The hotel is located in the tourist part of the city, it is quite convenient to get from the airport by metro, about 500m from the metro station.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, the rooms have everything you need: towels, slippers, hygiene products.
But, the hotel is really outdated, it is clear that many things require repair, at least cosmetic, and it is better to change them to lighter tones altogether. Considering that some rooms are located so that the neighbors opposite can easily look into your room, you don't look like you're wearing underwear, and if you still decide to do it, then either for the public to see the neighbors from the windows opposite, or by closing the blackout curtain. But since everything in the room is dark shades and the light is dim yellow, you will walk there in some twilight, as if it were already evening.
The exterior of the hotel is also very outdated.
I don't know if it's some kind of local thing, but I didn't like that kind of thing.
We stayed as a guest at Crown plaza harbiye hotel for Istanbul congress center. The hotel staff were very warm. During our stay, the Concierge department was constantly interested in us. They gave us a great Istanbul experience. We would like to thank all the friends, especially Mr. Rasim. We went to the airport with a VIP car and they helped us far below the expected price. We are looking forward to coming back.
I stayed because it was arranged for a business meeting. A very mediocre hotel located in the alleyways of Dolapdere. Dec. It's impossible to walk around without a car, especially in the evening, it's not weird at all. Breakfast is very insufficient.
An old and worn-out hotel. The rooms have been in need of repair for a long time: replacement of carpets, furniture, plumbing, everything looks very worn out. This is the worst hotel I've been to lately. And certainly not the 5* hotel level.
The rooms have seen the views, you have to choose where the room window looks, we had windows in the windows of another room, a strange feeling that you are like in an aquarium. The lighting is weak, the rooms smell very much of cigarettes, due to poor ventilation.the breakfasts are decent, the buffet is varied. It is suitable for business trips.
The worst hotel I've seen in Istanbul, and maybe in the whole of Turkey. Old, battered, cracked, scratched, smelling of terrible odors, unclean, untidy... Only the prices correspond to the five stars declared by the owners. I doubt that the hotel has ever met high standards. The furniture is chipped, ancient, the chairs are sagging, the upholstery is greasy, the plumbing is terrible, the water in the sink and in the bathroom (it's also a shower) does not go away, the taps fall off, all the appliances in the room - TV, phones, lighting - everything seems to have appeared in the 1990s here and has remained so... I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel
The hotel is not bad ...
there is not enough light in the rooms. It's half dark.
The food is good.I liked everything.
The coffee is very bad.
The dishes were not served at the time - they were looking for saucers under cups or appliances.
But it's all possible and it's so scary.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly and daily. One of the advantages for me personally is the presence of an ironing board and an iron in the room is important and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful
