We were with a friend on January 26. The coffee is delicious, the barista Tatiana is very nice and helped a lot to understand the flavors of pasta, polite and active. We will visit this point more often. I really liked it!

I would give 0 stars for the service. Not only did the girl not listen to the order at all and cooked the wrong thing, she was also constantly distracted by her friends. This is a job, not a walk, and I pay money for the goods and service. It's a small thing, but you could have said in advance that there would be cold coffee in a paper cup. Straws and lids had to be demanded. The trays were empty .
Before me, they made peanut raff, sprinkling peanuts with bare hands is too much. Especially when I touched my hair and wiped the table before.
More indignation is caused by the feeling that you came to the barista's house, and still owed.
A negative impression. I will spread this situation as much as possible.
1 star for coffee.

But your company policy is a bit strange and stupid to me.
I bought a bottle of water, and they poured it into a glass for me, because the company's policy forbids giving the bottle away.
Are you even serious? Company management, did you use something when you came up with it? Now I have to carry a glass of water with me instead of a bottle.

I was specifically looking for the nearest cofix, because it was always delicious as much as I tried coffee. I came here for the first time in anticipation of having a latte. Naturally, I ordered a bigger glass.

Back in early 2024, sandwich packaging was divided into 2 pieces, i.e. loaf, sauce, greens, chicken, sauce,loaf×2.
In October-November, for 5 rubles. there is a loaf, cheap mayonnaise, chicken crumbs, loaf, mayonnaise, loaf. It's very tasteless. A fish sandwich is the same failure, only as much as 6 rubles. The coffee is like from a vending machine.

I am satisfied with the quality. Although the coffee here is not 100% Arabica, but the price is low. It can only be annoying to wait in line when there are a lot of people and there is only one barista who has to make coffee and be at the checkout.
I also want Cofix to be able to give coffee in porcelain cups for those who drink in the hall. It would be more environmentally friendly and cheaper for cafes.

Today, 16.05, I got to replace a very nice barista. There was an influx of customers, but the girl, I don't know her name, unfortunately, quickly handled orders and also managed to wish each client a good day and smile. It's nice, she's a smart girl :)

I went to this codex 3 times, and all these 3 times I took an espresso tonic. The first one was with ice, but the schweppes that the barista added were exhausted without a single gas. I couldn't finish it, so I threw it away. The second time I went in the evening before closing, a new bottle of schweppes was opened in front of me, everything was fine with him this time, but the drink was without ice, which no one warned me about. When asked why there was no ice in the finished coffee, they said it was over. And today I had a combo of sneezing Schweppes and no ice. Of course, this time no one warned in advance about the lack of ice in the coffee shop. Never set foot in here again. Totally sucks and frustrating.

Otherwise, in terms of price / quality ratio, the network travels exclusively due to interesting seasonal drinks and variations, competitors have lower prices and tastier coffee.

There are questions about the price-quality ratio. Especially in the evening. Often the drinks are diluted and there is no taste of saturation. After 8 p.m., they constantly have some kind of breaks and there is no one at the checkout for 20-30 minutes. Some cashiers are on their own wave. Orders sometimes have to wait 15-20 minutes. There is one person at the checkout who makes drinks, and there are just a huge number of people.

Cofix, please train your employees normally. There are no words from such service and "customer-oriented" communication. Waiting for coffee for 15 minutes is ridiculous. When I clarified about the lid, they replied "There are none." And then when I asked "What should I cover with?)) When will it be?" Your employee replies, "I do not know, go without a lid." Honestly, such a disregard and "spit" in the face, it was "as pleasant as possible" to receive. No apologies, nothing. Each time your reputation drops lower and lower.

Poor guys who work in that stuffy place without air conditioning.
But the same guys are sitting at tables on the street, designed for visitors, soaring and getting high from life when one girl makes coffee for everyone in a hurry at 6 p.m.
