Good afternoon! We stayed at the hotel on 05/06-05/15/2025. I really liked everything: the food, the sea, the beach, the pools, the animation, the services at the hotel. The territory is huge, well maintained, very beautiful. There are many pools, few people at the pools. The water is warm. We swam a lot. There is a water park and pools for children. There are rescuers everywhere. Before our eyes, the rescuer saved the girl.
The sea is beautiful, the reef is extremely beautiful, there are many bright fish. There is a children's area by the shore and a pier for adults.
There is a gym, gymnastics and zumba on the beach, water aerobics in the pool, foam parties, evening shows in the amphitheater and much more.
The rooms are spacious. When there was a problem in the room, they were immediately moved to another room. Everyone cleaned up. Special thanks to Rateb, who laid out swans, ships, crocodiles, and flowers on our beds during the cleaning. There was a new surprise waiting for me every day)
From the hotel, for $ 3, you could take a minibus to the center of Sharmal Sheikh and other beautiful locations
to walk in the evening.
The food is very tasty: fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, desserts, juices, wine...There is a lot of food)
The staff is very friendly, always trying to help.

I liked the hotel. The rooms are of course very shabby, but in general they are quite spacious, everything is functioning. The restaurant is working perfectly, there is enough food for everyone, and most importantly, they feed not only chicken, but mainly beef, they also give lamb, duck, turkey, often fish and squid. But the most important thing in this hotel is the sea and the beach. The beach is sandy, 8 meters deep, something like sand is filled in the sea so that children can swim, this area is limited by buoys, then corals and rocks, and various fish swim there. With small children, you can swim in masks right by the shore. There is also a pantone with a raft, it's deep there, and it's suitable for adults. There is also diving on the beach, and you can go scuba diving. There is also food on the beach in the bar, burgers are being prepared. There is a good water park for children. The slides are big. I am secretly surprised by the low rating of this hotel, which deserves a solid top five for its category and high occupancy.
Positive:
Food: a large restaurant with a diverse menu (for 9 days there was chicken, beef, duck, fish and turkey, we bring all the meat tasty and soft). There is no meat only at breakfast. Very tasty sweets, always fruits and vegetables.
Staff: attentive, efficient, will help you carry a plate or find a chaise longue on the beach
Territory: huge. 2 heated pools, one simple, aquagorks, clear sea, windless bay. They began to import fine white sand over plain sand. The entrance to the sea is both from the pontoon and from the shore, the bottom is sandy. We
have purchased additional deck chairs.
The room has a sea view, +50 dollars, and it's worth it!
We checked in 10 minutes after arrival and were immediately invited to breakfast.
Cons: a somewhat tired hotelier, if you are waiting for luxury for that kind of money, then you should go to the Ritz or Marriott.
towels are not changed (well, that's understandable - there are thousands of sets), but the rooms have a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, lotion and gel. There is always water, a safe, a balcony or a terrace.
In general, an excellent economy class hotel in all respects, we will be happy to visit again.
Excursions from a tour operator are traditionally very expensive, for example, a 1.5-hour trip on a bathyscaphe in the company of 100 people costs (NOT worth it) about $50.
Shopping: call for a free transfer to Mango market, really normal prices without haggling (for example: $ 2.5 sneakers for smoking; 4-5 men's cotton T-shirt, etc.).

This is our second vacation there. The child is 4 years old - delighted. Amazing children's area and slides. The staff deserves special praise. The area is always clean and well maintained. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pools ... but we always found places by the sea in winter, but now it has never worked out. Everything was tight.

We had a rest in January 2025. A wonderful hotel, the territory is large, there is a place to walk and admire. The staff has a very good attitude both at reception and in restaurants. The beach is nice, convenient for both children and adults with scuba gear and masks to swim. There is a water park, but it's for a family with kids. The guys clean the rooms wonderfully. In general, I was struck by the cleanliness and beauty in any place of the hotel. We recommend it for recreation. I would really like to come to you again.

