But while I was waiting for my son in the salon, a woman came in for a pedicure. The receptionist asked her to sit down and buried her face in the phone. The woman waited for 10 minutes. The impression of the place is contradictory. The administrator knows his job perfectly: he is guided by services, prices; he is able to keep up a conversation, interest and present everything in the best light.
The manicure master (took off the gel polish and did a hygienic manicure) worked quite carefully, communicated kindly. BUT: the table is a mess, she did not treat my hands or her own before the manicure, the sterility of the cuticle scissors was in doubt, since they lay right on the table without any packaging, like other tools ...
New impressions: I went for a smart pedicure. I contacted the administrator (already different) at 9.30, signed up for the window at 12.30...I arrived 10 minutes before the start. At 12.30, the podologist was not released-I had to wait until 13.05.Moreover, after 20 minutes of waiting, photos of previous work (10 minutes) and cleaning of the place (5 minutes) were performed. There is no compensation for waiting.
The work of the podiatrist smoothed out the impressions: slowly, carefully, with explanations.
Additions: it has been three days since the samart pedicure...There is no promised long-term effect. On the sole, heels, fingers in places of maximum load, the skin is as hard as usual and already "clings" (although they applied smart molecular oil in the salon after the procedure, they washed at home without soap to "work" more, used a urea-free cream and liquid vitamin E - everything as recommended).
Perhaps the problem is that I walk up to 10 km a day...But there were no reservations about the duration of the effect.
Great hair salon! They are always polite and helpful. The prices are great. Professionals in their field. Me and my two sons, aged 3 and 6, always get a wonderful haircut! Thank you so much for the haircuts!!! I recommend it!!!

They did a "complex" coloring, painted with spots, applied paint to the roots, not tinting, and thereby spoiled the hair at the roots.
When I showed the spots immediately after coloring, they said that the light falls like that and it seems to me. After I looked at it in normal light and the spots are very visible.
When asked for a refund, they replied that the coloring was done according to the norms and "in general, few people in Grodno know how to paint well." They offered to come to the same master and "fix" the joint, of course I refused, because I wanted to keep what was left
Several months have passed, the hair has fallen off in length, it is impossible to fix it, you need to wait for the roots to grow back. Now the treatment
The beauty salon administration is no longer responding.
If you do not need hair, have few adventures in life and money is pressing your pocket, I recommend this salon.
