Excellent hotel, wonderful well-maintained territory, friendly staff, good breakfasts, excellent location right on the shore, you can say the hotel has its own beach. Friendly monitor lizards live on the territory. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a normal footpath to the center of Karon, where all the entertainment and restaurants are located, you will have to walk either along the beach, which is not convenient in flip-flops or evening shoes, or along the road, where there is heavy traffic.

A wonderful hotel for a family vacation!beautiful secluded area.

This is one of the best hotels in Pattaya, and the best in the Nakla area! Entourage in the style of the Lost World, kitchen, rafting on the river, ALL rooms with sea views - there are NO others! Good sea and location. It's just a pity that the authorities forced the demolition of the pool overlooking the sea due to soil erosion, as they say, but otherwise EVERYTHING is GREAT!! And SLEEP with open balconies to the sound of the sea!!!!!!!

A nice hotel with an excellent location. Private beach, comfortable, spacious rooms. A large and very well maintained area. There are several pools, even for the smallest ones, slides and diving towers. Good breakfasts, two restaurants. The staff is very friendly. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking manager Carla. She is a very caring and attentive, pleasant girl. She was always interested in whether everything was fine with us and helped with our problems if they arose. There has never been such a manager in this hotel before, and we have been vacationing here every year for ten years. And we will definitely come, thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We had a great rest. We were in Thailand for the first time. This hotel was chosen because of the large and green area and the sea right next to the hotel, and not across the street, as almost all hotels have. Yes, the rooms are a bit old, but we've hardly been there, so it's not critical at all. They always cleaned when you asked or pressed the "cleaning" button. They didn't regret their choice a bit. Hi everybody. Now at Centara. It's not the first or the second time I've been to Tae. Let's go with the adult children. I really like everything. The fact that it is good in Ta is understandable. I really like the staff here, they are very friendly, diligent, understanding, and get along very well with each other. The sea (entrance) for 12 years, before that we rested in Barali, the hotel is right through the fence), the entrance has changed, the corals have "grown")))) but they can be bypassed))) A wonderful table on NG! We organized a fun NG AND A PROGRAM. These are not the Turks who are used to it, the Thai mentality is different, but they thought it through and did it, it's nice.

I rarely write reviews, but here I wanted to make it clear: They took a room with a pool, but apparently it wasn't worth it. We were traveling with children (8 and 4 years old), we thought they would swim in the room. The pool is icy!!! The rooms are super audible, the neighbors talk as if they were in our room. The breakfasts are super good. The oatmeal porridge is excellent, the omelet is almost always unfinished, kind of toasted, and the eggs are leaking inside. There are many juices to choose from, and the pastries are delicious. We didn't walk along the beach, because we couldn't walk with a wheelchair, we walked along the road. A lot of cafes will appear in 10 minutes, the food is the same everywhere. The territory is green, beautiful, the pool, the beach is magnificent. There is a small animation. The rooms are old. You can't find a worse hotel. Don't be fooled by the location of the hotel. It 's old , the rooms are all worn out . Bed linen is not changed at all. We have been to Phuket many times. But this is the first time. My husband and I were with two children. 3 and 8 years old. On the third day they were hospitalized and poisoned. Cooks in the kitchen without gloves prepare breakfast. The hotel is not oriented at all towards a hotel with children, despite the children's slides. The American public is in their honor, if different situations arise, the hotel will defend the interests of American guests. Russians have nothing to do here. It is dangerous for the lives of you and the children. Avoid this hotel. The Americans shouted to us with the children that I would kill us , because we allegedly prevented them from resting . It was very scary, the Thai representatives of the hotel were completely on the side of the Americans, as our children prevented them from relaxing. We just miraculously managed to leave this hotel. Everyone is very aggressive. Do not come to this hotel.

The best place on the whole beach. All the other hotels are across the street, but this one is really on the first line because it's in the corner. And because of the corner (by the cliff) there are few people on the beach. The hotel is expensive, they ask for a deposit of 2000 baht per day. But you don't have to pay, turn on the fool that I'll go change the money and bring it, and then don't come, no one bothers. In general, like everywhere else, there are pros and cons, but the location is beyond praise.