I stayed at this hotel from 30.03. to 09.04.2025
in room 7249. I would like to express my gratitude to the gardener and his team - it is very beautiful, green and well maintained, the territory of the hotel is huge, but there is beauty in every corner.
The family room was located on the second floor by the pool and the a la carte Arabic restaurant, overlooking the pool from the balcony. The buildings of the hotel themselves are very beautiful, but the rooms need renovation, the furniture is all worn out, the plumbing is old, the bed linen is in spools, the refrigerators in the rooms are very noisy, I had to turn off because it was impossible to sleep. There was one towel for the feet for two bathrooms, when it got dirty, it was taken away, but a new one was not provided. The rooms are cleaned superficially - the bed was made, the trash was taken out, the floor is not cleaned, the dust is not wiped off, towels are not changed. Money was left for cleaning, but the result is the same. The safe in the closet was immediately locked the first time it was used (this is done on purpose) to call an employee from the reception and he enters something from his phone and thus unlocks the safe, then shows several times how to use it, for which he receives a monetary reward.
The food is good without frills. For children, there is a separate room for meals in which there is a TV, cartoons are included, but this room is air-conditioned, the children are cool, wear a blouse.
In a restaurant, I would add dessert spoons, as it is not always convenient to eat dessert with a fork. The restaurant staff is friendly, they clean the dishes very quickly, you don't always have time to finish eating, but you can understand them, there are a lot of people, and there aren't enough places for everyone, although both restaurants were open.
You need to take a place in the sun on the beach by the time the beach opens, before the arrival of beach towels. If you don't have time, it's just impossible to find a place. You can pay an employee and they will find you a chaise longue and cover you with a towel, but this option is not always possible, there are many people who want to, and the beach area is not made of rubber. Deck chairs need to be replaced.
Entrance to the sea from the shore and pantone with ladders. The sea is clear, but there was an invasion of jellyfish for a couple of days.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2024. A lovely cozy hotel with a beautiful territory. The staff is polite and friendly. Clean, big beach . The sea has a beautiful reef, there is a dive center on the beach, instructors are responsible and speak Russian. Special thanks to Shady Mostafa for a good stay, the hotel has created an atmosphere of good rest and mood. We plan to visit the hotel again this year.

We had a rest from December 20 to December 30, 24. Let's start with the pros. The hotel is old, so the beach and reef are very nice. There are many different kinds of fish, there is a diving center. The cost of diving is not high. There is animation on the beach, music and a bar with tea, coffee, soft drinks, alcohol and beer. There is ice cream, but for a fee ($ 1 per ball). The architecture of the hotel is amazing, it feels like you are in an oriental fairy tale or in a beautiful dream. The trees, palm trees, shrubs and flowers are well maintained, everything is very clean and tidy. Excellent illumination. The kitchen suited us, there was plenty of food, there was enough of everything (beef, chicken, fish - we had it every day). The hotel staff speaks Russian.
Now the Cons: during the 10 days of our stay, we have never had our bed and towels changed. Dirty and damp towels are carefully folded and put on a shelf. The bed is smoothed and made. There were 3 of us in the room, but the cleaner put 2 bottles of water and shampoo daily for 2 people too. It feels like he came into the room just to check and pick up his tips, which we regularly left, hoping for a better attitude. With or without tips, the result is the same- an unwashed floor and dirty towels.We were housed next to Ukrainians, who played their nationalist songs to the fullest several times. I asked for help from the Pegasus guide at the hotel. He complained that we were housed nearby and that was the end of his "help". Like, solve your own problems. By the way, there are an incredible number of Ukrainians living there. They behave defiantly and the hotel staff does not stop it in any way. Several times during our vacation there were situations with a showdown and a fight between Russians and Ukrainians. The guide from Pegasus Aziz is a separate topic. The principle of human life is: "I didn't deceive anyone in a day- the day was in vain." Do not accept any guided tours, either paid or free. Bullshit and razvodilovo. They promise one thing, in fact, not at all what he said, and even more expensive by 2 times than that of city travel agencies. You feel like a sucker after such excursions. If you start to sort things out with him, he has nothing to do with it right away, he didn't conduct the tour, he only sells. They took me on a free tour to an oil store, as oils cost 3 times more than in stores in the city. Our vacation was saved by a magnificent reef with fish, a gentle sea and warm weather in December.

