Hello!I really liked the rest) coral travel specialists are the best in their field! They suggested all the nuances and took into account our wishes)))The Crystal parasio verde hotel is nice! It is located in Belek, 40 km from Antalya. It's a pleasure to be there with the kids. There are many children's slides and pools. There is always ice cream, varied food, imported alcohol. Lots of bars, entertainment. The rooms have everything you need. They gave us a baby cot, there were enough high chairs for everyone. There were enough sun beds for everyone! The bar in the room was replenished with cans of drinks every day. Most of all, I was impressed by the free Wi-Fi throughout the territory! The safe is free, the staff is polite. The rest is great! Organization, transfer, flight, everything is fine!!!! Thank you very much, coral travel consultants have selected an excellent departure time, airport. They were always polite and came to meet us - they took into account all our wishes ) There are only positive memories left from the rest! Very satisfied)))

I would like to leave a review on our tour to Turkey. We went on a tour from the travel agency United travel. Let's start from the beginning: I would like to tell you about the problem we faced with the agency: we have insured our luggage against loss and in case it breaks before the start of the tour. At the airport, two handles in the suitcase and the legs on which the suitcase stands were broken upon arrival there. This was the first time they had encountered such a situation and did not know what to do. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no time for that, we wrote to our travel agent Anna a few days later. Anna replied that she would find out what we needed for this, asked us to send a photo and said that she would unsubscribe in 3 days. At the same time, we read that at the airport itself we can go to the counter and issue an act on the breakdown, but our travel agent said that she would solve this issue and therefore did not worry about anything. As a result, our travel agent forgot about all this. Upon arrival, the handle was completely broken off, the handle was just next to the suitcase in the film, our travel agent said she would deal with the situation, so we did not go to sort it out at the airport itself. We wrote to her on arrival, she replied that she would unsubscribe the next day and the next day we found out that we had to contact the airport with such a problem, and not on arrival or after a few days. There will be no compensation for damages and she replied that this is for the future for us, so that we know what to do in such a situation. As a result, the forgetfulness and carelessness of our travel agent Anna cost us a suitcase. Our next guide was upon Vlad's arrival, we really did not like this guide. The girl met us, to put it mildly, with a dissatisfied face and with pretensions, there was a feeling that we owed her something or came to stay at her house for free. Then there was the guide Mahmoud, this is the guide assigned to us on vacation. We saw him once at a meeting upon arrival. There is a twofold attitude towards the guide. Because everything that was said to them can be divided into two or even three. In fact, the wild beach, which promised us that it was a 10-15-minute walk away, turned out to be an hour's walk from us. The guide told us that the market comes on Fridays, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We went to look for a market, searched for an hour, got sunstroke, barely returned to the hotel, but there was no market in the vicinity on Fridays. We didn't like this attitude. I would like to express my special gratitude to the guide Ivan Ovchinnikov. Throughout the tour, our guide Ivan lifted everyone's spirits, the group of "kitties" did not remove the smile from our faces throughout the day. I really liked the way Ivan told the story of Turkey and liked the guide's attitude towards people in general. Thanks for having a good time. Next, we will tell you about the whole tour. We liked the place where we were in Beldibi, we liked the hotel. The food is delicious, the rooms are well renovated, clean and tidy, there was some entertainment every day. We were satisfied with this. The sea is located behind the hotels in 5-7 minutes walk near the cemetery, it did not bother, but I did not like the coast itself. The beach was dirty and the entrance to the sea was pebbly, rather even cobblestone. In the first two days of entering the sea, a knee was broken and an ankle was cut. Therefore, we advise you to be careful with this. But the sea itself was very warm and clean. In general, we were very satisfied with the tour, but very dissatisfied with the travel agent Anna, guide Mahmoud and Vlada

