A wonderful hotel. A huge swimming pool! The territory is clean and renovated. The food is varied, there is plenty to choose from. The hotel staff is polite and always ready to help. The only drawbacks are entering the sea, but we bought aquashouses at the hotel in the store and the problem disappeared! I recommend the hotel.
We rested here in July 2024. We read the reviews and were a little upset..... BUT! Upon arrival, everything turned out to be much better! The hotel is great, big, lots of space. On the first day, we even thought that we were alone in the hotel at all) But, at dinner, we saw the people) The territory is compact, everything is nearby, my children went to the water park themselves, I could see them sitting in another pool! Everything is clean and tidy! The staff is new (as we were told), they try very hard - they clean everywhere, paint something. There is no animation (Yes, there is dancing by the pool), and that's it!But it didn't matter to us)The music is playing - and it's already pleasing! The pools are clean, they don't stink of chlorine, then there were more people, but no one crowded into the pool, swam, dived comfortably! The pool seats, of course, were occupied before breakfast) The sea is just chic! On the beach of the hotel, the entrance is knocked out through the slabs, 5-6 meters in length, and everyone goes in there, then the sand) We found a place next to the pier on the right - there is generally a gorgeous entrance - no slabs, no stones! The sea is the purest! We walked further to the right along the beach (we had previously rested at the MC Arancia hotel, so we went to it), so there the sea is just terrible - backwaters with stagnant, green water! But who likes what) Food - there is enough of everything, there is always meat of different types, fish, mashed potatoes (sooo delicious), fries, fried on the grill every evening - very tasty! The only thing that I didn't like (well, I didn't like it, it's just stated in the services, but, in fact, it's not) - slot machines for children on the lower floor of the hotel didn't work (The staff is polite, only one speaks Russian, he's probably the main one, they solve all issues right away! A pastry shop is generally a bomb! Everything is very tasty! We always went up there right after dinner)Wishes to the hotel - plant more greenery, flowers! But, the owner has changed, I think that all this will appear soon!I recommend it!And yes, it's a long way to go from the airport, but we took an individual transfer - and we got to other hotels without stops and arrivals in 1 hour 40 minutes, with comfort! We caught Wi-Fi even in the room! We picked up the password - and everything worked fine! No need to complain - look for the exits yourself! Relax and enjoy your vacation!
I was with two teenage children in July 2024. We took what we had, right next to the departure date, the hotels we knew were all on the stop. We decided to take a chance... Well, we returned without much loss, and that's fine)) The hotel is for locals. The design of common areas, dining room, reception — blood from the eyes. Heterogeneous sofas and armchairs, obviously bought at sales, the most ridiculous cemetery artificial flowers, tubby dining groups, closed bars, photo wallpapers with imitation leather upholstery, some horses are stuck in the drawers... Tattered, worn orange plush tablecloths with fringes. Towels are provided only at the reception, they are normal. There are no cards. You can return to your sunbed in 15-20 minutes and not find towels there, but find a large Turkish family))) Well, what... They went and took something else. The large pool was the only one where you could swim. The water in the water park is green, rotten, and my daughter has caught an infection. There are a lot of people on the slides, constant wild queues, shouting, shouting, fights over bagels (there were only 3 of them). The children's paddling pool was normal, the water was clean, everything worked. I'm ashamed to say, we were saved there for several days))) The food is simple, but not bad, there are often long queues, turkey and grilled fish are spoiled to the state of charcoal, it is impossible to eat desserts, the rest is edible. The Turks ate like crazy, no one was sick or suffered, it's a fact)) The water stood in the elevator shafts, flowed directly down the elevator roof. The equipment often broke down. During the two weeks we lived there, there were two blackouts — complete darkness in the hotel and on the territory. The hotel does not have a beach, you can not go into the water — it will beat on the rocks, the children tried it once, broke their legs in blood, they did not try again. In fact, you can get hurt there, break a leg or neck (huge slippery slabs jut into the sea, cracks, algae, sharp edges in them — graders and a complete redrawing of the coast are needed, but it's expensive, the hotel can't afford it, they say)... There is garbage and desolation on the beach, no one. The beer is not bad locally, but you can only drink it in one bar on the outskirts, behind the water park, as in a reservation for lepers. No alcohol is given for lunch and dinner. The contingent is Turkish non-urban families with fathers smoking and throwing steers anywhere, and with a lot of ill-mannered screaming children, barefoot even in the dining room. If you did not take your own beds, and not the hotel ones, a sunbed at 6-7 in the morning, then everything will not be occupied during the day. The bars have only juice, water and ice, but the dirt is hellish, everything is sticky. They save light, it's half dark everywhere in the evening. Entertainment includes ping-pong, mini-disco for kids and a Turkish grandfather with a strange instrument, singing mournful national melodies every evening... The staff is local, rural, untrained, they don't know anything, they don't want anything, they all beat, beat, dishes fly to the floor, break into small fragments, dust swirls in the rooms, there was hair on the floor upon arrival, there were no blankets according to the number of guests, she persistently asked for two days (they gave waffle towel covers) There were no doors to the closet either (curtain), well, and other uninteresting horrors. The only people I can remember with a kind word are the night porter, the only Russian—speaking guy in the hotel, in my opinion, an Uzbek, and even a kind Turkish grandfather who poured beer for us - greeted, smiled... that's it. They say that this hotel could not be sold to anyone for 10 years, it stood empty, and this is only its second season — the new owners did urgent things, scraped off ten years of dirt, but nothing more. On the plus side: the bathroom in the room was more or less, they washed normally, there was always water. And the air conditioning in each room was working properly, which was very important considering +47. The TV didn't work, it was just hanging)) The hotel is not even 3* yet, I do not know how it was certified for 5*. A Turkish miracle, no other way. I've never seen this before and I hope I won't see it again.
