There is no hospital for me , there is no development, they just do it normally, they feed and teach, milking me who lay there senselessly, they can't get through anything, they don't know that they did only this at the beginning of the fact that I had Arthritis only in the joints, they gave injections to my knees almost did not go away in any way . The best hospital is number 1 . we have a doctor's number, we come every 2 weeks , there is also a norm that I had 378 for them is this the norm ?????? I have 259 now and they say it's good, I DON'T LIKE IT!!!!!

Well done, the staff and guards are polite and responsive, they arrived on Saturday to their son without looking at the time of the visit, they arrived an hour and a half earlier, brought fruit to the child, there was no one to take it, the guard came up for a while, wrote the ward number and surname and gave everything to the child. The son was initially diagnosed with a foot fracture in two places, put in a cast and sent home due to torn ligaments, there was a large swelling on his leg and the next day they brought the child back to the hospital, doctors opened the cast examined and decided to leave the child in the hospital for 5 days, prescribed antibiotics, on the third day the swelling began to go away the doctor Kairat Zhanymkanuly called me to tell me in detail about the condition, treatment and consequences, explained everything very competently and clearly, calmed me down and two days later my son was discharged home, the swelling completely passed as the doctor said, the child is recovering, I am very pleased with their work! Лежали 2 раза с малышом в нефрологии, все понравилось, отношение хорошее, в компетенции как всегда есть разные мнения, но именно в нефрологии все лечение назначает и контролирует заведующая отделением. Пожелание есть по поводу стен. Стены пустые, хотелось бы как в кардиологии картинки красивые, чтобы хоть как то настроение себе и детям поднять, всем тяжело в больнице лежать, а так хоть что то приятное. Татешки все молодцы, вежливые, всегда приходят помогают, чисто в палатах, уборка по расписанию. Ещё приехэзжали и по скорой и сами приходили в приёмное отделение, оказали должную помощь, и нейрохирург и неопотолог, педиатрия напрягает, а так в целом все хорошо

The woman at the entrance allows only one child with a parent, while we are with two children of 5 and 6 years old and my wife. My daughter is not allowed to walk, i.e. she is in my arms. Somehow we persuaded the woman to let us pass together. The rest is honey.the staff did everything pretty quickly, even taking into account the queues.

Здравствуйте я хотела поблагодарить весь персонал. Врачи,мед сестра,санитарки все были вежливыми знают свою работу. Да ещё как на подбор все красивые,если честно в первые вижу такое обращения к пациентам. Добрые и человечные.Мы лежали с сыном на реабилитации.

Мен түнгі сағат 03.50 шамасында жедел жәрдем мен баламды алып келдім. Барсақ хирург ұйқысын аша алмай шығып келді. Сосын клизма жасатыңыз деп клизма жасаттық. 10-15 мин бала ары бері жүрсін деді, жүрдік содан соң хирург операция жасаймыз жарылып кеткен деді. Мен әрине қорқып бірінші келісім бермей жарты сағаттан соң келісім бердім. Содан ары бері қағаз толтырды. Анализ алды баламның жаны қиналып аяқ қолы мұздап қабылдау бөлімінде жатты. Содан түнгі 3:50 де келген баламды төртінші этажға операцияға дайындаймыз деп лесницамен жоғары жаяу алып шықты. Содан обход узи деді не керек 10:30 да бірақ операция жасады. Операциядан оянбай кетті. Балаларыңыз қыңқ етті ме дереу апарыңыздар. Мен басымнан өткеннен соң айтып жатырмын. Палаты для двоих и ставят около входа третью кушетку а не кровать. Тумбочки старые. Прохладно с грудничком. Мёд персонал не компетентен вообще. Наверное если выбор будет то лучше Астана нейрохирургия. Там надзора больше. А тут ходят вольно и никто им тут не указ. Даже кровь не могут взять с Вены нормально. Что можно говорить о врачах. В Казахстане медицина по моему совсем скоро на нуле будет. И лечится не у кого будет. Если есть возможность ехать в Астану то едьте туда. Там лучше. Не жалейте на своём ребёнке. Астана есть Астана. Тут врачи не думают о жизни ребёнка. А там всё под контролем. Ненавижу эту больницу. Нейрохирургия отделение особенно. Пусть всё вернётся у нас бумерангом. Как можно быть таким бессердечным к детям.

Приехала на такси с ребенком на руках.за 2 мин медсестра оформила на компе и тут же отправила к врачу.к детскому травматологу не было очереди.встретил молодой врач,думала ну все беда, тут же вправил сустав.я даже не поняла как.спасибо большое .и все бесплатно.люди не бегите сразу в платные клиники. при экстренных ситуациях тока стационар.там все таки есть практика .спасибо врачу.

Хочу выразить благодарность главному врачу этой больницы, врачам, мед.персоналу и даже охране! Все настолько вежливые, доброжелательные, внимательные и заботливые! А как выглядит больница внутри и снаружи- это просто супер! Ремонт отличный, комфортные палаты, питание- всё на отлично! Хочу заметить! В холле кофейня, комфортные диваны для ожидания и даже банкоматы! Во дворе больницы- детская площадка, лавочки, деревья, клумбы! Это пример всем! Спасибо Вам за Ваш труд и комфорт для маленьких пациентов!

Мне понравилась больница. Сыну отрезали лишний пальчик (родился с шестым пальчиком без косточки, только кожица сформировалась). Приняли без проблем и без предварительного направления от поликлиники ( на пальчике была травма, волос замотался и пальчик припух).

Лежали с сыном, чисто, вежливые врачи. Но один минус. Хоть и карантин закончился не впускают во внутрь когда приходишь. В первый день сын лежал один. Я когда принесла передачу не выпускали. А сын маленький. В первый раз один ложился. Переживала очень. Потом через день разрешили рядом лечь)