Hi everyone) I very rarely leave reviews after a vacation, but this case is special, the Continental plaza beach resort left an unforgettable impression and a pleasant aftertaste. We had a family vacation (2 adults and 2 children 9 and 2 years old), family room, from 12.01.-26.01.2025. Let's start with the beautiful: the sea… It's incredible! Such a beautiful reef has never been seen anywhere! The beach is super, it's just a paradise for children. The room stock is a little outdated, BUT everything you need for a good holiday is there! Cleaning is daily, if something is needed, they will always help (what was my surprise when we asked for a cot and thought they would bring a playpen as usual, but then the shock came- they brought us a good wooden cot!). There are 5 swimming pools on the territory (children's, water park and heated by the sea), cleaned daily, no infections have been picked up. The hotel territory is not large (to whom), but very well maintained, beautiful! As for the restaurant: we were not hungry, there is always something to eat, yes, the food seems monotonous after a week, but in my opinion it is present in any hotel! Grilled dishes are always served for dinner, there are a lot of sweets, the fish is very tasty! I fed a 2-year-old child without any problems, I have soups for lunch and dinner. There is a children's room next to the restaurant. Food is everywhere during the day, first in one bar, then in another, you won't get hungry) I would like to mention the work of the restaurant staff, great fellows! The location of the hotel is close, everything is close, from 5-15 minutes drive (old town, Naama Bay, soho, Hollywood, mango market).
The only drawback: there is no playground.

Towels were changed every three days. The animation is great, especially from 10:00 a.m. every day. All the staff is practically Russian-speaking. The guys in the bars are great. There are also two excellent restaurants on site (Italian and Oriental). I recommend Oriental. Beach: entrance from both the shore and the pontoon, sand, and sun beds, unfortunately, were not enough, so I had to get up early and go to the beach to borrow sun beds. The architecture of the hotel and its reef can be called outstanding. Yes, room facilities and cleaning often leave much to be desired, but in my case everything was decent, tips were decided. I had no questions about nutrition, a good four. We take alcohol with us, who needs it, according to reviews, so-so. I highly recommend exploring the reef and near the pontoon of the neighboring hotel on the right, also from the Continental, it was closed for repairs. There's just an incredible reef there, the depth is serious, the caves are made of reefs, in general, the reef is much more interesting than in the Ras Mohammed Nature Reserve. It's a good hotel, if you don't pick on the little things. The reef is great, during the 2 weeks of our stay, the red flag was only one evening. The room was gorgeous and, surprisingly, without extra charges.
In the dining room, which is described in many places as "no frills", there was everything and even more: crabs, shrimp, lamb quiche, duck, fish, chicken kebab. There were yogurts, pancakes, scrambled eggs, donuts for breakfast — there was enough of everything. If that wasn't enough, we ordered delivery through the McDonald's app. By the way, I liked "Delicious, period" more than the Egyptian "McDuck".
The beach is great, but you need to arrive by 5 a.m. to get good seats.
The only thing I was missing was the external infrastructure nearby. I had to spend 10 dollars on a taxi to go for a walk in the evenings.

The level of service is maintained, there are no complaints at all, everything is super.
From buns - now there is a night snack in the restaurant for those who check in after dinner, at night.
The plastic pontoon was completely replaced and expanded by another section. It became very comfortable to move around it. Plus, we added another descent into the sea.
The staff is still the same, all familiar faces. They are as customer-oriented and good-natured as possible. They try very hard, they work conscientiously. All issues were promptly resolved.
And once again I will give the hotel a solid five.
I returned to this hotel once again in September 2023. I will add a review.

The last time was in June 2023, the hotel only got better.
Of the cons: we arrived at 7 a.m., of course we were told there were no rooms available, check-in is standard at 14:00. The bracelet was not put on, they told me to come by 10:00. We are tourists from experience, we decided not to waste time, but to have breakfast, change into swimsuits and go to the sea. In the restaurant, it suddenly turned out that breakfast at early check-in is paid, $ 10 per person. They left all the food untouched on the table and went to the sea. Keep in mind. This moment was immediately upsetting. Would they really splurge on two eggs and coffee?
The rooms are shabby, yes. But the hotel is undergoing renovation, the rooms are being renovated, new air conditioners are being installed, new furniture, mattresses, etc. We got a shabby room, but the mattresses on the beds were brand new, very comfortable.
Another important point. About the room category. The far buildings of the hotel are rooms of the garden view/pool view category.
The rooms, starting from the reception and up to the sea, are sea view and beach front view. And it is important to understand that sea view is a side view of the sea, roofs, conduits and water tanks will fall into your review.
But the beach front view is a direct, frontal view of the sea, they are the most expensive.
Some tourists had scandals at the reception demanding to urgently change their room, since they booked sea view, and their windows are not directly facing the sea. And they just refused to accept the fact that a direct view of the sea costs another plus 10-11 thousand rubles)))
Now about the pleasant things)
There is excellent Internet throughout the hotel, free WI-FI at a decent speed. Catches both in the rooms and on the beach. This was not the case on my last visit.
The staff - well, all the smart guys and darlings! In the dining room, the service is lightning fast, everyone smiles, 10 times they will come up and ask if anything is needed, how are you, is everything okay. The reception staff is also pleasant. The cleaners are great fellows, not only will they supply water during cleaning, they also came in the evening and offered it. I was very satisfied with the service.
Food. You will definitely not leave hungry. But without frills. Chicken, beef, fish - there have always been. Vegetables in a sufficient assortment. Fruits are only sliced. At the bar, no one was too tight to pour two glasses in one hand, as it is in a nearby hotel, for example. There were snacks on the beach too. There will be a slight flair of disappointment after the Turkish buffet, but it has already passed on the second day. Solid food 5. By Egyptian standards.
The territory of the hotel is huge, beautiful, green, well maintained. Everything is blooming and fragrant, the staff cuts, waters, weeds something all day long. It is very pleasant to walk through all the nooks and crannies.
There is animation, both in the afternoon and in the evening, the guys are cute, smiling, but unobtrusive. We never went to the evening shows, we went to bed. After long swims, there was no strength left for dancing.
The beach is spacious, clean, and there are a lot of sun beds. An incredibly beautiful coral reef right next to the hotel. That's exactly why we're flying to Sharm el-Sheikh. This is the best home reef in Charm. Who have we not met on the reef! We swam to the Sheraton on the left and to the Regency Park on the right. This is amazing!
At early check-out, we were provided with lunch boxes. Although we didn't order them the day before. It's very nice.
Well, the most unpleasant procedure is the passage of all inspections at the airport itself. Here it is necessary to include a Buddhist and prepare for numerous groping, scanning, taking off shoes, inspections)

We were a family in the department from 1.05.25 to 05/09.25 with two children aged 4 and 12. We had a wonderful rest. I'll tell you who's going after what. We paid an additional $80 for the entire stay and got a large (old) room with a great view of the sea. The rooms are very tired, but we did not arrive in the rooms. The choice is not huge, but we were not hungry. The most important thing on vacation was that the children had no problems with their stomachs or anything else. The water park is excellent. For those who are older, there is a super coral reef with lots of fish) there is almost no animation (but overall the rest was great! We would love to go back there again. 🤗

In the dining room (I can't say the restaurant)there are also queues for food, monotonous, but you will not stay hungry.Unripe melon and apples are made from fruits.Oranges are sweet, grapes are scattered.Once there were sweet pomegranates, again you have to stand in line to be given a certain portion.When checking out, they wanted to extend the room for 2 hours, they asked for $ 60.In general, I would not recommend this "hotel"

We had a rest from December 20 to December 31 with two children. In general, I liked everything, I think we would have returned here, because everything fits perfectly to our needs and budget, but I give the top four objectively.

