We had a vacation in November 2024, the villa staff is very friendly and helpful, you can order a la carte food at the villa, rent a bike, change the currency and ask to be taken by tuk-tuk. The pool is very clean for Sri. The villa itself is located in the jungle, so it's very beautiful around, monkeys often appear. They're not dangerous, but they're curious, and it's better to keep an eye on things. The rooms are spacious, but we had access to a shared balcony - the audibility is strong, the window always needs to be closed so that it is not visible from the outside. It's a little damp in the room, the sun doesn't get too much on the shared balcony, things don't dry, plus there are traces of insects on white clothes. The room has a kitchen, the refrigerator freezes perfectly, but the most luxurious thing is a hot shower, there was no such thing in a more expensive hotel in unawatuna, mostly in Sri there is cold water everywhere in the bathroom. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the food in Sri Lanka is generally not too refined, so you can say it's great) the most beautiful beaches of Unawatuna are nearby (you just have to walk), shops are also a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a nice villa for the not fussy and positive!
We stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall we were satisfied. The staff is responsive and friendly, you can rent a bike and a tuk-tuk (and arrange to be taken back to the hotel).
The breakfasts are monotonous, but generally delicious.
The room has air conditioning and fans, and the room temperature is comfortable. There is also a fridge, a kettle and a set of dishes. The bed is large and comfortable.
The only negative is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom (there's just a window through which nothing is properly ventilated, and the door can't be left open, it keeps closing). Because of this, the bathroom is stuffy and damp.
The pool is clean and spacious, it is pleasant to swim in it. It is open from 8:30 to 19:30.
In general, the territory of the hotel is very picturesque and beautiful.
I put a five, if not droooooools Breakfast.
The hotel is located in a jungle very beautiful, bright, filled with singing birds and jumping monkeys. The hotel is brand new and has an excellent swimming pool with overhanging trees. Very friendly and hospitable hosts and hotel staff who are ready to help in everything, including those who go beyond their direct and responsibilities. To the beaches, and there are many of them, 10-12 minutes on foot along interesting paths, and by tuk-tuk ... also 10-12 minutes. I recommend.
