I've been in the clinic for six months now, I'm tired of the joints, so I'm writing a review.
Minuses:
1. Non-customer-oriented administrators - many administrators speak Russian poorly, so much so that mistakes and misunderstandings occur when communicating. At the same time, there are many Russian-speaking patients in the clinic, the site is also in the Russian version, that is, the clinic declares itself as working with a Russian-speaking audience. The administrators do not admit their mistakes and do not apologize, they insist that they did everything right, they warned you about everything. In addition, there were problems with payment: once I had to wait 20 minutes to make a payment, because the administrator did not know how to do it. As a result, I had to pay by transfer to an account or card, distract my husband from work for this, plus interest for the transfer was accrued on top. If anything, I had an Armenian card with me, but for some reason they could not accept payment using it.
2. Changing treatment plans - at the beginning of my journey in the clinic, doctors said that in my case orthodontic treatment is not recommended to be performed on braces, you need to put aligners, that Russian "Star smile" aligners are used in the clinic and show good results, but you can also use more expensive and precisely high-quality American ones. Six months later, the position changed to the opposite: why do you need these aligners, Russian experience does not move teeth well, we do not have access to American ones, you need braces.
3. Regular postponements and cancellations of appointments. Firstly, it was often difficult to make an appointment with specialists (for example, the gnathologist took only one evening a week at the clinic). Secondly, after that, the receptions were repeatedly postponed or canceled.
4. The clinic simply does not have a water cooler available to customers. Despite the fact that in other much less "modern" clinics in Yerevan, which I visited, there was water everywhere. Previously, the administrators offered coffee and tea, but when I had to wait for my appointment for an hour and I asked for something to drink, I was told that they could not offer me anything.
Positive:
1. It seems that the specialists at the clinic are quite good, although I am not a professional, so it is difficult to assess.
2. Alexander really accompanies throughout the treatment, explains the nuances, answers questions.
So, unfortunately, from the point of view of customer experience, the organization of services in the clinic, alas, suffers. The quality of services is probably not the worst. But your nerves can be significantly frayed.

I turned to acute pain, the doctors consulted competently, and I turned out to have pulpitis. In addition to highly specialized specialists, the clinic also has a curator of treatment, which delighted me, since not every clinic has this specialist. It turned out to be the director and founder of the clinic, Alexander Shubin, thank you for the consultation and referral to the general practitioner, Dr. Armine Voskanyan.
Throughout the treatment, it did not hurt me, the tooth was cured in one visit, a microscope was used under magnification, which significantly increases the overview and quality of treatment.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Armine Voskanyan. The doctor who saved my tooth and cured the rest, and of course did not forget about brushing your teeth. They taught how to use floss and a toothbrush correctly, and also individually selected a set for oral hygiene (paste, toothbrush, irrigator, rinse aid and dental floss).
I will go to the Prof. Every six months.inspection and Prof.hygiene. I recommend it to everyone!!! ❤️

Обратилась в клинику после долгих поисков места и врача для объемной работы по протезированию. Очень приветливые сотрудники, понятные и подробные консультации. Врачи профессиональны, оборудование и материалы современные, клиентский сервис на высоком уровне. Самое важное, что работа сделана отлично! Спасибо доктору Нареку и всем врачам Кинки. Я очень рада, что нашла это место. Рекомендую!

My experience has been negative:
- there was a treatment plan, but they were thrown at different doctors and they did not follow it
- the doctor Narek was negligent about his work, did not explain his actions. He tore his lip and cheek in blood and pretended "that it was necessary" until another doctor recognized the joint and apologized
- during the treatment, strangers came in and the doctor was distracted by conversations with them
- they put four seals on one side, they said that discomfort is normal and you need to be patient
- after a couple of months, the pain became severe and it became impossible to eat on this side, pulpitis and inflammation of the nerve were diagnosed in another clinic.
The worst clinic in Yerevan, I do not recommend it.

In this place, you can expect an individual approach. In the clinics that I visited before, all the doctors claimed that nothing but implantation would help me anymore. But here the doctors really got down to business and made a great new tooth.
My wife was doing the installation and maintenance of braces here and always managed everything on time. It is very rare that an appointment is delayed, but it happens everywhere. Thank you very much. I recommend.

Обратилась с целью осмотра и потенциально комплексного лечения. Сперва очень порадовала консультация по телефону с доктором Александром (он же провел первичный осмотр и гигиену) и близость к дому, но даже для тех кому далеко добираться - пусть это не станет преградой.
Я была поражена доброжелательностью сотрудников и докторов, великолепной уютной обстановкой в клинике, профессионализму моего лечащего врача (доктор Нарек, вам большой привет 👋 ). По всем критериям 5+, сервис на уровне лучших и самых дорогостоящих клиник Москвы, но цены при этом слишком приятные 💔 Огромная благодарность вам за ваше внимание, душевность и блестящее лечение!