The beach at the hotel is being renovated, in the process of replacing the umbrella cover, white sand was brought to the middle level of the beach. Sun beds are really not occupied after 10.
We hung out mostly at the water park, because children couldn't be dragged into the sea after the warm water in the pools. There are 2 zones - one with slides, one for small ones, the rescuers control everything clearly, so you can safely go for a swim at the sea or bury yourself in a book.
The animation is weak, I would say the worst in all the 10 times that we have been in different hotels. But we don't really need to.
I was annoyed that they changed $100 at the reception and gave me the old $50. I noticed it a few days later and couldn't resolve the issue with any of the managers.
The hotel has a guest relation manager who comes up every day and finds out what to fix in the room, in the hotel, and so on.

Review of the Continental beach resort hotel
I am writing a review while resting at the moment in this hotel (14.11.-24.11.24).
Pros:
1) Great reef! There are moray eels, turtles, stingrays, lionfish, colorful huge moluski and much more that live in great abundance in the red sea;
2) beautiful, landscaped area with ever-flowering plants; good evening lighting of the hotel ; many pools, bars, secluded cozy places; large multi-level territory.
3) close to the old town (5-7 minutes by taxi, price -$2-3 one way), Soho (5 minutes for $ 2 one way, airport (20 minutes-$5-6)
4) there are many different activities for children, including a water park.
5) the animation is normal, but for an amateur)). Some tourists behave on stage, to put it mildly, vulgarly and spoil the whole performance. Heavily drunk tourists on stage amuse themselves and their friends, of course, they don't care about the rest. Many spectators got up and left. Well, maybe this is the norm and you'll have fun😊
Minuses:
1) The standard rooms are shabby, the furniture is old, everything in the bathtub is screwed askew and held on snot, the water pressure is weak - you can't really wash during rush hours, there is no electric kettle, no mugs, no glasses, ashtrays, napkins in the room-NOTHING!!! There is no sign -DO NOT DISTURB OR GET OUT!!! Towels are not changed in the room during cleaning-they are just beautifully folded and that's it. Well, if you thank the cleaners, then they will bring the marathon and change the towels)).
About television: there is only one Russian-speaking channel - Kazakh, without news and movies.
2) The beach is very small for such a huge hotel, there are not enough sunbeds at all. If you want to tan comfortably, then run at 6 a.m. with a towel and things to the beach in a crowd of tourists to take sun beds))).
3) The restaurant is more like a dining room, with tourists fighting for food, huge queues for grilled meat, fried eggs, sliced fruits. It's creepy!
There are not enough plates and appliances, so the waiters will take away your plate of food that you have been collecting for so long, if you suddenly went out for drinks for 5 minutes))).
And the food is ordinary, without frills, you will not stay hungry.
4) There are a lot of mosquitoes on the territory. It's a pity to look at children-they're all bitten, and so badly, as if they had chickenpox or measles. Take mosquito repellents and more!!

From November 22 to December 2, my family and I vacationed in Sharm el Sheikh at the Contenental plaza Hotel.
I want to share my impressions of this hotel.
The 4* hotel. I will not stop at the description, everyone can come in and read / watch.
Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at about 10:30, we were supposed to check in at 14:00. But at 12 we were already in the room. No one asked for money. The suitcases were helped to carry.
The sea: The "frog house" is the first 2-3 meters, then the corals and stones begin. It's better to be in coral. Into the depths only through the pontoon. The reef is very beautiful. There are a lot of fish. There is another plus, there is an abandoned hotel nearby, where you can safely walk to the beach. There are practically no people there, the reef is also beautiful, there seem to be even more fish.
The only disadvantage is that when the season of sun loungers may not be enough, you need to book in the morning, before breakfast.
Food: it has always been: vegetables of all kinds, fruits. Side dishes: pasta of several types, rice of several types, mashed potatoes and fried. Meat is always beef, chicken. There are different types of fish every day. Sometimes they gave crabs (3 times in 10 days).
There are also 2 restaurants on site: oriental and Italian. You need to make an appointment for them in advance, from 8 a.m. on the day of the visit.
Everything is very tasty, both in the main restaurant and in the additional ones.
Animation: On the day of our last vacation, the animators had their last working day at this hotel. They moved to another hotel as a group. I don't know how the new animators will be, but I really liked the old ones: friendly, active, smiling, they were able to stir everyone up.
The rooms are not new, but everything works. Plasma TV, with 1 Russian channel. We lived in a family room, each room has a bathroom, wardrobe, TV, telephone, hair dryer. Cleaning every day, the swans were turned around, although we did not leave tips. Wi-Fi catches everywhere, both in the room and on the beach. Somewhere is better, somewhere is worse, but you will not be left without a connection.

