After the change of the hotel owner, the cleanliness of the rooms became much worse. The variety and taste of breakfasts have decreased. Although the location is pleasing: it is very close to the sea and public transport stops.

It's fine, but I don't want to go back a second time. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned very well, the second set of shampoo-gel was missing, later, when cleaning, the impression became better, everything was delivered and the linen was somehow fresh, as if. The general impression is unkemptness. It would be nice to paint the walls in the rooms, remove the creepy broken gazebo without a roof, and wash the other two gazebos, change or clean the upholstery on the sofas outside, fix the sockets in the rooms, the lighting on the balcony and a bunch of other little things. 100% breakfasts are not for everyone) standard set : buckwheat, dumplings, sausage, suluguni, sausages in a package, cottage cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, rolls, breakfast balls, milk. Coffee is only instant, although there is a coffee machine. All the food is on the table as in the dining room, heated, but just on the table, that is, it cools down quickly. The result is that you can eat, but without pleasure) Wi-Fi is very unstable, at lunch the water pressure is almost zero and without hot water (you need to pass water for 20 minutes to be able to wash)

Upon check-in, the room is dirty, there is someone else's hair everywhere and dust under the bed. The absence of a trash can, a different bed (in quality and color scheme). The stench of sewage in the shower. There are no handles in the shower stall - it is very inconvenient to open. And all this, attention, in the SUITE. They asked me to remove the room, and I received a reply - I do not understand Russian. There are no dishes in the room, not even glasses. The Internet sometimes works, sometimes it doesn'T. Breakfast dishes are chipped. The location is close to the sea, BUT the neighborhood dogs bark all night and morning (insomnia is guaranteed). In the laundry room, clean wet bed linen lies on the floor (waiting for ironing). Customer orientation is zero. There are two/three women sitting in the lobby of the hotel and shouting at the whole hotel "talking" like women at the bazaar. When they took the dishes in the kitchen to drink tea after them, they said: Just return it! What is the attitude towards the guests? This review is dated July 2024. We visited this hotel in 2022, but everything was completely different, better. All the problems arose due to the change of staff and manager.

It's a great place. I liked everything. The air-conditioned room is very saving on hot days. The dinner is simple, but very tasty. The rooms are often cleaned while you are at sea or walking. Thanks a lot to David, all questions and any information were received immediately! The place is quiet, which was very important for us.

Yes, during the 10 days of my stay at this hotel, I have accumulated quite a few impressions, but let's take it in order: 1. The territory of the hotel 2.The room 3. The restaurant 4.Locations 5.Other 1. The territory of the hotel On the territory there is a children's house, 3 gazebos, 4 tables where you can sit with friends in the evening over a cup of something, as for the quality of all this. In old photos, we see a beautiful well-maintained hotel, in reality, it would not hurt to redecorate, since the paint on the walls is cracked, the gazebos are rotten, the children's house would not hurt to paint, the gate and gate began to rust, which trees and bushes would not hurt to trim. 2.The room The room was for three people. The bedroom had: three beds (quite comfortable), two bedside tables, one night light, a candybox, a TV table, a TV (there were only 3 channels, all in Russian), a small table, two ottomans, a refrigerator (it does not have a large freezer), a wardrobe, a mirror, 6 sockets; what is not There were : a safe , a kettle , mugs . The bathroom had: a shower stall (it was very leaking, the floor was always wet), a toilet (the tank did not collect water well), a sink, a mirror, a hanger, three body towels, three hand towels, one foot towel, three shower gels, three hand soaps , two rolls of toilet paper , a hair dryer , a drain hole (from which it smelled very bad) and a venting (which did not work for us). There were three chairs and a clothes dryer on the balcony . (The view was great). The Internet catches someone like me who didn't work very well, while others were fine. 3.The restaurant The restaurant had 6 tables each for 4 people, which were naturally not enough and who did not have to eat outside in gazebos, there was another service table for him, too, you could sit down. There were salt and pepper on the tables , which had long since run out . As for the dishes, they offer you every day : cheese , fried eggs , sausages , bread (pita bread), butter, boiled sausage, sour cream , jam , pancakes , dry breakfast , cucumber , tomato , milk , tea , coffee , sugar . There are also so-called hot dishes that change every day: pilaf , buckwheat , oatmeal , milk soup , mashed potatoes . 4.Location Something, and the location of this hotel is great. The sea is a 7-minute walk away . The market is also not far from 500m. There are many shops in the area, but prices need to be monitored somewhere cheaper, somewhere more expensive. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. Exchangers on every corner (I recommend the one on the market). 5.Other As for trips anywhere, I would recommend going to the Arboretum Park, Musicians Park, Ureki (beach), Mahuntseti Waterfall, Gonio Fortress, St. Andrew's Waterfall.Well, if you want to buy something cheaper, then you can go to the market in Batumi. It is not a bad hotel with its minuses and pluses. Cleaning every day and cleaning is really clean. Soap , gels and changing towels are not every day (we had enough ) . The main disadvantage is the lack of an electric kettle in the room , well, it is very inconvenient to run up the stairs with a kettle and back from the dining room . The breakfasts are delicious, but there are not enough fruits for 10 days, although sometimes there are cookies for tea. The photo shows the view from the room.

Excellent location, friendly staff (they will tell you everything, tell you, help with household issues), cleaning is frequent and high-quality. You can take the laundry to the laundry and return it neatly folded in piles. If necessary (to cook porridge for a child or mulled wine for yourself), you could get into the kitchen. If you use your own transport, you can enter the territory. The patio is quite large and comfortable when relaxing with children. There is a small playground. The breakfasts are delicious. . 4 stars only for the fact that during a thunderstorm one day the light went out and a man got stuck in an elevator. After this incident, I preferred to walk up to the 3rd floor.

A good boarding house, you can say family-type, very tasty breakfasts (although the same type, but at the same time you can put together different sets every time and as always very tasty!) Responsive, attentive and friendly staff, always try to help! During the rest, we realized that it is worth listening to the opinion of David the hotel manager, he knows the area very well and will always tell you everything.
