The quality is excellent!

It's like a private clinic, but it's understandable there, but it's very comfortable and safe here.

Hello, I rate only for the human factor. The time of work, the opportunity to get to a professional examination, take a picture - everything is great.
But, the rehabilitation of two teeth, small holes, the doctor said that it should be done in two passes. And try to get the ticket. We have not been able to get information from an orthodontist for many years about a tooth that does not want to come out. Well, the quality of the seals, unfortunately, needs to be redone every year.

Of the minuses: despite the presence of three orthodontists, an appointment with them for 3-4 months, when everyone's meaning disappears in this visit. And another thing: the children are attached to this clinic, they came with a referral from an orthodontist from a private clinic for a panoramic picture. It turned out that it was impossible to take a picture, you need a referral from an orthodontist from this clinic (I remind you, a record for 3-4 months). And it doesn't matter that it's an urgent case. There is no other way. You can't pay for it either.

There used to be a quiet district polyclinic. And now that the center has been made, it is impossible to enroll the child to the doctor. Waited a month! This is an outrage! But the repair was done. Why is it impossible to make additional offices for citizens registered at addresses not related to this clinic? Who needed it? Because of this, it would be necessary to give two stars. Cons: The child has a flux, there was no examination. Three days later, in a paid clinic: they took out a seal and prescribed antimicrobials, then medicine and a seal.
The question is why it was impossible to immediately get the seal from the child. And if the face was swollen? In general, my experience is not very good.

Хамящая уборщица 2х летнему ребёнку прошипела "на**** сюда идти, видно же что помыто" . Видимо на ремонт деньги нашим, а на адекватный персонал -нет. Почему-то лечат взрослых, хотя поликлиника детская. Передо мной по очереди лечили зубы мальчик лет восьми и его папа, видимо тоже мальчик, лет сорока. Доктор ребёнку понравилась, всё уютно, акуратно, спокойно разговаривали с ребёнком, напротив кресла висел телевизор, показывали мультик про доктора-стоматолога. Был просто осмотр, но пока впечатления в основном положительные. Предстоит лечение, вот тогда и посмотрим.
Просьба поговорить с младшим персоналом и попросить курящих докторов хоть куртки надевать на улицу, от халата одного доктора вонь стояла просто жуткая (табачный дым).

Грамотные специалисты, умеют найти подход к детям. Честно отвечают на интересующие вопросы. Лечить зубы здесь не доводилось, но удаляли молочные. Делают хорошо, достаточно быстро. Прием идёт вовремя.

Всё, в принципе, не плохо. Регистратура, врачи вполне адекватные. Но! Кабинет, в котором делают детям анестезию... это просто трэш. В первый раз меня прям жёстко отчитали, за то, что ребёнок 17 лет пришёл на анестезию некормленый)) Я объяснила, что не знала об этом, но всё равно выслушала ряд замечаний. Во второй раз уже сын мне сам сказал, что врач во время анестезии вела себя хамовато.

Хорошее место для лечения зубов, опытные профессионалы, очень хорошо обращаются с детьми,успокаивают их когда им больно, и хорошие оборудование и очень красивый ремонт!

К хирургу попасть реально, записаться к терапевту очень сложно, даже платно, но после ремонта красота- сделали все на отлично, сотрудники приятные, работают быстро и чётко