The hotel is great! I've just read some terrible review that barely people ran away from there - well, what nonsense. We just got back! It was the first visit to Thailand! The hotel was chosen based on the location, namely the presence of direct access to the beach, so as not to cross the road. We had a vacation with children of ten years old! The staff is very friendly. Very!!!! All questions were answered, all requests were fulfilled with lightning speed. They asked for an iron and a board - I was in the room in 5 minutes. The hotel is large, the territory is well maintained and there is a lot of greenery. Very beautiful. There is even a stream with carp and lotuses! Everything is very colorful! Two pools, although we never got to one, since we prefer the sea to the sea)) The main one has a children's pool for toddlers and a Jacuzzi. There is also a lazy river with two slides and a rock for jumping. You can swim in a circle along a lazy river (there are many of them), but I would recommend doing it yourself, the feeling that you are swimming somewhere in the jungle) especially when a monitor lizard was looking at us from the side)) The beach is very nice, there is always a hotel guard on it. In general, the beach itself is municipal, but next to the hotel there are mostly only guests. The whole party is on the beach with sun beds and sea entertainment in three minutes. But we rested on our part, taking an ice bucket with champagne and beer (you can ask for ice at the bar). By the way, there is a bucket in every room. We also had a column. In general, it was fun. But we didn't bother anyone. There are not many people on the beach. Everyone basically just swims and goes to the sun beds by the pool. And we preferred to bask in the sand. Beach towels are provided and they can be changed at least all day. We took mats with us. But they are sold everywhere. Shops and a restaurant can be reached in 10-15 minutes. The hotel itself is located at the end of Karon Beach. Of course, you can find fault that the hotel is a little shabby, but there are much more advantages in it than such trifles. We had a room with a pool, cool, but no more. I advise you to ask for a corner room, then you will have a terrace. We were only at breakfast. Everything is standard here - omelets, eggs Benedict, porridge, vegetables, sausages, rice, pastries, etc. There are delicious cocktails in the restaurant by the beach. We went to the Japanese Geisha restaurant (I recommend Salmon Sashimi-it's something) and the Chic restaurant. Of all of them, we chose these two, as we liked the food and service. To be honest, I didn't want to leave at all. I liked everything, including the hotel. And what a sea here. Turquoise-blue. This is not Patong) But the sky... We will definitely come back next year, because not all of them had time to watch in two weeks!! Will we return to this hotel? Definitely yes! We won't even consider other options!!

It's terrible!!! We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, one of the advantages is a good beach, beautiful territory. But the rooms and service leave much to be desired. The rooms were old, the door to the balcony did not close, and there was no cleaning, if you can call it that. There are cockroaches in the room, when I contacted the staff about a cockroach in the room, they simply sprayed the room with dichlorvos and told me to wait until it got out, they refused to change the number until they started swearing, only then they sent a person who found the insect. I've been to Thailand 4 times, but this is the worst place.

Great hotel! The perfect location on Karon! 10 min at least to the cafes ! We didn 't take dinners , it was interesting to go to different places ! 12-15 min to massage parlors and To seven eleven! A wonderful hotel,
We have visited this hotel 4 times, the last one in December 2022. We took rooms on the first line, 9th building, the view is magnificent. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, kingsize beds. The bathroom is also spacious, with an excellent shower.
The territory of the hotel is large and green, 2 swimming pools, a normal fitness room - you can practice.
The service is standard, without complaints.
Excellent wide Karon beach, comfortable for both sunbathing and walking with a length of 3350 m.
Convenient location, quiet location, exit from the hotel directly to the beach, without a road. Nearby, a village with a lot of spas and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away.
The staff is friendly and hospitable.
Of the disadvantages, only one, common to all hotels after Covid, is a reduction in the choice of breakfast dishes. But the staff goes to the meeting in this and can bring something extra for you. For us it was salmon and nuts for breakfast.
And in general, the situation is not stressful, it is conducive to rest. We recommend it, of course.

There is a sewer system next to the hotel. All this, of course, did not spoil the vacation, but I will not recommend the hotel and I would not go there myself. Of the advantages, the first Line, there is such an entertainment called a slow river, not far from the entire infrastructure of Karon beach, the territory can be walked.

