I visited this institution on January 21. One. I just wanted to eat and drink a beer. We were well received at the reception and found a table. I ordered a liter of beer and 2 sticks of barbecue. As for the place: it was clean, live music was playing, the beer was cold and delicious, the waiter (he didn't see the name on the badge and didn't remember it) served well, attentive. As for the barbecue. It was necessary to try to spoil it. Firstly, the shish kebab is black, overcooked, almost to coals, and secondly, it is very salty. Unfortunately, I didn't finish the barbecue. I really like liver shish kebab and I'm not picky about salt, but that's not the point. I won't order a barbecue at this point next time.

As strange as it sounds for a pub, this is our favorite family restaurant. Always delicious steaks, a good music venue. It is very convenient to divide into 3 zones. On the third floor, you can drink cheap beer with friends and dance to the incendiary rhythms from a live band. On the first one, you can have a date with your beloved or just have a delicious meal with your family. Children are then given coloring books with pencils. The atmosphere is calmer, more intimate. The second floor is for big noisy companies. Minus on the second one smells like a toilet. It's hard to call this place a pub, there is no good beer.

The only drawback is that some visitors may come with children, and they scream, but this is no longer the fault of the institution. Good, very good, at a price much more loyal option than the same Pint. Take care of the Chechila bonus card in advance - they return 5 percent of the amount for the table.

Onion rings are hard and undercooked.
Only the shrimp are normal.
We haven't had enough of the word at all.
All pubs of Chechil in Almaty were visited 2-3 times a week consistently for 7 years
They were always happy.
But now in search of new locations, unfortunately...

Carbonara is more like an unnamed dish of vermicelli with meat already SPOILED (I was too lazy to take a sample for the laboratory), capelin is bitter, fried for a long time and reheated in oil or in the oven. The beer is also so-so. There are no paper towels or hand dryers in the toilet. Perhaps the hall and the kitchen and the service are excellent, I will not say. It is with great regret that I put a double to the institution. It seemed to me that the pub is positioned as a drinking establishment, and not a family restaurant, where you can go with children, especially infants.
It is not very pleasant to sit and listen to the cries of babies on a weekend evening. I understand that parents are also tired and want to relax, but there are some norms where you can take your children, where you shouldn't. Everyone chooses their own parenting and all the resulting restrictions associated with it, and I choose a rated institution where to relax and unwind.
The concept is good, the quality is good, the staff is friendly, but I couldn't stay there for more than 40 minutes, and I could have spent the whole evening with a big company.
The second point. Visiting the closet on the ground floor, I absolutely did not find a single hook where to hang outerwear and a bag.
There is a hanger at the common entrance in front of the bathroom, but this is about leaving personal belongings unattended, for which, of course, no one is responsible. This moment is not convenient.

We visited this institution on 02/25.23. the third floor. Order by kitchen: garliks - cold, not fresh, not tasty. Assorted wings- similarly. The chef's salad was delicious. There are no complaints about the bar. The service is good, the girls are well done. Live music is an outdated repertoire. People wanted to dance, but the music let them down. Conclusion: don't set foot here anymore.

And what did I see??? - The whole second and first hall is full of running children, babies screaming in strollers. I leave my child at home to relax in the BEER BAR!!!! in the evening. Why should I listen to the whining of other people's children??, stumble about them on the dance floor? Management should pay attention to this. If you have a bar concept, then you need to limit children's visits to 17-18 hours... Otherwise, the pub turns into a family cafe like Andersen
