The room is clean, the shower has everything you need, even a brush and paste) The bed linen is clean, comfortable pillows and a mattress. I slept great) A large balcony with armchairs and a table. Properly positioned air conditioning, which is very important for sleeping at a comfortable temperature. The lack of an elevator is a minus. But they help to bring things to the room without any problems. I didn't like the breakfast. But all the disadvantages were smoothed out by communicating with the girl at the reception (she did not ask for her name). She worked on August 21 in the afternoon.
The location is super. In the center and at the same time in a quiet place
Very friendly staff. There are excursions at good prices (or rather you will be taken to the sights)
Delicious breakfasts.
Not a big minus, we lived on the 4th floor without an elevator
The hotel is located in a convenient location, almost the center of Yerevan.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants around.
The room was super small, at the edges of the bed you literally need to squeeze along the wall or window sill, and on the leg side - near the closet. The view from the window is not very good, half-abandoned buildings, but it is not very important.
There is a TV with a set-top box, if desired, you can watch it.
There is a refrigerator with a "mini bar", but look at the expiration date - the same chips were overdue for more than six months.
The rooms are cleaned according to the principle of "vacuuming a straight strip at the entrance". My friend and I conducted an experiment - whether the crumbs along the skirting board (which were already there at the time of our entry) would be removed or not, but alas, they remained by the time of departure. In the bathroom, the floor is not removed from the word at all. Mirrors are also not wiped.
The breakfasts are acceptable, you will not stay hungry, tea/coffee / milk/juice, yoghurts, fruits, breakfast cereals, sliced cheese/meat, omelets/cereals.
The administrators are friendly, speak Russian / English.
A cozy small hotel, located in the center of Yerevan, 10 -15 minutes walk to the cascade, fountains, cathedral, etc. Attractions. Polite Russian-speaking staff, room cleaning every day. Delicious breakfasts in the cafe.
This hotel was booked for me by a travel company, and I was too busy to study information about it like that. In general, after 10 days at the hotel, I liked only its location, 5 min. to Republic Square, nearby there is a supermarket working late, exchange with norms. a course, a park and a bunch of restaurants.
I didn't like it, objectively:
1. Dirty. Of course, I understand that this is a three-piece, but the floors could be washed sometimes. Cleaning mainly consisted of throwing out garbage and cleaning dirty towels. Even the mattress on the bed was battered and with different stains and dirty stains (linen saved).
2. Towels were given new ones only after you personally go to the respeshen for them. The standard excuse is "oh, there were no towels at the moment." During the entire stay at the hotel, they brought a full set (3 pcs) of new towels to replace the old ones only once a day before departure.
3. Quality of linen. The fabric is not very good, in pellets. Good linen was laid only the night before departure. They also refueled poorly, not neatly and had to be refilled often.
4. Plumbing. The sink drain worked so-so, the water often stagnated. Once there were problems with water and it disappeared completely (hot and cold) every 5 minutes all morning. It was difficult to wash.
5. There is no elevator. Stairs are waiting for you and the opportunity to carry your suitcase yourself to the 2nd, 3rd and higher floors. No help is offered.
6. There is no safe, although it is declared everywhere. They said that he was at the reception, but he broke down and was being repaired and will be repaired for a long time. At the same time, it is worth noting that nothing was stolen and things were not dug into.
7. I drank tea twice, but no more tea bags were brought. A trifle, but not pleasant.
I didn't like it, subjectively:
1. A dull room with a bed, a wardrobe and a table. In principle, it's fine for a three-piece, but everything is somehow extremely boring and not interesting. If you come late and only go to bed right away, then, probably, this is OK.
2. Breakfast is just awful. The main dish is something slippery based on eggs and a side dish (rice, pasta, buckwheat, always one thing). There is also cheap yogurt, muesli and not delicious cheese and sausage. Technically, breakfast starts at 8, but there is nothing hot there at 8. It is very inconvenient, since most excursions start at 8-30 or earlier and there is simply no time to wait.
3. The products in the refrigerator look like they are clearly not the first freshness. The reviews say that they are overdue for years, but I did not personally check.
4. The hotel is "pets friendly", so be prepared that some dog will be settled next to you at any moment, who will lie half the night (I had it like that).
5. The restaurant on the ground floor turns into a public bar at night (that is, anyone can come in from the street). The people there are actively and noisily walking and I imagine how well everyone who is on the lower floors sleeps.
A very simple hotel with a good location and decent breakfasts. Friendly staff. The room has everything you need for a short stay, including a kettle and tea set. The only drawbacks are the lack of an elevator. And the cleaning is so-so, but I didn't mess up)
A small authentic hotel in the city center. Breakfast in the cafe on the right. sandwiches, omelette, tea/coffee. The Wi-Fi is working. There is no luggage storage, but things can be left before/after eviction.
We stayed at this hotel in April 2023 for a week. The room was on the second floor. The only advantage of the hotel is that it is located in the city center (I threw a star just because of this).
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it is very noisy here, very STRONG. There is no sound insulation, absolutely every rustle can be heard outside the room. In the evenings, the hotel's dining room turns into a bar, a lot of people gather, it gets very noisy. And this noise continues until one or two in the morning, if not longer. People are screaming very loudly, laughing like horses, and this behavior is very disgusting. I had to complain to the reception several times so that they would calm down the people from the bar, but it didn't help much.
Well, just for the little things:
1) On the day of check-in, it was already discovered late in the evening that there were no pillowcases on the pillows, but the bed was made. As a result, the pillowcases were brought after the second request an hour later, if not more.
