And now the cons:
-never-never-never order something to order on the spot in the store itself, since they make a refund only in the store itself (and if you get far, even more so), and if through the website, then there is a chance to return the funds without visiting the store;
- almost any day in the afternoon, do not even think about coming there in your car, there is a very big problem with parking;
-a poorly placed order led to the fact that it did not arrive at the appointed time, canceled with a refund, and problems may arise here;
-one of the operator girls didn't even say goodbye and hung up when I started to speak out (without a mat) about the mess in the checkout;
-to put it mildly, the price tags are such, if you need to find something right away and buy it, it's better to go to the radio market or to competitors, the mood will definitely not be spoiled, the prices would be the lowest in the city, the rating would be higher;
-the operation on the card via the Internet and through the terminal (when ordering) are not the same, although both the terminal and the Internet details are the same for making a refund;

We placed the item under the order on Saturday, made payment through the terminal using a card in the store, the order was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days and promised that as soon as the item arrives, a message will come to the mobile phone. I'm calling on Wednesday, maybe they forgot to send a message, but it turns out that the order has not been paid! .. That is, there is no control over the fact that the order is placed correctly. I ordered the product from those that are almost always available (high-voltage capacitor), and at least 2 analogues were also indicated on the site. When asked about the availability of such a product, I was told that there was none. That is, the supply department or the manager who should monitor this should not even order this product for availability in the store. In other words, during these 2-3 days, the order could bring the item to the state of availability. As a result, I had to send them photos of receipts, listen to the manager's apologies that this was their joint, something did not work, etc. They offered a discount... I buy parts about once every six months and in fact I didn't need anything from them this time, except for the ordered part. But the detail will be in 2-3 days (i.e., in fact, wait for Monday). A penny discount, by the standards of my purchases, sounds like a mockery, since I had to spend an hour to drive up to them and get a refund. When trying to negotiate a refund without going to them, they were told to drive up to their store for a refund, although they paid with a card, but they accept cancellation of the order through the website without visiting the store... A paradox! (That's what infuriated me and made me write a review.) When asked about the quality of service from competitors and reviews about them, the manager says that the customers are inadequate, that they have only been in Minsk for 3 years. According to the manager, Belchip is not a competitor in reviews, we are not even talking about others. Although there is a store with fewer reviews, so they have a rating like Belchip's. In general, they have a good service when they work under the order, so they also take an advance payment for this service, which is too brazen for their level of service!
For the store management: It's not a bell, it's a beep already! 3 years on the Belarusian market, negative reviews are growing like a snowball. Solve problems, and do not think that it will resolve itself and get used to it.
Conclusions for buyers:
Look for any other place to buy radio products, preferably according to availability. Put this store as a priority only if you are closer to it and have the right product right in stock, or if time is not important to you. In the rest, it should be at the very end for visiting. It is only better to work with them in fact.