For the first time in Thailand, we thought for a long time where to go and our choice was in Phuket. I looked at different hotels, but I wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday, so I chose Karon beach. We rested here from 3.02.23 to 7.02.23. Very friendly staff, we were greeted with smiles, treated with soft drinks, took our luggage to the room themselves.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, all surrounded by greenery, the sea is at hand - the first line. The room is gorgeous, we had a Jacuzzi on the balcony, a view from the balcony to the hotel grounds - to the stunning territory of the hotel! ♥️ Towels, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products - everything is available. Water is brought every day, the water here is not in plastic, but in reusable glass ones, so do not throw away the bottles, the staff takes them away.
We took a tour with three meals a day: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - a choice of three dishes (one appetizer, main course and dessert). Be careful, drinks are not included in the package at the COVE restaurant, even you had to pay for water! Drinks and alcohol are expensive on site, it is better to go outside and buy yourself something in the store. Using the example of coconut juice, I will show the difference: in the coconut hotel 120 baht, and outside - 40 baht! We found out this, of course, after we had already bought 2 coconuts for 120 baht😅 With regard to the kitchen, I found something to eat for myself, in some places it was even delicious, and my husband, as a lover of exclusively Russian cuisine, went to meals with tears in his eyes - he did not find anything for himself, he even had a local the sausage seemed disgusting 😅 The seafood here is delicious and fresh, I appreciated it as an amateur!
There was almost no entertainment program, there was water aerobics in the afternoon, and live sound in the evening, sometimes a fire show.
In general, only positive emotions, I really liked the hotel and the staff - the best vacation! I recommend it to everyone! An infinite number of stars!

Overall, it was a good hotel, but already tired. A huge plus is the pools and access to the sea with its own beach. The disadvantage is that there are no sunbeds on the beach from the hotel, but there are paid ones from a nearby cafe. Well, the biggest disadvantage is the price! If you fly from Moscow, your price is definitely not worth it if the price drops by 30-40%. That's a great option.

Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is the best on Karon Beach. It is located at the end of this beach and therefore it is not crowded. The views are stunning , the expanse... the sunsets are enchanting . The hotel is very beautiful, all in greenery. A beautiful and comfortable swimming pool. There are several slides for children, a rock for diving, adults also really like it. The breakfasts are wonderful! The room cleaning is good. Check-in/check-out is fast. The staff will solve any issue!!! You always want to come back here!

I liked the pool complex and the room, the breakfasts are not bad. The location is on the edge of Karon beach, plus there is no need to cross the road to the beach. But there are no sun beds on the sand. For 200 baht, a taxi will pick you up directly from the hotel and take you along the Caron. Of course, it is better not to have dinner at the hotel, because the price does not match the quality.

The hotel is not bad! but!!! The breakfasts are terrible, they don't pull 5 stars. We didn't live in 3-star hotels, but there is nothing to eat from the word at all! There is no meat, no fish, no chicken.. for breakfast, only smelly sausages, which are impossible to eat, stewed vegetables are either tasteless or peppery, with such a diet of a 5-star hotel encountered 1 time!!! Dinner in restaurants too, money thrown away! There is a Thai cafe nearby, so it's much more interesting and 5 times cheaper there. The child was fed breakfast there! We lived in a luxury suite with a swimming pool, the pool is so cold that we never used it! Hello, I don't really like to write, but I couldn't resist. We stayed with our family at this hotel from 12/28/2022 to 10.01.2023. The hotel is terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. Well, about everything in order. A room with a sea view was booked with an additional payment, as you understand, in fact it turned out that the sea was slightly visible from the room window, I asked to change, they said there was no possibility, I offered to pay extra immediately, So that it was clear we went there for 1300,000, we also gave 630 dollars for a room replacement. The rooms are old, the furniture is terrible, the plumbing works every other time, in this very room for $ 630, the toilet did not work either. The ceilings are dirty, the tiles in the toilet and shower are covered in the corpses of Mosquitoes, which apparently other guests killed. By the way, there are a lot of mosquitoes, it feels like the hotel is not being processed. There is no room cleaning until you kick, they will not come and clean, you had to beg for drinking water every evening. Breakfasts on solid 4, lunches are monotonous, there is nothing to eat at dinners at all, they cook like pigs. Prices in bars and restaurants are sky-high, a bottle of Coca-Cola 0.3 l. 200 baht, in the store 1l. 50 baht. Coconuts 201 baht, 30 baht on the market. Apart from the beach and the sea, there are no advantages in this hotel. WiFi is normal only in the room, it is no longer on the beach, although the hotel is located on the beach. In general, those who do not want to throw money away, do not need to go to this hotel, except for disappointment, you will not get any emotions.
