I bought a coconut mocha volume XL, I liked everything, the coffee shop is clean and pleasant. I especially liked the staff, polite pleasant guys, special thanks to the barista Roman, helped me decide on the order and made coffee at the highest level. The best coffee shop, I'll come back.

Today I noticed the action: "when buying coffee M donat for half the price," that is, everything goes for 6 rubles. I went into a coffee shop on Pobediteley Avenue 7 (next to the gallery) and ordered a hot Cappuccino M. The order automatically amounted to 6p, so I thought they would give me a donation immediately with ready coffee. But no. I stood for a while, waited and asked the barista about it. He said that it was necessary to say immediately when placing an order that a combo was needed. I told him about the cost, to which I received the answer "it automatically calculates for me." And it turns out that I bought M coffee for 6p (instead of 4.5p) and did not receive my donation! Okay, that's fine, the problem is something else. Other people who have no idea about this promotion and just order coffee also fall for this trick. Without noticing, they pay 6p for coffee. And it turns out that the coffee shop is actually robbing customers, saving on desserts. It's a shame(

We stopped by today, around 12 o'clock, with a friend at the kofix on nemiga to get a refreshing drink. Orange bumble was selected in the seasonal drinks section.
During the preparation of our drinks, we accidentally saw that not only orange juice was added there, but also many other ingredients.
As a result of the preparation, we clarified the composition with the seller Anna. Having listed coffee (which I can't stand) and grapefruit juice (which my friend is allergic to) in the composition, we clarified with Anna why the composition of the drink was not indicated anywhere, to which we received the answer "our customers know what they are ordering."
The question arises, how do new customers know that not only orange juice, but also other ingredients are hidden behind the "orange bumble".
When we offered to replace these drinks with something from the menu at the same price, we received a response: "you chose these drinks yourself."
After much indignation on our part, we were not offered a single solution to this problem.
Wasted time and money.

The answer was - very tasty. So my review matches. I have never tasted worse desserts in Minsk.Apparently, dried booms were specially collected throughout the capital especially for the holiday. There are a lot of people-they buy everything. Cappuccino is almost without coffee, as, indeed, almost everywhere now. I will try not to visit this cafe in the future and I do not advise anyone.

We stopped by to buy coffee and something sweet. As a result, the purchased bun turned out to be not just not the first freshness or cherished, but stone, even if you break the table. The bartender girl didn't even blink when she took the dessert from the window and had the conscience to sell her this inedible piece that would break her teeth. Of course, the money was returned with a dissatisfied and uncomprehending face, but what's the point of that. Bumble turned out to be the most tasteless in the city, as if it is diluted 1 to one with water, tasteless, the same situation with cappuccino: it would seem how you can spoil even this, but it turns out you can. In short, if you want to be sold spoiled or hard desserts or drink tasteless coffee without a twinge of conscience, please. I've never gone to this place and as if it would be better not to start

Были сегодня в кофейни ,купили донаты и они были ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЕ!
А чизкейк за 4 рубля выглядит УЖАСНО 🤮
Также за прилавком девушки очень громко обсуждали свои вопросы
Просьба обратить внимание на КАЧЕСТВО обслуживания и на десерты

Сегодня столкнулась с отвратительным сервисом в кофейне по адресу пр-т Победителей, 7, расположенной по соседству с KFC.
Когда я подошла к кассе для заказа, кассир принявший заказ у предыдущего посетителя, ушёл в подобное помещение. Помимо неё за прилавком находилось ещё 2 сотрудника, которые варили кофе. Спустя 5 минут ожидания у кассы я задала вопрос примет ли кто то мой заказ. Реакции на это не последовало. Спустя ещё 3 минуты, я повторила свой вопрос, добавив громкости так как сотрудники громко переговаривались между собой. На меня вновь никто не отреагировал. Когда я попросила книгу замечаний, я наконец получила долгожданное внимание и вопрос "что произошло?". Объяснив ситуацию мне ответили, что меня не услышали и книгу по первому требованию не предоставили. После второй просьбы я наконец смогла оставить свое замечание. Передо мной никто не извинился и даже не предложил принять мой заказ, так что из кофейни я ушла без желанного лимонада и в отвратительном настроении.
Так же хотелось бы отметить, что заказы выдавали "на отвали", не называя имени гостя, которые гадали их этот заказ или нет. После вопроса одной из гостей есть ли карамельный сироп в её кофе, так как не чувствуется сладости, бариста Никита ответил, что он все наливал.
Прошу руководство обратить внимание на работу данной кофейни, так как я уже постоянный гость вашей сети и в других кофейнях обслуживание всегда было на высоте☹️☹️☹️
Если была бы возможность поставить оценку 0, я бы ей воспользовалась.

медленное обслуживание, работает один человек, который и заказы принимает, и кофе готовит. в итоге, отстояв медленно тянущуюся очередь, вам скажут, что желанного вам напитка нет (хотели сезонный)….

Много раз заходил в различные кофейни сети "cofix" и ни разу не видел такого медленного и плохого обслуживания, вроде бы заказ девушка принимала и мило, но делали кофе достаточно долго, хотя в очереди было всего пару человек. Сотрудники больше болтают между собой, а не работают и к тому же ещё забыли добавить сироп в кофе, и это не впервой в этой точке. Уже просто нету желания возвращаться и ругаться с ними.

Обслуживание отвратительное. Девушка бариста единственная из коллектива работает. Вашим сотрудникам поменьше бы заигрывать друг с другом и больше времени уделять работе. Кофе приготовили , а круассан разогревать никто не хотел. Девушка управляющая на просьбу так и ответила "не хочу ", учитывая тот факт , что очередь была огромная.

Уже давно посещаю cofix, заходили с парнем в эту точку заказывать раф фондю впервые. В итоге, сначала нам сделали объем не 0.4, а 0.3 мл. Хорошо, что сразу это заметили, а потом и вовсе забыли добавить шоколад.
