A very nice place! There is a museum of the history of Mogilev in the town hall itself, and for a fee you can go out on the balcony and look through powerful binoculars, from which you can even see the Buinichi chapel! Binoculars don't seem to work in winter, but in autumn you can still look at them.
It is not the town hall itself that is interesting, but the CLOCK!!! You get to the very heart of the clock, where there are weights and gears in front of you! But! It's not that simple! The creator of the watch put SUCH A HUGE MEANING into them.... We were sooooo lucky with the guide: he told us not only about the creator himself, but also revealed many secrets of creation! The tin soldier in the tower is also interesting. The child liked the observation deck and the huge binoculars)))))))
It should be beautiful. But the backlight is all turned off. The country is in poverty. It's a pity. Only the eternal flame is not a FIRE, but a "broken" "gas pipeline". Like MARTIN.((( There is nothing close to ETERNAL FLAME. ((((
A wonderful museum, it was part of a program from the Goethe-Institut in September 2019. I was very pleased. The historical reconstruction of the coat of arms hall on the 2nd floor is grandiose!
A nice little museum. Going upstairs is mandatory. A unique clockwork mechanism, I hope they will fix it someday (in May 2021, the bells and the man riding out of the window did not work)
It is interesting for both adults and children, a historical monument, it is possible to book an excursion and go out on the balcony of the town hall to view the city
A very good museum, it was interesting to listen to the guide's stories. It's a bit of a pity that the building is new, but alas, at one time the pests were demolished. The excursion to the clock was bright, I liked everything. But there 's not much to look at with 25x binoculars .
Guests and residents of Mogilev will find something to see and touch the history of the city on the Dnieper.
Be sure to take a guide, that an experienced person has made the tour as useful and exciting as possible.
