I thank the company for the completed project of my house. They were attentive to my wishes, offered options for the layout, and competently placed the house on the site. A plot with a height difference of about 2 meters and elongated in length, which made me think well how to solve all technical issues with the construction and what would be beautiful. The guys coped with the task, thank you! We communicated in a separate telegram group, where my wife and I asked questions about the future house, came to the office a couple of times, communication is excellent. Special thanks to the head of the company for the individual approach and attentiveness!

We are very satisfied with our professional work. We did projects for a house, a canopy with a utility block and a summer house. Everything was done taking into account our wishes, the best options were suggested, the drawings comply with all standards. We also ordered working documentation for all buildings - this helps save a lot of time, nerves and money during construction. I highly recommend it! And most importantly, an individual project is very affordable and pays for itself many times!!!

Thanks to Andrey and Olga for the individual project! Everything is done at the highest professional level. We did not expect that we would get such a cool house of our dreams! Andrey not only took into account all the wishes, but also drew attention to those little things that we hadn't even thought about... For example, on which side of the house the sunrise will be, where the sunset is, on which side there are dilapidated or ugly houses, etc., so that looking out the window they do not catch the eye...well, you definitely won't find such an approach anywhere, we already know from our experience, having called half the city, where, apart from measurements, designers do not pay attention to such details.
This is the only architect who approached his work so carefully, arranged for us not only by phone, but also at a personal meeting directly on the site itself.

Why did you choose Andrey to develop an architectural project? Based on a recommendation from another developer + your own impressions after the first contact. This is the first construction site for us, but we carefully prepared for the construction by watching the blogs of other developers, watching thematic videos and reading literature. At the time of contacting the architectural workshop, we had already bought a plot, we wanted a one-story house and there was a selection of about 10 projects that we more or less like.
They drew up a technical specification, the first layout appeared next to which they already moved on and turned the whole project with various variations. Probably, about 20 modifications of the project were considered, the garage was abandoned in favor of an additional room. There were many questions that were difficult to decide on: windows, entrance group, terrace. Andrey and Olga always helped with possible solutions, but we always had the last word. As a result, this stretched the development time of the project, since the cost of error is high and we needed time to finally decide on solutions.
As a result of the work, I can estimate the result as 8 out of 10. What I can advise future developers: delve into all aspects of the development of an architectural project, no matter how good an architect you have, but this is your house and no one but you can decide how to do better, the architect is just your assistant in your decisions since he has much more experience and knowledge. Why 8 out of 10? Attention to detail – it seems to me that this was not enough. But in general, this is understandable – our project is one of many that the guys have done and are doing now, but for us it is the only one and the most important one.
If you are considering Andrey and Olga to develop your project, then I can confirm that these architects are worth considering. Arrange a meeting, chat, the guys usually offer the first free layout. After these activities, it will become clear to you how well you will work together and it will be easier to make a decision.

We found an architectural bureau in the search, we really liked Andrey's portfolio, there are options for every taste. The site is simple and intuitive, there are many images, a wide range of execution options (from a ready-made project developed for another customer to an individual project that will be developed specifically for you), pricing is also clear.
Initially, we wanted to buy a ready-made project with some modifications, after talking with Andrey, we revised some of our approaches to what the house should be like. We decided on an individual project. We didn't regret it - we got exactly what we wanted at the exit. There were many options that Andrey offered (drew), in the end we decided on one. The project was prepared on time (when contacting Andrey, delays in the preparation of the project can only be due to the fault of the customer!!!), the approval passed without any comments. We also ordered a construction project, and we were also satisfied. It makes construction easier. During the preparation of projects (and even after), there was a lot of communication with the architect and designer, they were always in touch, gave valuable instructions and advice.
Andrey is a very pleasant young man, calm and reasonable, client-oriented, honest and decent. We have only positive impressions from meeting him and from his work. We recommend it to everyone! We wish Andrey prosperity of his business and continuous professional growth!

We are very glad that we applied to Civil & Co for the development of our house project. We came to the architectural bureau with a large list of requirements for our large single-storey house. Andrey and Olga developed and agreed on the project. In the process of working with Andrey, I really liked that for all our "wishlist" Andrey showed possible solutions and their pros and cons. Now, during the construction process, I understand how competently and accurately the project was done, taking into account the nuances of the location of the site, soils, and taking into account all our wishes.
As a result, after many iterations of development, our project is ready. We are building up.

