I have never come across such a boorish attitude of the staff as here. We came to the gastrofest, having paid for the set in advance. They said they were still eating at our table, take a walk. In order not to disturb anyone, we decided to settle down on the summer terrace, which was informed by the administrator. He replied, "it's good if there are tables without signs." There were empty tables, one of which was cleaned by a waitress who rudely asked to sit at the other. In order not to get into conflict, we decided to wait until they were removed. The waitress ran to complain to the admin guard, who came up and said that the terrace closes in an hour, you can sit down from below and bring the set to the terrace yourself (although our set was ordered for 22.00) 🧐 We agreed to sit downstairs, but our table was still occupied. We asked the administrator where we could sit, to which we received the answer that all the tables were occupied. As a result, we arrived on time, there are no tables, they do not allow us to sit down for free, they are rude. They rudely offered to sit at the bar.
Because of the spoiled mood, I no longer wanted to eat in the institution, I asked the administrator to put it with me and just leave, to which we received an answer: "You will sit down, we will bring the set and containers, you will stack them yourself" This angered me even more, because the kitchen should be doing this, not us. The situation was resolved by the waiter, who calmly collected our set and took it out. Thanks for the spoiled mood. Please take a closer look at the staff who meet the guests.

A review that I wrote five years ago and which is fully consistent at the moment.
I got to know the place by accident and was just in love. There are quite a lot of pubs and bars in Minsk, but this one really resembles the style of European establishments. An amazing informal, friendly and at the same time cozy atmosphere, coupled with excellent musical accompaniment, free live music on Fridays. Very tasty and perfectly decorated food, which is ideal for a foamy drink, the choice of which is also varied. The staff is diligent and polite, approaches atypical situations with humor, which pleases. Despite the fact that smoking is allowed in the room, the hoods work perfectly and there is no discomfort. It is indeed a place where you can relax and unwind, but it is quite noisy, however, this is a pub where it should be. But those who want quiet can use the terrace in summer. This is probably one of the places I really want to go back to. The price certainly corresponds, it is above average. However, it's worth it. An ideal place for companies, on a Friday evening. Thanks!

Great place, delicious food, fast service - we were satisfied.
The only thing I don't understand is why you can't smoke on the summer terrace (no one-liners, no vapes, I'm not talking about cigarettes at all). And inside, in the basement, you can just suffocate from the fetid smell of cigarettes. Because absolutely everyone smokes without going out. And you come out of there like an ashtray.

Delicious cuisine, cheerful company, driving music! It's a very atmospheric place.
The table was booked in advance, a week in advance. The waiters immediately ran up, even for a minor gesture, there are no questions about the service. I liked craft beer, salads and snacks.

To be honest, there is an Irish atmosphere, even a few dishes from their cuisine, special thanks to the cook, it cooks very tasty, cool tinctures, excellent service, the range of beer, especially English, is missing for obvious reasons, German and Russian in the assortment, the place is 100% returnable, I really liked it.
