A complaint about price discrepancies and staff rudeness.
Today, 12/27/2024, I came to your store to buy three packs of paint. The price of 1300 tenge per piece was indicated on the showcase, which should have amounted to 3900 tenge in total. However, they punched 6600 tenge at the checkout.
When I asked why the price didn't match, the sales consultant rudely replied that I might have been looking at the wrong price tag. I went back, rechecked, and called a consultant to show the price tag. It turned out that the price tag actually indicated that the price of 1300 tenge was valid until 12/19/2024.
I asked why the price tag wasn't replaced in a timely manner, to which the consultant said, “You work here and understand why we don't change the price tags.”
This is unacceptable. Incorrectly stated prices mislead customers, and rude behavior of employees spoils the impression of the store. I ask you to understand the situation, arrange a timely change of price tags and pay attention to the behavior of the staff.
