Overall a good restaurant 👍 They say there is live music, but we were in the restaurant until the evening. They have excellent croutons, They have never eaten so delicious before)))
The reception and the waiters all speak Russian, although I started speaking Kazakh. It upset me 😏 But I still didn't shoot the star 😉 I hope the management will hear me))) I want to go there again, listen to live music 🙏

I was there 2 times, the service was very low, I had to go for a waiter to serve us. We were in the afternoon on Sunday, respectively, only 2 tables and 3 waiters were occupied in the hall, but even so we had to beg them to serve us. This is the third time I've been dragged there by colleagues or friends. I'll say this, it's okay to get drunk and dance on weekends, the music is cool after 11 a.m., but not for long, because the cafe is open only until 2 a.m.
Live music is good, but almost no one dances to it, but when it starts, it's impossible to communicate, why is it so loud, I don't understand, the basses are hammering so that the windows of the VIP booth are shaking
But, the beer is tasteless and I have never yet come across a normal choice, all the time half of the beer card is not available
I didn't like the kitchen at all, the beer snacks were all tough, some tasteless, only I liked the sauces.
The chicken plate was also brought cold, maybe it should be, but the taste was so-so
The rib eye steak was served thin and hard as a sole

I was pleasantly surprised by the menu, everything is very tasty. What snacks, what hot dishes - respect and respect! The prices are certainly higher than in the city, but it's worth it. Polite staff, tried their best! We were at the summer party, everything is fine. The drinks are delicious, the vodka is cold, they brought it right with ice. I recommend it!!!

I definitely recommend you to visit. It's a very atmospheric place, plus there are promotions for every weekday! The staff is polite and trained. I like everything, there is always a lively atmosphere, pleasant prices and delicious food. There is a rich menu of dishes, there is no craft beer, but the usual one is enough. The staff is on top. I really wanted to visit the institution again, but I was refused because of the "sportswear". By the way, we all wear sneakers and fleece sweatshirts, but apparently for the hostesses, sweatpants were the last straw in the bowl of impatience for commoners. Sorry, I will know that in a beer pub / bar you need to wear a tailcoat and do not forget a bow tie

Previously, we visited Chechil, we liked everything. This year we held a corporate event there, and we were extremely disappointed. There was no New Year's mood in the institution (unfortunately, everyone was allowed to wear anything (tights, sneakers, hoodies, etc.) Unfortunately, there was no code. There was chaos on the dance floor, there were a lot of young teenagers. No one was keeping order. The presenter and the artists brightened up the situation as best they could. But no one could stop the lawlessness. The food was delicious. The staff is polite. Of course, we will not celebrate any more holidays in this institution. But you can come in for a meal in the afternoon. It's always delicious.

At the entrance, the receptionist and waiters are greeted as if they are the Lords of the whole world. It's just a nightmare.... they answer questions through their teeth. To catch a waiter, you need to wave your hands until you're blue in the face. The drops of the waiter's call on the table are stupidly ignored. Why they were put is unknown) according to the menu: I came to purposefully eat a lamb kebab. I ordered it, another mushroom kebab, potato slices and 2 sauces. After 15 minutes, the waiter says that there is no lamb kebab available. I say: OK, cancel the entire order, I will order another lamb dish, which includes mushrooms and potatoes. To which they replied that they had already punched everything at the cash register . How is that ??? You don't have a barbecue, but the order has already been punched and they can't cancel it... OK, later they canceled the order at the checkout and accepted a new one. After another 15 minutes, they announced to me that this dish was not available either..... the curtain is simple..... I was hungry, but in the end I was able to eat only 2 hours after I arrived... The beef steak was brought. There are no complaints about the chefs. It's really delicious! The meat melts in your mouth. But the service is just a nightmare.... dear Mr. Chechela, have a conversation with your staff and inform them that they are not queens)))) Let it be easier