I haven't been to Egypt for 10 years, I realized that during this time my favorite hotels were closed, and I didn't understand where to go, I was traveling alone, so I decided that I wouldn't walk alone in Nayama, and decided to take a remote hotel. And it's in vain that Nayama and Soho Square are completely safe places for a promenade, they will be happy to take you there from the hotel for 2-3 dollars.
But now about the hotel. Winter, so a bunch of pools on the territory are not really needed, everyone hangs out in heated pools and at sea, because of this it seems that the territory is simply too small.
There is a fairly large part of the beach up to the coral, where there is a beautiful sunset, and the pantone is microscopic. The sun beds are all occupied by someone since the morning. These same people are creating ceremonial queues everywhere. Registration in the video card is carried out at 8:30, people line up at 7, and before that at 6, after throwing a towel on the beach, book a chaise longue. Drinking alcohol, as in all of Egypt, is simply disgusting. You can drink beer and wine, but wine is served only for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. They say you can buy whiskey for an additional fee of 7 bucks, they say it's not bad. I didn't try it, I lapped up what I got in dutik. There is also a Dutch free in the old town, where you need to check your passport, and if you are sold alcohol within three days of arrival.
The reef and the fish in the hotel are very beautiful.
The food looks like a variety, in fact it doesn't really taste like anything, but I'm glad I didn't want to eat my ass, you won't stay hungry, if you get really bored, skip dinner, and have dinner somewhere on nachma or soho.

The hotel is good on a solid 4. Beautiful blooming and green territory, they take great care, which cannot be said about the cleaning of the rooms. The rooms are old, there has been no repair for a very long time, it is clear that somewhere they tried to patch up the flaws, but poorly. The bathroom is just very old. There's nothing for the squeamish to do here. Towels are changed 1 time in 5 days and then when you remind yourself. The bed linen has not been changed for 10 days. The floors were washed and garbage was removed daily, but the dust from the table and the sink in the bathroom were not touched. We left $1 each for tea. In general, almost all the staff there expects tips for any minimal actions included in their duties. At the same time, everyone is very polite, smiling, joking. In general, communication is very good, tourists are loved. No one bothers or imposes any services. Almost everyone speaks Russian and quite well.
About food. It is without frills, but no one was hungry. And meat and vegetables, fish, fruits, pastries. Soups and porridges, everything is there, there is also a separate room for children in the dining room. There were a lot of guests at our check-in, so finding an empty table in the dining room was a three-time quest. It's the same story with sunbeds on the beach. There are much fewer of them than vacationers. And if you consider that many tourists come to the beach at 7 a.m. and take ice packs for themselves and for friends, then there is no place for people who came to the beach after breakfast at 9 a.m.. We lay several times just on towels on the sand. For $ 2, the beach staff will find and bring you a chaise longue. Beach towels are provided 1 time per day. Therefore, when leaving for lunch, people do not hand them over, but leave them on a chaise longue. I.e. during the day it is difficult to take a chaise longue if you did not have time in the morning.
There are a lot of employees on the beach, as well as in any other part of the hotel. They carefully follow people into the water so that they do not swim onto the corals and do not injure themselves and break the coral.
The beach is sandy, a beautiful gentle approach for children, a maximum depth of 1 meter. To swim at depth, you need to go to Panton, it offers a beautiful view of the reef. We ordered a safari tour through a local guide, it's fine, I liked everything, I don't advise you to take a free tour of the city from a hotel guide- they mostly take you to shops where prices are several times more expensive
We also went to the Mango store, bought souvenirs, and branded mango creams, they were very praised, I personally liked them.

