We flew with our family from Moscow to Dalaman, after reading the reviews, we prepared for the worst, but in fact everything was absolutely fine. There is no online check-in, only at the airport. When registering there and back, they gave three seats for free next to each other, in the middle of the cabin, they did not even offer to pay extra for the choice of seats. Luggage is weighed, hand luggage is simply looked at and asked how many bags. The flight in both directions took off on time, thanks separately to the professionalism of the pilots, takeoff and landing are very soft, almost imperceptible. The staff is polite, they speak English and Turkish, and there were Russian-speaking flight attendants on the way back. During the flight, they offered free water and tea, as well as Turkish cheese sandwiches. The cabin is clean, the seats recline. There were no paid services on board at all. The delay was 15 minutes, the plane was normal, there was a snack and drinks on board. They wrote that the staff does not speak Russian. At the end of May 2024, they flew from Nizhny Novgorod to Antalya and back a week later. They flew out of the NN on time. There were 2 rows of 3 seats on the plane. The most positive impressions about flights from Moscow to Antalya and back.
The staff is friendly, the cabin crew spoke Russian very well. The planes are clean and new, with USB charging connectors and universal 220V outlets in each place.
The delay there was only a few minutes (almost on schedule), and there was no delay at all. During the flight, we were fed: a sandwich, hot and cold drinks, plus additional water on demand (as much as you want).
At check-in at the airport, they offered superior seats at no extra charge. We were put together. Very good baggage and carry-on baggage allowance. As for the luggage, it was very loyal - there was not even a calibrator.
The luggage was also unloaded quickly, passed control, and it was already spinning on the tape.

We waited an hour for the landing - we couldn't land the plane. The plane is an old Boeing. Then we waited for the luggage, attention, 1.5 hours! The tape did not work for 1.5 hours.
