A week ago, I made an appointment for a 10 a.m. general cleaning. I made a 50% prepayment. I planned everything in advance so that I could be free in the evening.
Yesterday, an hour before the start of work, they called and said force majeure could be postponed to 12:30. I agreed. In the end, they arrived at 2:30 p.m.
The cleaning was done by 2 young girls as usual. The chandelier was torn down. When I told them that I had written to the company to pay for the installation of the chandelier, they began to show their character in front of me that they did not like it. It's not my problem. We finished work at 20:00. All my plans for the evening went down the drain ((that's why I ordered cleaning at 10 o'clock in the morning.
Today I saw that the walls in the bathroom were not cleaned and dirty, and they remained, the dust on the cabinets was not touched. They also left fingerprints on clean dishes, and the coffee grinder was stained all over.
After that, I had to waste time and put everything in its place in the kitchen. Everything was turned upside down. The refrigerator shelves were haphazardly put in place.
What a lack of professionalism.
The worst cleaning company I've ever hired.

I sent them the bill for installing the chandelier, called an electrician to at least restore it. The third day is served with breakfast, which will be paid for. I'm already silent about paying for the cleaning services themselves, since it's difficult to call what they did a general cleaning.
A dubious organization. Don't expect to get a refund or pay for a specialist to repair the damage they caused you. It's kind of crazy.
I wanted to write a review about them in 2Gis, but they deleted themselves from there, apparently they can't cope with the negativity. The approach is simple: We messed up, but it's your own fault, and so on. Even in the most elementary: there are cats in the house, they left, and closed absolutely all the doors, left them without toilets, food and water, but I was to blame for this, I did not warn🤦♀️ although this is not the case, I warned everyone about everything, but who cares. I told the administrator about it, for 2 hours of voice messages, that it was my fault I didn't tell them about them, and the girls always close all the doors and windows. However, before that, there were no such "rules" a couple of times. Before that, there were angry messages that I deceived them and did not tell them about the three toilets in the apartment, no matter how much I asked them to show me the third toilet, they never showed me. Oh, yes, and if you decide that their shares will not be attractive to you, then this is only in words, there will be no dry cleaners, fog and something else there. You do not want property damage for your own money, inadequate attitude of the administrator, or even more so if you have animals, then choose others, at least those who do not cut themselves out from the reviews
I strongly do not recommend it! I agreed with this cleaning company for cleaning, they wrote that they work on prepayment. We issued an invoice to the Caspian Sea for 20,000, I paid it. We could not arrive on the specified day, then we postponed it three times, we were fed with promises, so we will definitely arrive tomorrow. We just waited in vain. As a result, I refused their services and asked for a refund of the prepayment. A week has already passed, the money has not been returned, and messages are not being answered.