I want to give advice to people who intend to build something.
- Listen to smart people like Andrei Tsivilko and in general, it's time to understand for a long time, everyone should deal with issues in which they understand.
A simple example on my project:
- the first thing Andrey did was to do a geological survey and topographic survey, many will say why is this necessary? to throw away 250 rubles in vain, "the whole of Belarus stands on loam," as hack builders and other "crapkiya hazyachestvenniki" like to say.
As a result, this research gave me the idea that I was in decent trouble. The seemingly quite decent green area turned out to be a swamp with very unstable soils, which was later confirmed by neighbors who built block houses. Everyone has cracks of varying severity, turns out and improperly installed fences. According to all calculations, the option is only to pour the stove, yes - it is expensive, but it should save you from problems. By the way, all the neighbors did not do geology in the old-fashioned way and naturally chose a cheap classic ribbon or grillage. The topographic image gave an understanding of where and what soils need to be moved, and also helped to choose a place to build a new house in order to comply with all norms and avoid trouble.
The second tip:
- you need to sensibly assess your financial abilities and immediately, before contacting the architectural bureau, understand at least approximately what materials you will build a house from, how many floors, in what style, what dimension. Andrey recommended building the minimum necessary area (although it is not profitable for him, a plus in karma). Don't listen to the construction workers, the bigger the house, the more you can earn and with..publishing materials.
The third advice:
- it should be understood from the beginning that in addition to an architectural project, a construction project is needed, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects are also desirable. I additionally asked to immediately make a project of the entire site, namely to place a farm building, a garden, lanterns and so on. This initially allowed us to calculate all the necessary communications (water, electricity, fiber, etc.). In the case of a slab foundation, it allows you to immediately enter all the necessary communications.
Result:
- The bureau provides services of quite high quality for reasonable money, I definitely recommend it, decent people, young, not burned out yet, you will save time and nerves.
I was satisfied with the quality of the project (especially in the Logoi district executive committee, the chief architect signed the first time, without a single comment, which indicates professionalism)

I found an architectural studio on the Internet based on good reviews, I also liked the site and ready-made projects. He turned to the studio with his own house plan and formed "wishlist". Since part of the work was already ready, Andrey decided to make a discount on the design, which was very pleased. During the discussions, adjustments were made, and some were even categorically rejected by Andrey, which I did not regret later! I liked the well-established process of working with the client, a lot of time spent and a really INDIVIDUAL approach to designing an INDIVIDUAL home. As a bonus, the terrain of the site and the entrance group (with free access to the site) were jointly considered. I bought a plot for the construction of a house at an auction. I decided to apply to the architect Andrey Tsivilko at TWOYD for the project. I found out about him by chance, through YouTube, watching Vladimir Chernushevich's video about building houses on a stove. We contacted the architectural bureau "Civil&ko" via onliner.by , the conditions and terms of reference on our part were difficult, the time to complete the work was minimal, and the deadlines for submitting the AR for approval were burning. The project of the house was in the "picture" according to the principle "we want exactly the same, only different" - And it turned out for Andrey and his team - exactly "different" and exactly the way we wanted. It took a maximum of 3-4 days for global discussions on architecture, and 1.5 (one and a half months) for full "good" and order fulfillment. After such a result, both from the side of the architectural solution and the execution of all the "wishlist, taking into account the budget" - there was no question of who to do the CD, S, KV with. We chose Andrey and his team (of course, we checked that the prices are quite marketable and not overstated). Communication with Andrey and his team, both in person and in absentia (and there were quite a few of them - mail /chats/photos/documents on the cloud) - at maximum height and speed, question-answer, document - answer , change something - 2-3 options in the mail. The possibility of on-the-job communication for us as customers was one of the conditions, a minimum of interactions - maximum results.
Can we give recommendations to Andrey and his team? Not only can we do it, but we also want to do it.
Professionalism, ability to work, DEADLINES, the ability to adjust the project with the budget and the customer's "wishes" are the main points that I would like to note in working with Andrey and his team.
