The place is interesting. There is NO toilet!!! Which is strange. It's good that there is a railway station nearby, but it's a little far. You can only enter the neighboring shopping center from the other side. We need to keep all this in mind. And if it suddenly "feels like it", it will take 5-7 minutes. intensive walking.
The bus that goes to the airport. The driver of the flight at 18:50 (03/15/23) did not let us board with drinks, arguing that drinks were not allowed. I had to drink ice-cold milkshakes on the street and throw most of them in the trash.
As a resident of another country, I was offended by this behavior. Dear station administration, was this driver's behavior lawful? Are there regulations on the prohibition of transportation of beverages at the legislative level? Or was it a whim of the driver?
An ultra-compact bus station with a fairly large number of passengers. Relatively clean. The toilet is paid, but it is better to look elsewhere, for example in the shopping center located above the bus station. Parking at the shopping center and bus station is shared, only paid. The queues are standard.
The toilets are clean. The cash registers work fast. There are no complaints. There are a little too few places for information inside, but all available areas are occupied by chairs. Bus traffic is active and there are many of them. Periodically, those who take the team to other cities are visible. Minibuses depart from the train station or opposite the railway station. There are queues, but they are not permanent and short
By chance, I had to visit the bus station. Parking is a problem, of course, but at the same time you can find a place. As for the building from the inside, I was pleasantly surprised that every meter of the area is used rationally.vestibule, elevators, platforms, corridors, everything is clean. The only drawback is the lack of ventilation in the elevator hall. It's very stuffy. But everything else is exciting and proud of the progress that is moving forward in all directions.
I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw.
To be honest, for such a passenger flow, routes, number of flights and
transport, the bus station is small. We left it several times, including on international flights. We have seen how difficult it is for international travelers (high buses) to leave and how a partner driver helps to leave safely. Of course, it would be better to distribute the load between the Central and Eastern Bus stations. Or remove the extra shopping centers and make the bus station more spacious, as in the same Warsaw: open (ours is too gloomy and dark due to the overhead) and a lot of space for safe parking, turning high buses.
We went to the Neighbors store. The service sucks. A boorish woman was sitting at the self-service checkout. I called the administrator - the hand washes the hand, the administrator covers this woman. They've got it all covered. In the end, I was left a fool. I do not advise anyone to go to the Neighbors store. There's a lot of nepotism there.
I admire Belarus and the cleanliness of its streets and crowded places, the central bus station is no exception.
Parking for incoming buses and minibuses is quite spacious and well maintained, but it is not always convenient to put a personal vehicle nearby.
The staff of the bus station is highly qualified, well-mannered and calm, they will explain everything, tell you, and wish you a safe journey.
I did not use the toilet, the bus station is located next to the shopping center, where there is a free toilet, as well as many public catering places such as McDonald's, Thierry, etc.
There are no queues as such, there are always several windows running.
The bus station is within walking distance from the metro, the train station, and a 10-minute walk from the city center.
A really beautiful train station! It is very cozy, beautiful, and clean here. The staff is courteous. There are many cafes with a variety of food. Nice waiting room. Modern renovation. There are shops with souvenirs and printed materials. On the upper floors there are shops with clothes, shoes and more.
It is unrealistic to get through, as people not from Minsk need to know in advance to book tickets or in fact, due to the fact that I do not know which transport suits me (at least look at the schedules) I cannot book a train home in advance, I will have to in fact, I hope it will be
The most not beautiful place in Minsk. Time stopped there. It's dark, dirty, and smells bad. They smoke on the platform everywhere. There are a lot of drunk and dirty people. The toilet is paid and not washed. It is very dark on the platform and in the waiting room, even during the day. Buying a bus ticket in advance is a whole problem. And the rolling stock is in the same condition. I was driving from the airport, the bus seems to be new, but it's dusty and dirty inside. I was driving back to the airport on the route, I thought it would be better. An old Mercedes has arrived, the stove does not work, the door does not close, I was frozen until I got there...
Cool. Everything is clean, tidy, people are super good-natured and attentive. But the very first thing that turns the picture of the world upside down for a couple of seconds is the lack of inspection and turnstiles at the entrances and exits of train stations, and bus and railway stations...
