The balcony is large, like a terrace, I advise you not to listen to negative reviews from inadequate people for whom everything is wrong and not that way
The territory of the hotel is beautiful - a lot of palm trees and greenery, this is definitely a plus. The kitchen is not bad, but the choice is small for five; the vacation was spoiled by sushi, which I poisoned ... the staff is not Russian-speaking at all, if you do not know the language, it will be very difficult. Russian russians are generally not particularly welcome here, the staff laughs at Russians among themselves. The all-inclusive concept doesn't work here, a lot of things for a fee. Animators are useless, nothing interesting, in the evening only the program is +- normal, with hired singers / actors / dancers. In general, we do not recommend it. And according to the budget, the price is too high for these conditions.
I have just returned from this hotel. I want to share my impression. The hotel undoubtedly has advantages, but they are few. The disadvantages outweigh of course. The rest started with a plus sign. We arrived at the hotel at about 9.00 am. We were preparing to wait for check-in until 14.00. Since this is a normal practice. Check-out at 12.00, check-in at 14.00. No... Many hotels have an early check-in service for money. We were refused. We didn't know at that time that the hotel was half empty and the managers were just being mean. We thought the hotel was fully loaded. They asked if we could leave our suitcases at the reception, go for a meal and swim. Since this is also a normal practice. In all absolutely hotels, and behind me Half the World and a huge number of hotels, this is allowed. But, not here. We were told to sit at the reception until 14.00, they refused breakfast, we were not allowed it on the first day. I put the emphasis on the fact that we were with a three-year-old child. We decided, OK, we will sit until 14.00, and you yourself will suffer the child's hysteria when he gets tired or hungry. But that's where one of the few advantages was waiting for us. We were settled in 5 minutes without additional charges.
Further cons. The hotel itself, the rooms and all the furniture are old. She even smelled like in sovpedop sanatoriums. There is no cleaning service. In 10 days, we had towels, toilet paper changed, a bottle of water was put on and the bed was made. That's it. The floors were never washed, we walked on the sand in the room for 10 days. The light in the changing room stopped working, all the sockets were also cut off at once. I had to go to the reception and call the master. There are ordinary good balconies, there is a type of French one that cannot be accessed, and there is a third option that we encountered. It's like an ordinary balcony with a table and two chairs, but it's completely covered with a wooden lattice, as if you're in a harem, peeking outside. Because of this, there is no wind on the balcony and it is insanely stuffy. There is no clothes dryer in the room. There is only one string on the balcony and that's it. There is no battery-powered lid in the safe, be careful not to fly out when closing. And if you are going now, keep in mind that some rooms are renovated and after lunch, the child will sleep under the drill.
The beach and the sea. The approach is good, gentle, sandy. In the morning the sea is clear, after lunch the swamp. There are algae floating, scraps of some kind of sea snot, bags. There is a pier with yachts nearby, and after lunch the tide is probably coming in from there. But swimming near the shore after lunch is disgusting. The sun beds and umbrellas are normal, the only thing they take up at night, so the beach is empty, but the sun beds are in someone else's towels. We need to look for a place after lunch.
Swimming pool. Not bad. There is a children's part.
Food. The second plus. There is not much choice compared to other hotels, but you can always find something to eat. At the same time, the child is also important. The only thing is that the grill on the street is over-dried, very dry meat. The fish is burnt.

They just took me where I needed to go and that's it. Like a minibus. They didn't say anything, just silently. At the end of the walk, we had to run around the parking lot with the child under the scorching sun and find out who would take us back, since our bus had left. Of course, everyone was unhappy. When checking out, they asked for help with the extension of the room, Said also did nothing.
By the way, be careful with dollars. Some have gone out of circulation. We were given $5 to change at the airport for a visa. Then we paid for a taxi to the mall at the hotel, where we used them. But the next day, the manager from the reception pestered us to exchange these 5 dollars for others, since they do not take them from the bank. That is, they give them to people at the airport themselves, but they don't take them back to themselves. Naturally, we refused to replace the bill, as it had already been a day. Firstly, the driver had to check the money in front of us, where is the evidence now that this is our bill, and not someone else's, and they just wanted to breed us like fools.
There is one street outside the hotel. You can take a walk. There are pharmacies, minimarkets, and of course a lot of souvenirs.
Exit. I just applaud the absurdity!!! We were picked up from the hotel at 20.00. We need to vacate the room at 12.00. We approach the reception, they refuse to extend the room, as we understood because of the lousy 5 dollars, you refuse 30. The hotel is full. We go to their official website, to several well-known booking sites, where it is written in black and white that there are a lot of rooms available. They started saying that those sites could sell, but they didn't have a system in their computer to check the numbers. Are you serious???? And the official website????? Aren't you selling there too???? We offered not to pay for the extension of the room until the evening, but to pay for the day! They spread their hands, said that we had to leave at 12.00 and that the child would not receive lunch or dinner and would sit at the reception until 20.00. As a result, we bought another day through our travel agent. Moreover, the travel agent requests a reservation at the reception, they miraculously have a system for this time, where they check the available rooms and confirm the reservation! We even found an administrator there, to which he said that these were our problems. In April, we were in Egypt at another hotel, heaven and earth. Everything is there for tourists, but here it's all dirt and rudeness.
Children's animation for 10 evenings: 6 songs in a row, you have to repeat the dances after the animator. All the days, the same songs and movements. It's trash.
In general, I definitely do not recommend going to this hotel. For the same price, there are client-oriented hotels.
