Terrible customer service.
We were sitting with friends on 03.11.2023 in the evening. The waiter Sergey, whom he attached to the complaint, immediately began to call us "you", called us "peasants", threatened to expel that they simply held an electronic cigarette in their hands, even though they did not smoke. When asked to tell about the beer in the assortment, he began to joke inappropriately and say something about "Alivaria". In the end, when he brought the bill, he did not just put the folder for the bill on the table for us, but threw it.

I came here for a gastrofest.
I waited for food for 30 minutes (I spotted it). Everything that should be hot was cold. Everything that should have been crispy was wet. It tastes like McDuck. But cucumbers are seedless. One waitress forgot about the request to bring a plate, the other ran away after calculating the card, without even asking if a check was needed.
+1 star only for a good pantsushot of one of the waitresses, and if I hadn't been so attentive, I wouldn't have noticed.