It's good that there is an electronic queue. It's too bad that she's not moving as fast as she would like. There were as many as 20 people in front of me. In fact, only half of them went to the ticket offices. The rest are dead souls. Only 3 cash registers were working.
It's bad that buses to the airport run once an hour, because there were no tickets for the next 2 flights (I had to take a taxi. Either there are few seats, or you need to increase the intervals, or buy tickets in advance. Since it was my first time, I did not expect that it would be so difficult to get a ticket.
I would also note the absence of large letters denoting the bus station. From the subway side, I did not immediately understand where he was, although I was walking on the map and knew where to go...
The bus station looks beautiful and clean. I met a friend from Warsaw, the bus arrived at midnight, in winter. I did not find any information about whether the bus arrived or was delayed at the border. There was a smell of "bums" at the station, I hope this is an isolated case and everything is usually fine there. The inside is cleaned. This is my only encounter with this station.
Good luck to everyone! Well, the train station and the train station. One of the advantages is that you are standing under the roof and relatively clean around, you can even find where to put the bags so that you don't get into someone's snot on the ground, but it blows through, since on the back side there is just a fence to the railway station. For the rest: 1. It is extremely difficult to park to get out and go in and unload bags. And near the bus station and near the Galileo shopping center there are places for a maximum of 3-5 cars, while 10-20 are trying to park at the same time. Therefore, if you are unlucky, you will walk in the rain or snow from half a kilometer from the drop-off point to the train station. Even if you are lucky, you will listen to a 10-storey mat between public transport drivers and taxi drivers. In general, there are many options here and none of them will add to the mood; 2. Gentlemen, to go to the toilet about 350 meters from the bus station. Toilet M and W are separate with 6 holes per compartment. I waited 10 minutes to pee on the way. The whole process of getting there took 20 minutes. Yes, and for a second, all this is also for money; 3. Information about the upcoming buses is shining on the scoreboard. But since some routes have almost the same names, this information on the scoreboard often does not say anything at all, it is displayed in abbreviated form. Basically, people just look at the numbers and signs on the guests, having previously called the carrier and specified the platform number. Plus, some flights are not displayed at all. Probably secret ones. Conclusion: the landing boards are useless!
I use the services of the bus station quite often. Overall, everything is fine. But there are also disadvantages. As it is correct, 2-3 ticket offices work, which do not have time to serve passengers quickly, and this causes queues. Besides, it's always dark on the platforms. There is clearly not enough lighting.
Supersky train station. There are all storage rooms, toilets, souvenir kiosks and snack buffets.I was pleased with the high platform at the Minsk-Moskaa branded train.I will definitely come back.
Clean and tidy and the buses are all under a canopy , but completely unsuitable for people .
There are absolutely no sockets and the staff of the bus station claim that this was specially done.
The toilet is outside, so you won 't send the child on your own .
There are no trash cans, but there are places to eat.
There are very few shops .
A convenient bus station for those who travel by public transport. Unfortunately, it is quite problematic to drive up by private car. With a low flow of passengers, there are no big problems.
A chic bus station in every sense. Very convenient. No unnecessary movements on the territory except for regular transport. Every platform has all the information. There is a waiting room, pharmacy, cafe.

I often go there and go to this center, there are a lot of shops and even a cinema. The food in the restaurant is delicious, I advise you
Nearby train stations, ticket offices work quickly, there is a lot of water,a large selection, as well as cooking:fresh pastries, salads, meat dishes....
We buy travel documents at the ticket offices by bank transfer for the organization, always quickly and without unnecessary problems. Thank you very much to the employees of Minsktrans.
An ordinary, new, clean bus station. Of the advantages, there is a large shopping center nearby, where you can buy everything from coffee to a SIM card.
Just one question. Who came up with the idea to cram everything in such a place? Both the shopping center and the bus station with departure in all directions!!! On this narrow street!!!! Yes, don't forget about public transport yet) trash!
I travel here very often for work. Unfortunately, electronic cash registers do not work very well. I immediately advise you to go inside to the ticket offices themselves: it was only there that you managed to buy a ticket...
A very convenient train station! The entire infrastructure of a large shopping center is at your disposal. It's a great idea to combine the two functions.
In my youth, it was my favorite movie theater. I really like it now too. In particular, its location is the very center of Minsk, cars can be parked in the parking lot of the Stolitsa shopping center, as well as conveniently accessible by metro