We are currently staying at this hotel, 15.04.2025.There is nothing here except a beautiful and well-maintained territory. In the rooms, in the dining room (it's hard to call it a restaurant), in the entrance area, dirt everywhere! The food is disgusting. It can be small but delicious, but this is not about this hotel. In this hotel, instead of relaxing, everyone is busy getting tables to eat, getting sun beds to stay on the beach, in short, there is an eternal extraction of something. The approach from the shore is about a meter deep and that's it, it doesn't even reach the knee there. Pantone is also a problem, a bunch of people are all splashing on each other's heads. If you want to relax at least with some comfort, you are not here.

The Internet is very weak. And there were a lot of Ukrainians this year. I got the impression that 70 percent. There were no problems, but most of them are collective farmers, they drink, smoke, make noise, and think only of themselves. We weren't very lucky with the weather this year. There are pros and cons to this hotel. I'm not coming here anymore. Not about the departure separately. The airport service is terrible. Everything is oh-oh-very slow, the toilet is a nightmare. There's almost nowhere to sit. Prices are murky. The juice in the city is 15 pounds, the same 270 at the airport. They are allowed to board in 5 minutes. Although there is a large waiting room. I really don't want to go back.

It is not clear what kind of sauce they need to be poured to like. Only meat, chicken, and fish heads helped out. In general, poor nutrition, fruits are tasteless. I'm tired of rice everywhere. Crumpled potatoes are so-so. The child didn't like her. We were the first to arrive for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, I note that none of us lost weight.))) There were desserts made of puffs, cakes. We tried wine at the beginning, sour. We decided not to take alcohol here.
For the placement of 4-. The bed is comfortable, there is always hot water. The cleaner constantly squeezed the water, did not give towels to everyone and was upset from the very beginning that we were not Ukrainians). The cleaning was not important. If you give a dollar or Alenka, they will clean up a little better. The air conditioner was working fine, but a little noisy.
Beach towels disappear by the pools, keep an eye on them, my cap was also missing on the beach.
As it is, everyone is friendly. Great pools and the kids loved the water park. There were always places on the beach at 8-30. We went to the beach early. After lunch, the waves.
The animation is not interesting. They entertained themselves with trips.

We stayed at this hotel in April.
First, at the reception, if you want to get a room at least in the middle of this territory, you will have to pay extra. There was no time to bargain, there was a small child crying. If there are no additional charges, they are settled "a kilometer" from the sea.
Why two stars, since there is a chat in telegram, there is A CERTAIN Missy sitting there. So a friend wrote in a chat that there are not enough sun beds, that they charge extra for the room. So this lady decided to intimidate the hotel staff so that my friend would take note of the hotel. That tourists pay 4/5 to the airline and the tour company, and 1/5 to the hotel. Like you're here for "almost free." It's just because of her that I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
Overall, the hotel is good. The food is good. The furniture is a little old, of course. They clean so-so, since this is Egypt))). The hotel is more suitable for family, older people. Young people have to go to the club. There are no shops or pharmacies nearby.

We were here in the first half of February 2025.
According to the weather during this period: the forecast showed 20-21 degrees, it felt hotter, 23-26 degrees. It was cool when the wind picked up, but it was hot during the calm. It's cooler in the evening, and trousers and a light sweatshirt will come in handy. The sea is definitely warm, everyone is swimming.
The hotel has a heated pool by the beach, as well as both well-heated pools in the water park area (both a shallow children's pool with a depth of 55 cm and an adult pool with slides 120 cm deep). The water park area is open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. They won't let you swim there during the rest of the day.

