A normal airport, clean, there are shops, it just used to be more coffee shops on the second floor, now it's kind of poor...
Sockets don't work everywhere in the waiting room, I personally checked 6 places until an employee suggested where they work normally...
in 2024, EA closed the entrance to greeters and mourners, which in my opinion is terrible. Instead of installing an inspection line, the entrance was banned.
parking is cosmic, there are no alternatives.
The airport is cool, the staff is normal, clean, cozy. There is a large cafe in the waiting room, only payment in lei in their currency, minus that there is no ATM in the waiting room. There is also no smoking area.
A convenient, cozy airport, many convenient places, many outlets for recharging, a cafe is relatively not expensive for airports, but the pastries are fresh. Everything is informative and clear.
In principle, a normal airport with all the minimum necessary equipment - waiting areas, a cafeteria, duty-free trade and WiFi.
Why not 5 stars:
- in dutik, local goods (in particular, Cricova products) cost 2 times more expensive than in branded stores; similar European products cost about 10% more expensive than in Vnukovo
- Mir cards are not accepted
- there are no vending machines for printing coupons, so you will have to stand in line at the counters even if there is an online registration
- we saved on wifi: the flight was delayed, I watched the TV series while waiting. while there were few people, everything was OK, then it began to hang. I looked around - there are a lot of people around. I moved to the other end of the hall (there were fewer people there) - normal viewing again.
I haven't been for a long time. The air harbor has changed a lot. There were cafes with European price levels. The expensive duthie fries. With wine prices three times higher than in the country. For an hour and a half of observation, I did not see people with purchases. And I didn't see any packages from this store on the plane. Well, if they work, then everything suits them. Telescopic ladders are not provided. Buses only. Border guards and inspection services are as unfriendly as possible, especially to Moldovan citizens. Actually, that's all. It is better not to come in advance. There's nothing to do there
The duty-free has deteriorated very much, there are no many brands and Moldovan drinks, a poor choice. A hall with a nice cafe and a waiting area on the second floor. Clean, bright. We really miss the Air Moldova carrier, it was comfortable to fly with him. In general, I recommend it.
A mixture of Soviet heritage and modern order. It's cozy inside. There's nothing wrong. We have saved the symbol — Tu-134, and thank you for that.
The staff works according to the instructions "not to love Russians". The government will change, they will order (rewrite the instructions) and they will love and smile. Such times…
A nice and beautiful airport, convenient and functional, there is a free Wi-Fi automatically turns on, a cafe on the second floor is not bad and coffee is delicious on the first floor
We were flying home from Greece. After landing, the luggage was waiting for a very long time. Upon arrival home, they discovered the disappearance of 2 bottles of perfume bought in the luxury free of Chisinau. I would like to give everyone a piece of advice: check your luggage before leaving the airport. It is also impossible to get through to the information service, the answering machine is working
In my opinion, it is one of the best airports, and I have traveled a lot around the world, there is something to compare it with. Compact, clear, simple, cleanly neat, equipped with everything you need. Excellent level!
I flew on July 15 at the peak of the heat. The stuffiness in the departure lounge is impossible, think about the people. The water has run out in the dooty free, there is a huge queue for food at the top of the restaurant. I didn't have time to buy water.
The employee who checked the boarding ticket was rude. Which ticket was bought and the attitude says.
Good service is very far away.
The airport has become very nice, convenient and comfortable. Good waiting areas, with tables, with sockets, cafes are inexpensive and tasty, parking, easy to get to.
An ordinary small airport. Politely culturally purely modern. There is no duty free. On the 2nd floor of the food court waiting room. Prices are like everywhere in airports
The only disadvantage of the renovated Chisinau airport is the lack of sleeves for airplanes. Otherwise, it is beyond praise. Warm, cozy, comfortable, very friendly staff, a large selection of Dutiferies, and by the way inexpensive! Excellent comfortable waiting room on the second floor in the departure area, with plenty of seats. A small but technically equipped wireless charging room is a business lounge. I am happy to fly through this airport. Parking is small, but there is, and right in front of the entrance. There are few queues.
A very nice and cozy airport. The only thing that is inconvenient is to go down the stairs with things to the toilet on the first floor. I was happy to buy Moldovan rose wine in Duty Free :)
Many thanks to the security that work in the area where we pass the control. Today, during the inspection of things, I dropped an envelope with dentgami. When I saw that there was no envelope, I approached the guards and outlined the situation. The senior who was on this shift, thanks a lot and to the whole collective. Great guys found an envelope with money returned. I put 10+ thanks guys. The shift that worked on 16.10.2023 At 11.30
An excellent airplane, compact and has everything you need. Fast check-in and excellent waiting areas in front of the airport, delicious cafes and excellent shops.
Everything is at the highest level! And without knowing the language, it is clear where to go and where to board for transit passengers. There are plenty of cafes and shops. Clean, cool in the heat, full of toilets, everything is cool. The Turks are simply at the highest level!
A very decent airport - good WiFi, there is a place to have a snack (relatively inexpensive), sit, charge your phone - especially in the boarding area: you can even work there.
It's a pretty decent airport. Bright, clean, small. It is bad that the exchange offices and the stands of accredited taxis do not work at night. There is a selection of cafes in the departure area, many tables, many waiting chairs. There is a fairly large duty free. One of the disadvantages is that the business lounge does not work with all systems.
A modern airport, the prices in duty free and cafes are much lower than in other airports in the world. There is everything you need to wait for a flight. On the second floor there is a nice large playroom for children.
A cozy , clean airport , announcements in three languages , two cafes around the clock , car rental around the clock. Currency exchange is VERY unprofitable , I would say predatory .
A very pleasant airport, the staff treats everyone equally well, regardless of citizenship, they will tell you where to call a taxi and which SIM card was better to take. A very very good dutifrey, and the prices were very pleased, they suggested that it was better to take it as a gift, they packed it so that even there were no questions about the landing.
There is no way to print a boarding pass, I always check in online, but at the port they told me "we don't have Europe here" and I had to queue at the check-in desk, just to get a boarding pass, for some reason they took the fashion to charge for check-in
The airport itself is normal, but the staff is just terrible. Primitive, uneducated, rural, impudent boors. Border police boors, who have no one to put in place, conduct surveys of their own citizens as criminals, do not respect age. I was also angered by an impudent, ill-mannered employee who missed boarding on 09/28/2023 on the fly ona flight at 12-30 to Yerevan, brought my mother to the age of shaking because of hand luggage. Maybe it's time to start hiring people, not a parody of people.
I am surprised how much the airport has become convenient and comfortable. There are no queues. You can conveniently stay on the second floor. There are sockets everywhere, everything is clean.
Everything is fine, a neat airport, good but expensive Cafes and a cozy waiting area, checks are not so tedious, the staff is polite and everyone speaks Russian