Good day. Three days ago, my husband and I returned from the UAE. We rested at the Al-Hamra residence. The SOFTTOUR travel company, in particular the specialist of the Nadezhda travel agency, helped us in the selection of the tour.
Upon arrival in the UAE, we were met at the airport by a representative of the company, who organized a quick transfer to the hotel. Despite the early arrival at the hotel, they immediately provided a room. The room is comfortable, the room has a refrigerator, an electric kettle, drinking water, tea, coffee were brought to the room every day. The price of the tour included breakfast and dinner, which was quite enough for us. The food at the hotel is excellent, varied, and will satisfy the most fastidious. The beach is sandy, gently sloping, the water is very clean. Umbrellas, sun beds, towels, fresh water showers, heated pools are available. Хочу выразить огромную признательность в оформлении тура в Египет специалисту по туризму Наталье Рудневой.
Отдыхали с дочкой в начале июня 2022. Отель Regina в городе Хургада оказался отличным местом для отдыха. Большая зелёная ухоженная территория отеля и наличие аквапарка сделало отдых незабываемым. Кухня также оказалась на высоте. Проживание в бунгало оставило впечатление спокойствия и умиротворения.
Отдельное спасибо гиду Амру Рашиду, представителю от копании Coral Travel в Хургаде.
В целом остались довольны отдыхом и выбранным туроператором. Следующий отдых только с Coral.

Очень помогли, отправляли детей (18/18/16 лет). Причем билеты нашли, когда никто из тур-операторов не мог подобрать. Наталья Руднева нам ооооочень помогла. Сработала очень четко и профессионально, при этом как-то "по-домашнему" тепло и с пониманием. Это что касается подбора тура и его организации. Отель тоже брали по ее рекомендации и дети были приятно удивлены. Сказали: "о, кожа, мрамор, номер в два раза больше, чем в Турции ". И, вообще, вот люблю Coral Travel. Ездили и с Tez и с Aerotravel и с Ростинг и с другими но вот Coral всегда без заминок. Спасибо.

Остались довольны организацией нашего отпуска! Очень комфортно было работать с агенством, в частности с Натальей! Наталья ответила на множество вопросов, предложила варианты под наши критерии поиска отеля, всегда была на связи. Будем в дальнейшем работать только с этим агентством. Хотели бы поблагодарить Софтур и Наталью Рудневу за прекрасно организованный отдых. Летали в Египет большой компанией с детьми. Понравилось абсолютно всё . От покупки тура до самого путешествия прошло больше года с взязи с эпид.обстановкой, и все это время Софтур в лице Натальи терпеливо(!) и вежливо нас сопровождал , менял даты вылета и отели. Все менеджеры очень доброжелательные и позитивные. Отдельное спасибо директору Игорю Григорьевичу за то , что Софтур выстоял и не закрылся в сложное для турбизнеса время Covid'a, и мы всё-таки смогли улететь в долгожданный отпуск)

Летаю с компанией Софттур(турагентство Coral Travel) уже много лет.Отдыхали в Греции, Египте , Турции, менеджеры всегда подбирали качественный отдых.В этом году собрался лететь в Албанию, т.к. отпуск был запланирован на июнь и ещё не открылись многие направления и границы.Были сомнения, боялся ввиду пандемии, но менеджер Наталья развеяла все сомнения ,за что я ей очень благодарен! Подобрала отель и курорт исходя из моих предпочтений и пожеланий.Отдых прошел на ура! Мы были на курорте одни из самых первых туристов после открытия границ: цены во Влере прекрасные, много морепродуктов, теплое море и есть что посмотреть.
Вообщем ,в следующий раз буду обращаться в Софттур , доверюсь снова команде профессионалов!Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Были в Египте по их туру . Взяли дополнительно пару экскурсий! Просто фу отношение!!! Отменили сначала поездку! Потом поменяли местами экскурсии! Потом перенесли на 14:30 вместо 11:30, потом сказали возвращают деньги. Что за бред! Мы потратили уже 100$ на покупки связанные с этой поездкой.

Обращаемся в Софттур второй год подряд. Тур купили за неделю до вылета. Оформили все без посещения офиса. Очень удобно.
