They were from October 15 to October 23, 2024.A good three-star hotel for your money. Our room was in a building on the third floor, there are many more bungalows on the territory. The food was excellent, at lunch and dinner all the time something from fish or meat was cooked on the grill, 4-5 types of fruits, olives all the time, beer is excellent. The bar has local alcohol, as in all hotels.A huge plus is the hotel's restaurant with sea views, access to the promenade and the excellent sandy beach of the hotel with a smooth entrance to the sea.
A huge plus is that everything is right on the shore. And this advantage smooths out all the disadvantages. The composition of the vacationers is super international, but the atmosphere is created at home and apparently thanks to this everyone feels comfortable. The staff will easily find a common language with you, many understand German, English, Russian, even common phrases, but they solve all issues without problems.
Everything is included. Food and drinks are varied and meet all needs. The hotel is located right on the beach, you can swim and eat without interruption.
Of the vacationers, 80% are Germans. They smoke everywhere and that's it. Not only cigarettes, but also electronic cigarettes, which are banned in Turkey. There are no distinctions by zones, i.e. for smokers and non-smokers.
Do not take an Economy room, there is a chance to stay without a window. We booked a standard with two beds, we were put in a room with not very much one bed. They said they would be relocated tomorrow. We went every day, moved on the third day. I talked to another guest, said that they were also settled in a bad room, and on the third day they were moved to a good one. Shower, hot water, air conditioning — everything was normal in both rooms. The refrigerators were almost not cold. They clean well every day, change towels. After changing the bedding, it was as if they hadn't changed it.
Free Wi-Fi is available only at the reception.
The food is generally delicious. For 3 stars it is quite ok. 2 times we went on holidays, we had really good dinners with meat, fish and seafood. And so, there is something meat every lunch and dinner. Mostly chicken or turkey.
There is a queue for food 5 minutes before the start of the meal, which looks very ridiculous. Wait 20 minutes, the queue will pass, and there will still be food. Desserts are not very tasty — biscuits with some kind of top. But 1 time there was a bunch of baklava! There are always watermelons (not sweet), melons (not ripe), grapefruits, oranges, apples every other time. Tea, water in refrigerators, and concentrated juices are always available. You can ask for soda and alcohol at the bar. As for alcohol, I didn't drink. I saw beer and some cocktails.
There are also separate one-storey houses and a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel. There are sun beds around the pool, but there are few umbrellas.
The hotel is very well located. Literally 10 steps to the sea from the bar. There are sun beds and umbrellas (not for every sunbed). You can take a beach towel as a deposit (5 euros or 100 lira per towel) at the reception.
What infuriated me was that many people occupied sun beds (hung up a towel) at 7 a.m., and came only by 11. I would like the hotel staff to control this moment. If you come at 7-8 in the morning, there is almost no one.
There is a shower on the beach. There is no toilet or locker room. But there is a toilet to the left of the dining room. You can safely walk from the beach to there.
There is some entertainment on site, but we only got there once.
For cleanliness, questions only apply to the dining room and a change of bed linen. You can't call it a restaurant in any way. Near the bar, to the side of the dining room, an unpleasant smell at the end of the day, sticky tables. But all the staff can see that they are trying! It's just that there are clearly not enough of them to keep everything in order, since there are a lot of visitors. Some guests said that they have been vacationing here for years, but this year it has become much worse. But here you can choose: either a hotel by the sea is much more expensive; or a hotel for the same price is better, but they will take you by bus to the sea. It was important for us that the sea was as close as possible.
If you know English, then there will be no problems. A couple of people also spoke Russian.
If you are without a man, then I advise you not to smile at anyone. I was friendly, and a week later 3 hotel employees began to offer me a walk outside the hotel. In recent days, I had to walk around with a brick face so that no one would have the desire to communicate. For some reason, people perceive a smile as flirting. Before that, I had no such problems in Turkey, but I was on vacation with my husband.
As a budget option, I recommend it precisely because of its proximity to the sea. But I wouldn't have come a second time.
Everything is cool, the location, the price, the food, the distance to the beach, to the old town, everything is great, but the room is not very good at all (to put it mildly).
I'll go again...
We had a great rest, close to the historical part of the city, mostly Germans and local Turks

The hotel does not deserve 3 stars, because it does not match the stated photos and descriptions. The rooms are shabby, instead of a bed there are 4 mattresses on top of each other, which move apart at night. There is a lot of food, but almost everything is tasteless. Flies fly and land on food. Every other time, dirty forks and glasses with finger marks come across. There are no air conditioners anywhere except in the rooms. In general, you can't even call it a hotel, because it all consists of separate houses and the reception is a table under a canopy. And mind you, all this for decent money! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
