, there was only a prop made of bottles of famous brands.
The beach is shallow, but there are a lot of fish, especially in the morning, when the sea is most transparent. It is necessary to go snorkeling 300-500 m to the beach of the Novotel, it seems, there is beauty. The hotel's beach is not to say that it is small, there are always free sun beds, but many are broken. There is no cleaning of the beach, only visibility, which is amazing compared to other hotels.
In general, we bought up, took pictures of the sea beauties, did not bother with the shortcomings and were satisfied.
Will I come here? Probably not, I would like something more comfortable. I was at Gafy a couple of years ago - it's better there, but I don't know how it is now.

We returned from vacation yesterday. We had a wonderful rest! I liked everything. The food is delicious and varied. There was chicken, beef, a lot of salads, cheeses, a lot of pastries, cakes, juices, drinks, etc. (not to list everything). Our room was 636 with a view of the pool. There is a hair dryer, liquid soap.... We rate the service excellent. Clean and well-maintained territory. A pool of different depths: for those who can swim and for whom like me))). The animators are great. Special thanks to them!!! They approach everyone on the beach and invite them to exercise. In the evening, when vacationers go to dinner, they are invited to Laialina for entertainment programs. We went to the beach through Layalina. The water is clean and warm. All the staff are very friendly. It's lively in the evening. There's music everywhere, lots of shops. There were no disadvantages for us. We were very satisfied!!!

3) the hair dryer is weak, overheats, the refrigerator almost does not cool
4) the furniture in the room is all shabby, as if the hotel was built in 1980. The sun beds are also terrible, wooden, nails sticking out in places, old mattresses

We had a vacation in February, I accidentally bought half board instead of all inclusive. The breakfasts are quite monotonous, but delicious. We went to the nearby cataract layalina hotel for dinners, the dinners are great, barbecue every evening. There is a limited selection of vegetables and fruits, a lot of desserts, pastries.
The beach is very close, as well as on the territory of the Layalin Cataracts. It is not windy, there is a sandy entrance, there is a pontoon, a small reef with fish. The water in February is invigorating. The animators are trying their best, beach volleyball and exercise. My sister really liked the massage on the beach. The sun beds are old, but the beach towels in the hotel are huge, you can make them.
The main advantage is the location. The beach is very close and the area is lively.
Lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies - everything is very close.
The plumbing in the rooms is very tired, my toilet paper holder fell apart, the shower was leaking. The beds are comfortable and there are cool balconies overlooking the pool.

11 common disadvantages- there are mosquitoes in the rooms (we took the remedy with us), only black tea (not tasty), instant coffee in bags (my husband did not like it), juices and milk are often diluted, the drink is poured by the staff except in the restaurant, a couple of doses per person in plastic cups, next to the hotel there is a nightclub that works 2 times a week until 3-4 a.m.- it is very bubbling (it is bubbling, words and music are almost inaudible), bottled water only when checking in 1.5 liters
12- flight – we were flying with a transfer in Turkey, when we flew there - they did not disembark us from the plane, they gave us a sandwich type (a bun with a piece of cheese and a wheel of bell pepper), when we flew back- we were transferred to another plane, but the transfer process was nervous - they dropped us off quickly said something in broken Russian It was only through questioning by English-speaking passengers that they somehow figured out where to go, then they began to sit in the same places on the plane and it turned out that there were no 33rd and 34th rows of seats in the cabin, but everyone was seated, they were half an hour late

Family vacation.
We had a rest in this 4* hotel from December 11 to December 21, 2024.
We were placed in the 7th building in room 707 only at 14:30, the air conditioner does not work for heating, it was cold in the room (this will be a problem in winter) the hair dryer in the room works for 40 seconds and turns off for 3 minutes, you can not dry your head normally! a pool of standing water forms in the bathroom after taking a shower.
The food at the hotel is monotonous, burnt chicken, sometimes they gave some kind of over-dried fish and meat 2 times
there were few vegetables, tomatoes were semi-green, fruits were finely chopped, water was given only in plastic cups, they did not allow you to fill a bottle, and this is for All inclusive.
The beach is small, the sun beds are terrible and heavy, 2 huge speakers with music were blaring! the entrance to the water is nice and sandy, but there are too many yachts in the sea. There is animation in the hotel, but it is excellent.
And the worst thing is that I was bitten by bedbugs in my room and was tormented by terrible itching. I discovered this on December 15. Lifting the mattress, the hotel staff replaced our room and pretended that the problem was solved. No one provided help; there is no doctor at the hotel! There was no guide, he wasn't going to show up even after complaining to the hotline.

In the 6th building in room 628, where we were overpowered, the shower door fell off, the fastener crumbled from rust, it was also cold there, the air conditioner did not work for heating, we ran through pharmacies all the rest in search of adequate treatment. In one pharmacy near the hotel, the pharmacist prescribed me injections for allergies to bedbug bites and said that hotel employees had come to him with bedbug bites before.

The biggest plus is the location of the hotel! And there is a beach nearby and on the main street! The rooms are dead, you can't look at a shower without tears. There are no hygiene products, you need to bring everything with you. My friends have changed the numbers many times, then the drain does not work, then the heat conditioner, then something else. I immediately paid $30 extra for the room I chose myself. There is a safe in the room, but it does not work (it only works at the reception). The rooms are cleaned with a bang, the floors are swept, but not washed. The pool is not heated, it is not possible to swim in it in January, at most they dived drunkenly for a couple of seconds. The pool itself already looks like a triple.

It's like a buffet, but the meat and fish are laid out by the chefs on a plate. The chicken is dry and, I read the reviews, mostly burnt. I don't know why, can't you keep a better eye on the cooking? In 7 days, there was beef 2 times - once goulash, and the other time small cutlets. From fruits- dates, and sour oranges- cut into 4-5 pieces, fodder melon, once there was a cut guava. In general, it's a so-so hotel. 4 ki is not close.

When I was alone, I began to look at everything: a room for 3 people, the windows overlook the fence.
But the bathroom is all old. It's scary to climb in there without slippers, and it feels like they didn't really clean up there before I checked in. There was a mirror in the soap. Of the detergents, only liquid soap. And then the most interesting thing is that there is a hole with muddy water next to the toilet and midges and beetles crawled there because of the dampness, of course).... It smelled damp. I ran to the reception - a guide came with me there along with a cleaner and began to explain that it just needed to be closed (they say that water should flow there)... And they're both standing there, probably waiting for me to close it. She began to demand a change of number, said no, and eventually closed this hole. It also turned out that the bathroom does not drain well, you wash almost knee-deep in water.
Half an hour later, because of my screams, they apparently brought 1 more small bottle of water and juice, and a snack.

No one has changed the beach towel in a week, it is not provided there. How is it? What kind of game is this? There would have been at least 2 of them for the shift, but they were taken away.

They ask for money for everything, even the cleaners have a brazen attitude. In the dining room, too, the attitude has changed (especially one teenager there in a white hat with a red stripe), not everyone of course.
