The sofa has not been vacuumed, the dust on most surfaces has not been wiped, all mirrors and glasses are stained, there is garbage in the sink.
I wrote a review on the company's website and sent all the photos. After that, they wrote to me in TG, saying we apologize and offered a promo code for the next cleaning! I refused. A couple of days later, a woman called me, apologized a thousand times and "asked me to give another chance" so that I would get the right impression about their company and offered a 30% promo code.
I thought, okay, anything can happen. A month and a half later, I ordered the cleaning again, and in the comments I indicated that the cleaning was done using an apologetic promo code.
A student came again by the look of it. The water was practically not turned on. Most of the cleaning consisted of smearing chemicals with a cloth on the surfaces. I forgot to wipe the table again, there was dust on the baseboards somewhere, all the mirrored and glossy surfaces were stained - it became worse than it was. To wash the floor, the girl wrapped 2 small dust cloths on the mop, which constantly fell off, What kind of cleaning quality can we talk about, first of all. Secondly, there is no desire to go after the cleaner and point a finger at obvious joints, which in principle should not be during professional cleaning. The cleaner also had a very pungent smell of perfume, which I heard from the next room, which I also consider unacceptable.

The cleaning itself is normal (the glass in the bathroom was washed well, the surfaces in the kitchen are bad). But the oven door was broken during cleaning. They refused to repair it ("our cleaner said she didn't break anything"), but we found it only after leaving. A month without an oven, a search for spare parts and a master is such a thing. At first (on the phone, no one even came to look) they offered a discount for the next cleaning (AHAHAH, this is the top), then they said we would think something and disappeared. If you use it, you need to monitor and take pictures of everything valuable before and after, as in carsharing, no trust. I suspect that they stupidly deduct cleaners from the PO if they admit it. Unpleasant.
A lot of places are not occupied. There is no feeling of cleanliness. Not professional tools that are poorly laundered.

The bathtub was practically not washed. It got better after the instructions, but there are still divorces everywhere. I didn't notice when I looked at it that the tiles in the bathroom hadn't been touched at all - the water was still there.
The glass doors in the kitchen are wiped with a normal cloth without streaks - 3 minutes. The cleaner rubbed two flaps (smeared the product) 20 minutes. The divorces remained. I've run out of patience and time. I let her go.
I ordered dry cleaning of the headboard and mattress on both sides. The main purpose is to remove the stain from the headboard, just to refresh the mattress. The master warned that the stain might not go away. We thought that everything would work out because it's not that scary, it hasn't been processed before. And we applied for dry cleaning based on the photos that were provided on the website, where the furniture is in terrible condition with old stains that cleaning removes at once.
As a result, the master completed all the work in 30 minutes (this is taking into account all the preparatory work)... naturally, the stain remained in place) after such a wonderful dry cleaning, even the dust from the headboard was not removed... how's that? the cleaning quality is better with a regular vacuum cleaner ...

As in other reviews, when trying to solve the problem, employees referred to the management, said they would contact us, but as a result, until we wrote again, no messages were received. In the end, all we were told was "what cleaning claims might be in a month." I agree that if it was a regular cleaning, then of course. But the cleaning was after repair, its essence was to get rid of construction debris and traces, but this was not done. The cleaning lasted, attention!!!! 11 hours, two Cleaners worked as a result + dry cleaning of chairs, armchairs. This is about the time we expected based on the amount of work. The quality of the cleaning is good, I was satisfied with everything, but if you are a super perfectionist, you can always notice the nuances, especially after 11 hours of work, anyone could do something imperfectly (but well) from fatigue. However, I will definitely apply again!!!
