One of my favorite cafes in Kazakhstan, I would say the best! A pleasant and rich menu for every taste! The waiters are friendly, polite and quick. Huge portions, the food pleases with its tastes, and the prices save my budget))). And very tasty tea. Come on in, you won't regret it!))

It's cozy and pretty cute. Very tasty desserts and drinks. But the food... Unfortunately, it's not tasty at all. I've been to both establishments in the Krg and in Kostanay, it feels like the same cook is cooking. If you want to eat delicious food, it's not an option. If dessert is served with coffee or tea in a pleasant atmosphere, then you can safely go. The staff is different, I met both nice guys and not so much. The cooking time is average, as in any other cafe, 20 minutes.

We ordered tea, coffee and salad. The tea and coffee were good. I waited for the salad for 30 minutes, then when we asked, it turned out that they hadn't made it at all and the waiter had forgotten about it, although he seemed to have written it down. And after that, they took another 10% for the service, which they then returned. The price for the service must be included in the price of the dishes, or you need to warn about an additional 10% in advance, otherwise someone may not be able to afford the sudden expense.

A good entrance group, cozy, decent dishes, but the service is slow, they forget about requests to change something in the dish or vice versa to add something (for example, without onions) and bring not what they asked for. Sofas already need dry cleaning, you can see a lot of stains, crumbs, it's not very pleasant to sit. The toilet is clean.
