Some friend of hers was with her. I come today, the situation is the same, only I was wearing headphones. but I didn't have any music and I heard her friend say something about the people who came and she shouted loudly "I don't care" just using obscenities, thinking that I couldn't hear anything. It would not be difficult to read lips there. I'm not proud, I went to the coffix in the subway like last time. I'm coming back now with coffee from another point to go to the KFS, and she's sitting under the cash register and talking on the phone, ignoring the woman near the window. I work as a waiter myself and consider this an inadequate attitude towards guests and my own revenue.
10/20.24 I went in as usual for a glass of delicious cappuccino, but it turned out not to be him at all. The coffee is overcooked, which means that there is a very large portion of espresso. The milk tastes good, but the foam itself is disgusting. The barista on this day just whipped up the milk but did not remove the bubbles, which shows the level of professionalism of the barista. I came here more than two weeks ago to drink cappuccino too, but even then the coffee level was pumped up. What can I say in the end, the coffee is burnt, the milk is boiled and the coffee did the maximum at an amateur level, but not as not from a barista. The desire to change the staff and teach how to make coffee properly! (Says a man who works in the catering industry).
Very comfortable staff, friendly and lovely! If anything, they help with the choice of a drink! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the coffee is delicious! Desserts are delicious too :)