Breakfast always includes omelets, porridges, pancakes, donuts, lots of delicious pastries, and a separate area for making individual omelets/scrambled eggs (there is also a zone nearby where fresh tortillas are baked in the oven-I recommend it).
At lunch and dinner, there are always soups, pasta, rice, baked vegetables, meat in several forms, fish usually deep-fried, delicious desserts (mostly cakes). Wine and spirits are also freely available.
At all meals, a variety of vegetables (sliced and in salads), fruits (guava, melon, tangerines / oranges), additional fruits can be taken on a separate counter - they are beautifully sliced and served. Drinks: tea, coffee, soda, water, juices are always available.
There is also a separate area for children - there is also a buffet, small tables, and cartoons.
In general, the food is delicious.
There are two a la carte restaurants: Italian and barbecue. Upon arrival, by appointment, you can visit any of them twice. We went to Italian both times. For my taste, the main restaurant is tastier and more diverse. For example, in an Italian restaurant, Caesar salad is just lettuce leaves with mayonnaise and a couple of pieces of chicken. But the pizza in the restaurant is really delicious, and that's why we went there a second time.
The territory is large and well maintained. The hotel itself is located on an elevation relative to the beach. There are 4 elevators in the building with reception and restaurant. The territory itself has a system of descents in the form of stairs and ramps (sloping paths), so that it is possible to move around the territory and only along the paths, bypassing the steps.
There are no elevators in the buildings with numbers, only stairs. My small children and I lived on the ground floor, ideal for strollers.
Herons, turtle doves and hoopoes constantly inhabit the territory - they were regularly encountered.
The beach is wonderful, very fine pleasant sand in the lounge area. By the way, the problem with deck chairs described in other reviews (when locals occupy them and release them for a fee) We weren't watching. The occupancy rate at the beginning of February was clearly low, and there were always plenty of free sun beds (both on the beach and by the pool).
Panton's coral reef is beautiful, and there are plenty of different fish. A small stingray with blue spots was seen a couple of times off the coast.
Drinks are available at the beach bar, and snacks in the form of French fries and burgers are also available until 1 p.m.
Ice cream everywhere (in the beach bar and in the lobby bar) will be charged - 1 dollar per ball.
There is a shop at the hotel, you can buy a snack or a swimming mask, but the prices are too high, as is usually the case in such stores.
20min from the hotel is the old town with lots of restaurants and shops.
There is a paid shuttle service from the hotel every evening ($3 per person), which must be booked in advance at a special desk in the afternoon. Or you can order a taxi there.
By numbers.
We rented three rooms for our company: a two-room family room in building 7 (with 4 beds). Extended one-room apartment in building 7 (for 3 beds). And a double standard in building 1.
The furniture is outdated and creaky everywhere. It didn't bother us, we were ready for it. The bathrooms are all normal, clean, with a bathtub. The air conditioners are noisy but cool well. The hot water in the faucet does not go immediately, sometimes you need to be patient, waiting for the cold water to merge and the hot water to flow. The mattresses are hard and pleasant. The two-room family room had 2 bathrooms, super comfortable.
There is a refrigerator (without a mini bar), a hairdryer, a kettle, a small supply of tea bags and sugar, paper cups instead of cups. If necessary, we took extra paper cups, tea and coffee bags from the restaurant to the room at lunch/dinner.
Room cleaning is tolerable (towels are changed, bottled water is brought). But on the children's sheets, the sand from the feet remained untouched, only the blanket was beautifully tucked in, the sheets were not shaken out. That is, don't expect super cleanliness, but in general it's still not bad.
The safes in the rooms don't work very well (the buttons jam). The master was called, he arrives quickly, fixes something, lasts for 5 days, then everything jams again.
But in general, the guys at the reception are responsive, always ready to help.
There are mosquitoes in the evenings, children were bitten at night (although the territory is regularly fumigated). It is better to bring bite remedies with you.
There is animation (the kids' club is open during the daytime, we didn't get there, but we saw the kids cooking pizza somehow. Plus a mini disco every evening after dinner). There is a variety of animation on the beach during the day, and various shows in the amphitheater in the evening.
To summarize our overall impression: the hotel is very decent. Many people return to it again and again, and according to their reviews, the hotel is getting better every year.

People say that it goes at 5 a.m.,))) there is an anthill in the dining room, there are no places to find, there is a choice in food, the territory is beautiful , I can say my rating is between 2-3 for the reef, since I previously rested at the jazz fanara hotel, there is a reef there, and here something similar looks like it , the beach area is nice , cozy , But There are no Places , it's not a rest at 5 a.m. to run to take a seat, and the same thing happens by the pool, there are no places, they say it comes to a fight, but why such a rest???today, 04/24/25, one thing pleases the sun and the desire to relax, but there is no desire to return to this hotel, although everything else can still be tolerated, but why??? For your money ? In 12 days, we got a ticket of 204,000 rubles to this hotel , in a word, an ants!!!