2) Breakfast is so-so. It says that it starts at 08:00, but it is covered at best by 08:20. Considering that the tours start at 09:00, you have to go hungry. The breakfast food is quite meager and monotonous. They put very little on the table, and after it ends, you have to wait a long time for more to be put on. There is one woman working in the dining room who barely moves. You won't get napkins on the table either, only after requests.
3) I am already silent about the fact that the toilet of the room stinks of sewage.
4) Put a dirty cup in the room. I understand that many people will attribute this to a trifle, but the situation is not pleasant.
If you really want your guests to complain less and feel more or less comfortable, make normal noise insulation or close the bar earlier. Because we came to rest, just to REST, and with such a noise it's not a rest, but what the hell!
In general, I do not recommend this hotel.
Before choosing a City Centre Hotel, think carefully. It's better to overpay a little and stay somewhere else.
An excellent hotel for excursions- the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The hotel is small and has 12 rooms. The breakfasts are decent, although monotonous. But all the products are of good quality. The room has a TV, a fridge and a kettle. The furniture is all new, the linen is clean, not washed. There is a large bathroom, but it is a little cool in winter. The biggest drawback in the hotel is the lack of sound insulation. All conversations can be heard both from the common corridor and from the neighbors.
If you don 't sit in the room all day , then it doesn 't bother you . The staff is responsive, they respond to all requests, they tell you about the location in the city. A bottle of wine was presented to everyone for the New Year.
There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there are no problems with food
Well, to be honest, the advantages are only the location of the hotel and the fact that it is warm, the staff is polite, the mattress is comfortable, the rest is so-so. Overall it is clean, but the furniture is shabby and the carpets are stained, the curtains are dusty. The photos correspond to reality, but the nuances are not visible. The door to the room is with slits, everything can be heard from the corridor, and it slams in a draft, sometimes it pulls cigarette smoke from somewhere ((they took the superior superior room, it was written that there was a very large bed, but an ordinary 160cm bed there. The shower and plumbing are clean. A no-frills breakfast: scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurt, cabbage and carrot salad, cheese, sausage, bread, cupcake, milk. We found the hotel at the booking office, but it was not possible to book there because of the card, we found a phone on the card, called, they told us how to make a reservation on their website and paid on the spot.
On the plus side, polite staff.
Of the minuses, the photo on the booking does not correspond to reality.
I planned to go to a clean room at least with a fresh renovation.
In fact, we drove into a dirty room with dirty walls, plus there were problems with water.
The hotel has no elevators, take this into account when traveling with suitcases/strollers. The cleanliness of the rooms is questionable: white sneakers turned black in one movement around the room from the front door to the bed, broken ventilation in the bathroom gives a fabulous fragrance (no) in the room.
From the good: sound insulation.
I was with my wife from March 13 to March 15, 2023, and chose a hotel with breakfast.in order not to look for a place to eat in the morning, as a result, upon check-in, we were informed that breakfast is paid separately in a nearby cafe, it's just an outrage! Upon check-in, they began to inspect the room - the bathroom was very dirty and there were a lot of long hair on the floor.Of course, there is no heating in the room, although it is cool outside at night in March. We checked in together, and there was only one pair of slippers.Of course, there is no desire to check into this hotel for the second time!
An ordinary hotel, 3 stars. Tomorrow is meager, but you won't stay hungry. Eggs, yogurt, cheese, sausage. It's good!
Cleaning is not very good. Once they found a beer lid on the floor.
The second time the hair is in the shower(((
Well, so-so. There are nice people at the reception. In the evening it is very noisy, the place where breakfast takes place in the evening turns into a bar.
The hotel is very simple but pleasant. Geolocation in the center is suitable for those who came to walk a lot, and not sit in the room. Sound insulation is bad, breakfast is meager, but to have a quick snack and go in search of a delicious cafe for a full breakfast is fine :)
the staff is pleasant, the guys help with the suitcase, due to the lack of an elevator, it is very useful. Pets are allowed for an additional fee
Apart from the location and friendly staff, there is nothing to praise. There is also a good price tag for washing things and quickly. Cleaning the room is just to throw out the trash (lived 3 nights). It's cold in the room. The breakfasts are very modest, you will not stay hungry, but if you have something to compare it with, then it's a three.
Good location - all the right places are nearby.
The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking. There are breakfasts. They are monotonous, but you can generally eat enough.
Our room was comfortable - there is everything for living. Shampoo and shower gel are provided - you don't have to carry your own. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator and TV. The mattresses are very comfortable.
There is no elevator - the building consists of 3-4 floors. If you are traveling with the elderly, then take this fact into account.
There are problems with sound insulation. If you are unlucky with your neighbors, you will hear all their loud conversations.
In general, a good budget accommodation option is almost in the city center.
I ordered through the Island, a room with breakfast. They said on the spot that I didn't have breakfast. Maybe it's the Island's fault... The hotel is clean to spend the night...
Of course, the main advantage is the location :-) well, the price and quality are on the level. The staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend it.
One of the advantages is the very responsive staff and a good location in the center of Yerevan. Of the cons, it is stated on <url> that there is a kettle and free water in the room. In reality, you need to take a kettle at the reception, water is extra.the fee.
It's cold in winter. There is no heating in the bathroom.
Shabby rooms, running shower, dirty bathroom floor, covered in footprints and toothpaste on the sink at check-in... grey towels... in spots and dark pellets... It was dusty, even the water bottle from the minibar was covered in dust...on the plus side, it was pretty quiet and air-conditioned.

The price is average, I didn't like the smell of the sewer, they didn't give me slippers, then they gave me some stupid ones. The location is in the center. The girls at the reception are cute. They asked for a kettle and brought it right away. The TV channels are different,
Armenian and many Russian. In general, the norms.
