Very nice apartment. Excellent location, 500 meters to the beach, grocery stores nearby, bus station nearby, on Tuesdays there is a market with vegetables and fruits.
The apartments have everything you need for a long stay. We had two rooms with a balcony and a wonderful view of the mountains, from which paragliders fly every day. The staff is wonderful, cleaning every day, changing towels often. You can also eat without leaving the equipment, they will cook and bring it to your room. There is a small pool with sun beds, which always has places. We had a wonderful 16 days. Many thanks to all the staff for organizing the rest.

Purely by chance, we had to stay at this hotel for a few days! Good staff, 10 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace,clean,the room has a stove,kettle,dishes,microwave, small pool. The hotel is a three-star, but it will easily last up to 4!!!! I recommend it!

I liked the hotel, I lived in 3 types of rooms - small, standard and apartment with kitchen. All three are good, fairly fresh repairs and furniture, good hot water pressure at any time of the day, the Internet worked smoothly in all three. Clean, cleaning and change of towels and linen, as indicated in the accommodation conditions. The place is quite quiet, but close to shops, and the beach, and the promenade, and cafes, and stops, to the bus station 5 minutes on foot. From the small room and the standard, you could see a piece of the mountains, a very peaceful landscape. Friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking employee Natalia, very nice, she will tell you everything, tell you. If desired, you can always find something to find fault with, but for the price at which the hotel was offered in mid-March, I consider carping inappropriate. I was satisfied with everything, even the loud rooster, who is kept in the yard of a neighboring house, now I miss his ringing voice and Alania :)

Pros: excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the wonderful Cleopatra Beach. There is a fish market a kilometer away, several chain stores nearby, not expensive cafes. Daily room cleaning, towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. They asked for an extra blanket at the reception, they gave it without any problems. Good shower room, excellent water pressure. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. There is a safe.
Cons: thin walls, the room cooled down quickly in the evening, turned on the air conditioner for heating. The neighbors and the noise from the common corridor are very audible. Hot water starts running after about 5 minutes, you need to spill it every time before you go into the shower.

I would like to thank the hotel for its hospitality. Polite staff, cleaning every day, everything is very decent for its price. Their cuisine is delicious, you can safely order food, although not always all positions are available. You can also ask the reception to arrange a transfer, but with a surcharge. You can book a transfer yourself on 724transfer. Money was advised to exchange in Ppt - this is the local post office. The sea is close, the necessary shops and cafes are within walking distance. I will definitely come back, I liked everything!

A great place, the beds are comfortable, they clean every day, towels are changed every other day, the air conditioners work, there is everything for life, even a washing machine, which is very convenient, there is hot water in the shower. Lovely Natalie will advise you on places where you can have a tasty and inexpensive snack. The staff speaks Russian and English. 100 out of a hundred for a great holiday!

The price-quality ratio is consistent. The staff is polite and attentive. Convenient location, near Cleopatra beach, literally 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is located on a quiet street without any fuss, like on the next street. Cleaning is daily. The room is freshly renovated with good furniture. We had 1 + 1 bedroom and a living room, quite large. I swam in the pool with bleach, it doesn't really give off. It was convenient that the room has a washing machine and a kitchenette with everything you need. The bathroom is also all without complaints, good water pressure and hot water is available at any time, so well done. The administration is very good, there is no neglect, so let's come back again!

This is not the first time we have stopped here. I like everything. Starting from the staff, ending with the location.
There is everything for cooking. They clean every day, the linen is changed every three days. The staff is very helpful. There is a swimming pool.
There are a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby.
The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. The beach itself is sandy, in pm and in the sea itself. There are both paid sun beds and a lot of space just to spread the blanket.
We are very satisfied, we will definitely come back again! 👍

I recommend it! Very clean, cozy and comfortable! Chic, luxury, luhari style should not be expected. It's all not here. Everything here is modest, homely, so to speak. Utilities are included in the price.

A great home hotel. Close to the sea. The manager fulfills all the wishes. Some administrators are being stupid, confusing their duties with those of tourists. Therefore, the manager is almost 24/7 in high season on site.

Close to the beach - 6 minutes on foot. This is the biggest plus) The apartments themselves are very modest, rather shabby. Responsive administrators. Daily cleaning- garbage removal, the other was not noticed. During the week, they gave out a very small piece of soap and 1 tube of shampoo and shower gel for 4 people. Towels were changed on request.

A wonderful apartment hotel. It is located in a quiet area, but in close proximity to the beach (10 minutes on foot) and from the main streets.
There is a small swimming pool.
The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped. The staff is helpful and ready to meet the needs of the guests. Friendly attitude; special respect to the administrator Olesya - a very kind person!

It's a great place. We booked a room at the booking, everything meets expectations and photos.
Our room is newly renovated, excellent water pressure, air conditioning in every room, tile, kettle and washing machine.
They are cleaned every day, the service is pleasant and unobtrusive.
The girl at the reception is Irina, speaks excellent Russian. You can order the food that is prepared here at the hotel.
It's a five-minute walk to the sea. Nearby shops and cafes are within walking distance. Great location. In general, we liked everything. We were here for two weeks with a small child (a crib and a high chair were brought to the room).

A very nice apartment hotel. The kind of place you want to go back to. The hotel has different room categories, we lived in 1+1, i.e. bedroom + living room- kitchen. Cleaning every day, furniture and appliances are good. There is an electric tile, but I can't say anything because we didn't cook.
Within walking distance there are chain stores BIM, SHOK, CARREFOUR and local shops, and vegetable shops. To Cleopatra beaches
close, take a stroll... In the evening and at night, the street is quiet, because entertainment is a little aside, but also within walking distance.
If you are tired of Cleopatra Beach or, for example, waves on it, you can take a bus and go to the beaches behind the fortress.
About the owners separately. The host is a professional in his field, not just attentive to the guests, but caring. I have very pleasant impressions about the hotel and about the people who work there.
In general, I hope to return to Cleopatra King Apart.

Beautiful apartments. I was vacationing with my wife and a small child for 1 year. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A cot and a high chair were provided for the child. There was a minimal cooking kit in the room. We had enough. They cooked every day for the child. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful person. Attentive. There are shops nearby. Cleopatra Beach is a 15-minute walk away. There is a fish market nearby. This is the place where you are ready to return.

The assessment does not reflect reality (the staff steals and not only):
We booked a transfer through this hotel, promised to meet you at the airport with a sign. No one met us, we walked for an hour near the parking lot, no one came up. We agreed with the locals and left a little cheaper.
The audibility is very strong, someone will talk to each other, you will hear. The entrance doors to the apartments are ordinary interior doors.
The Internet works fine here only at the reception, people downstairs were sitting in jackets and working there, the rooms were flying out all the time or just didn't work.
We booked for 7 days, moved out 3 days earlier, refused to make a refund (even with a fine).
When leaving, I left my thing for 20,000 rubles, I write after 2 hours that we want to pick it up, they write to us that the cleaners did not find anything there (apparently they took it for themselves after the congress), they froze it for several days, it reached the cameras and after that the thing was accidentally found. They don't tell me where she was found. They do not admit guilt, they cover their own instead of apologies and compensation for the days not living in the apartment (although others were settled after us on the same day)... I do not recommend this hotel, the only advantage is the location.
