I have been using the Cosmos Internet with a tariff of 100mb/s for 3 years. The office is incredibly dubious, but in order. We connected the Internet from the dashboard from the vestibule / floor, despite the fact that not every house has this Internet. Hemorrhoids may start if no one has installed this provider in your house. They give out a modem in the tariff, which works quite well. The first year as a new subscriber for half the price, which attracted me among the list of providers. Then you can re-register for someone from the apartment and get another year. For the full cost, the Internet is unreasonably expensive, then I'll tell you why. The connection disappears absolutely every month, sometimes even several times a month. Frequent accidents that are repaired for an hour or two, and sometimes all night. I have never seen the Internet so unstable. No one will compensate you for the loss of the signal, well, and fix your problem too. Just sit and wait like a woman at a broken trough, because in an hour or two it will work again. And if the problem is at night, then they don't work there at all and wait until morning, that's a joke. When handing over the equipment, in order to say goodbye finally, they billed me for a small 1.5-2m lan cable, which I did not bring. I had to pay 5 rubles on the spot. I recommend considering another stable provider if you don't want your Internet to be constantly lost. I haven't had any promotions or offers in three years.

We used the services of Cosmos for a long time in a rented apartment, where the hostess already had it connected. The Internet speed was pleasantly surprised, no other provider in Minsk provides such quality! We wanted to connect to ourselves, but for good speed and the price was appropriate. I was lucky enough to see an advertisement in the city that there is a promotional offer for new subscribers to connect at maximum speed on very favorable terms, and we left a request for connection in the last days of the promotion. We use only the Internet, without TV, the speed is on top!

Once a month, some kind of failure, once I called the support service, they explained to me that the failure occurred due to the fact that the modem was connected to the network for more than 21 days ... how it works, I do not understand) to disconnect, you need to write an application online, send it somewhere ... I do not recommend working with this campaign ... Beltelecom was not even close, although there are enough other organizations in Minsk ... I advise you to work on your service and communication quality

The Internet disappeared again, today at 23:01, I decided to dial tech support to resolve the issue, since I work remotely, the robot replied we work until 23:00 all the best, and I don't know what to do and where to go, as if they threw money at me😂

You can always get a discount on the tariff. It's not difficult to walk to the office once a year. During all this time, I have never been rude, and there were practically no failures, all problems were solved very quickly. And negative reviews, in my opinion, is someone from the competitors trying. By the way, many of my friends switched to space and were dissatisfied with other operators.

I contacted specialists who, after my second call, blocked dialing to them from my phone. I do not recommend this company. And I will advise the hotel administration to terminate the contractual relationship with Cosmos TV and find a more reliable company.

I have been using the services of this operator for more than 10 years, maybe even 15. There are no complaints about the quality of the Internet and service. And I was always with Space in rented apartments, and when I moved to a new building, I waited for this provider to work in order to connect - there were never any horrors. In case of malfunctions, I called the call center, they found out the problem and solved it quickly enough (they changed the router, for example, at a time convenient for me). There was one period - they often called on their mobile phone and offered to switch to a new tariff, this service, as for me, is completely superfluous, the only disadvantage of Cosmos TV, and even then it is already in the past.

Disgusting service. I thought to connect the Internet, initially we agreed on the connection time, (on Friday from 18:00-20:00) I asked to indicate that I would be at home around 19:00. Then I don't know who called, they called earlier, they specified what time I would be home, they said ok. As a result, no one came, they did not even deign to call and warn that the master might simply not be in time, so they also do not take the phone when they are called. I called the next day and said that maybe the master did not have time, we can offer another connection date. 1 I've been waiting for a connection for a week, they don't call, they don't warn, they also offer to wait another week or 2. In general, a terrible impression about this company. As a result, I connected with another operator the next day, this is a service and not waiting for weeks when you will be connected.

Maybe I was lucky, maybe not, but everything works fine for me. Yes, there are some interruptions, but I had the same thing with unit and a1. And I've never been with any provider that I've been without Internet for weeks, as they say here. I've been sitting in space for more than a month and I was just surprised how much negativity was left here about the company. Guys, everything is +/- the same everywhere. At least the technical support responded quickly to me here and I was able to set up the router CORRECTLY, and not like at another provider, where the masters came several times, but there was no result.. But then again, maybe I'm lucky so far, or maybe I just don't consider those existing interruptions to be so critical.

An excellent communication operator. They always warn you about technical problems. There are no questions. They always go to a meeting to resolve issues. The quality of service provision is excellent. To be honest, I don't understand these evil reviews, because this is one of all the services that gives QUALITY! There was somehow a problem with the TV broadcast, they called, said, and just a few days later they changed the flash drive of the broadcast and everything was solved. Thanks! I recommend it!!!
