By some ridiculous accident, I got into Credo Bank in Tbilisi at Marat Nozadze 1.
About 20 years ago, I was safely closed in Fink Bank (now defunct, Credo Bank became a shareholder a few years ago), but for some reason the mortgage on real estate was still hanging. I got to the employee of the bank's service center at Nozadze 1 MARIAM CHANADIRI. As they say, there are no random meetings! I was very pleasantly surprised that a young, pretty girl turned out to be also a high-level professional!!!I helped to solve my question as soon as possible, then-more!))) It is difficult to get me emotional, but, being impressed, I decided to open an account in this bank, then the issue of opening a deposit for a serious amount, currency conversion, real estate insurance, etc. surfaced, all events along the chain lined up in a coherent system! I would like to mention the work of an employee named IRMA (sorry, I don't know the last name), thank her very much for her professionalism, kindness, and ability to communicate with clients! Special thanks to DAVIDU ZARANDIA (if I am not mistaken, he is from the central office of the bank) for prompt assistance in solving my question!
If the bank's managers read my review, then I would highly recommend encouraging such employees not only with words, but also with deeds!
So, let's summarize: I don't know how it is in other bank service centers, but this one, on Marat Nozadze 1, just fascinated me!!!! The beautiful, kind, responsive and of course highly professional staff of the bank impressed me! Thank you!!!! Prosperity, career growth, well-being and good luck, where without it! DO I RECOMMEND CREDO BANK and this particular service center? DEFINITELY "YES"!!!
