The best and most customer-oriented hotel in Protaras. The territory is gorgeous! The service is great! I've been here 3 times and I'm thrilled) By the way, there is a bus stop nearby and if you want, you can always get to Ayia Napa in 15-20 minutes.

We are here now, resting from 06/10/21 to 06/24/21. We are resting with our 3-year-old daughter. A great hotel, several levels with a grassy sunbathing area, very cozy, with sea views everywhere. The sea is clean, warm, the entrance to the sea is much better, sand. On the right (if with your back to the hotel), 50 meters away is a great beach with fine sand, for children, and for adults, it's a pleasure. The hotel staff is very friendly and friendly, trying in every possible way to please, there are enough Russian speakers. In the restaurant, the Administrator Angelius and his staff are very, very friendly, you don't have time to think, they are already nearby, what do you want, let's clean up, etc. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, not such a large selection, but everything that is, is very tasty. Meat, Chicken, rice, pasta, potatoes, fruits, dessert, ice cream of 8 types. The pools are very clean, there are plenty of sun beds, but we prefer the sea. On weekdays, there are very few people (Covid-19), damn it, but on Friday hordes of locals arrive to rest and at this time chaos begins, they sit and swim without a break, though they do not have lunch and have little dinner, but there are a lot of them and they are very noisy, but it is not very annoying, but creates discomfort. The sauna is not working, there are restrictions. To the gym by appointment.

It took us a while to fall in love with this hotel. But when we fell in love, we enjoyed the beauty of the territory, the azure sea and delicious food.
Good waiters and the whole hotel team. They always responded quickly to requests.
The rooms are not very fresh, the bathrooms should be washed more often.
The beach is close, the pool is great! The only inconvenient thing is that "all inclusive" does not apply to everything.

Excellent hotel, good location. 10 min by bus to the center of Protaras, 15-20 minutes to Ayia Napa. Clean beach, convenient access to the water. The beach itself is municipal, sun beds are paid, but a minute's walk on the green terraces there are hotel's own sun beds, there are many of them. The territory is not large, but very green, there are many cozy restaurants. The lights are burning beautifully in the evening. Breakfast is delicious, but every day is the same - porridge, watermelons, cheeses, sausages, scramble, etc. For dinner, cuisines from different countries - Cypriot, Mexican, etc. Of the minuses, the room cleaning is so-so. The hotel is good, I highly recommend it to those who travel with children, the territory is large, comfortable, green, the staff is responsive, there are Russian-speaking managers. The food is good. Cons: when cleaning the rooms, the floors are not washed every day, only the beds are made. After ordering drinks at the bar, receipts are not provided for signature, there were problems with payment at check-out (disassembly with orders). I probably would have come again. The bus stop to the center is nearby, but you can walk 20 minutes, taxi 7 euros, shop against.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are normal, we had a two-storey room and it was very hot and stuffy on the second floor. The food is disgusting. At the same time, cafes and restaurants in the industrial trade are very tasty. We concluded that it is definitely not worth taking meals at this hotel. The sea is very beautiful.

Antiseptics, masks are everywhere, every table is cleaned, decontamination of sun loungers. The sun beds are on the grass, so it didn't get too warm. We rested from 08/19/2021-2.09.21. In short, everything is in the hotel and restaurants and ice cream and a coffee shop overlooking the sea. The Spartakias view restaurant is located nearby, I recommend it to everyone. A wonderful hotel with its well-groomed territory, planned in such a way that you can stay anywhere, if you want to run on the grass, then there are sun beds on the green lawn near the pool, and a tier below, and next to the sea in the sand. The staff is friendly, the food is varied, European cuisine, clean cutlery, pleasant live music at dinner. Drinking water is a bit of a strain if there is no all-inclusive package, but we bought water at the supermarket and the problem was solved. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired, but after several complaints, the issue was resolved (thanks to our guide Alyona). And don't forget that the sockets in the rooms are European and an adapter is needed. The reception takes a deposit of 5 euros for it. But in general, the rest was a success! The sea is beautiful, thanks to the bay, you can dive and just get high because there is no wave at all! The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, and in fact there are a lot of couples with children, so it's noisy and fun everywhere)) Good children's animation in the evenings, minimum entertainment for adults.

A room with a sea view is a normal option, the view is beautiful. The bathroom is small and cramped. There is a dryer on the balcony, a table and 2 chairs, you can sit for lunch or drink tea after 12. The sun is still on the balcony before 12 o'clock, after that it is no longer there. There is a minus - they do not bring water to the rooms, the cleaning is so-so, they do not try, although they take tips) A lot of locals come on weekends, and there are a lot of people. The beach is normal, the sunbeds on the grass are free and comfortable. In short, it will go for 4 minutes.

Just a normal good hotel with no unpleasant surprises. 4 stars are declared - it corresponds. Very tasty buffet food. The hotel's feature is its umbrellas with sun beds (they are free), the first line, a cafe right at the entrance to the beach. Polite staff. There are no complaints about the hotel.
Location features: the hotel is located 20-30 minutes walk from the center of Protaras. There is only one cafe and a supermarket opposite the hotel. But the place is quiet and peaceful.

We rested for 10 days from June 16, 2021. It's the third time at the hotel, which already means that everything suits us. The rooms are simple but clean, the cleaning is good, regular. They don't put water on this year, but you can get it at the bar. The family suites and corridors have been updated.
There are animations for children and adults: aquatics, yoga, live music, clowns, origami, etc. there is practically its own bay with water sports. We love the bay for snorkeling. Divers dive at 200/300 meters. Statues are lowered to the bottom for beauty. The fish are simple, but in packs. We took a catamaran of 20 euros for an hour, snorkeling with the children with the whole family. We went to Protaras on foot and by car and bus for 1.5 euros. My favorite beach is fig tree. The water is a piece of glass. Ayyanapa is 12 minutes away.
The hotel pays attention to regular customers and birthday parties. In hot weather, free table tennis and air hockey and billiards for conditional payment. There is a children's club.
We take a room with a view of the city, as this is the shadow side. My children and I are afraid of the conder after the sea, pool and shower. And the shadow one doesn't heat up. The parking lot is large. There is a toilet and a shower room on the beach.

A fairly cozy, quiet, family-run hotel by the sea. We had a vacation with my wife and child for 1.5 years. Well-maintained territory, excellent service, cleaning every day. We took BB food, but we already bought more AI at the hotel because only 15-20% of cafes and restaurants in the area work in connection with the lockdown, so we bought more AI and did not regret it.
The sea is within walking distance, the green area. There is another bay with clean sand next to the hotel.
There is live music every day at dinner, and entertainment programs are also available for children in the afternoon and evening.

There are few fish. Although several times (in two weeks) there were amazing mussels and octopus - thanks for that.
The beach at the sea is good, fine sand, mostly calm sea.
