The hospital is good, the doctors are excellent 👍
True, they did not run inside, but apparently in order to protect patients from all sorts of viruses. It is ok. Mom said the attitude was good and the care was good too. The only drawback was that it was very hot in the wards, there were no air conditioners.
But we brought her an air humidifier and it immediately became easier for her to tolerate the heat (in May it was already +30⁰)

It's clean, good wards, polite medical staff, but clogging up patients without the right to leave their department is a nightmare. Probably even walks are allowed in prison, but not here. She was in this research institute from September 2 to September 11, after caronography she was transferred to cardiac surgery, contracted some kind of nosocomial infection, started coughing and severe pain in the ears. The nurse girls helped, even gave painkillers and sleeping pills 2 times. On the third night of severe pain, I went begging for painkillers, but was refused, the doctor on duty did not find me in the room because he was looking in the next one while I was crying nearby. In the morning, I couldn't take the pain anymore and asked my surgeon to discharge me. The callous attitude of some medical workers has erased all the excellent, at first, attitude towards this hospital. Before you go there, stock up on your anti-infective medicines and painkillers. And if you can't help but walk outdoors, then it's better to choose another medical facility.

She came to a paid consultation, paid 20600 tenge, did not care about patients, during the reception she constantly talks on the phone, then runs out on her personal business! When this mess ends, what is paid, what is free!

My husband, having got there, after being transferred from the 12th mountain hospital in a serious condition, is forced to run around the floors every 2 days, the head of the department says one thing in the morning, the doctor on duty comes in the evening and starts in another department, during a week in this organization, my spouse was twice put in the dispensary, 2 took PCR,who was already taken after 12 months of the hospital and lay in the therapy department for 4 days (and was negative all the time), then transferred to the department and all this happens at night, a complete disgrace to sick people with heart failure.
