The food is good and for every taste. Ice cream and cakes from 10 to 23. You won't lose weight. The minibar is replenished daily. You can visit the Ala kart restaurant once for stays of more than 3 days. Animation is available for both children and adults. The beach is pebbly and narrow, but sunbeds can be found at any time, certainly not on the first line during rush hour. The sun beds are very tight. It's good that at least half of the people take up space and don't come. I liked the rest. There are no big complaints about the hotel. There is a place to go outside the territory, as the hotel is in Kemer itself.
The hotel does not look much like a 5 star hotel and now I will explain why.
1. Check-in. Upon arrival, a room in building 5 was offered (numbers starting with the number 5). You don't even have to say that this is a "state department". The rooms are about 15 meters in size, the old slightly damaged renovation. After a short conversation with Burak and Ilyas at the reception, the room was replaced by building 3. The room is neater, much larger, but the slightly present notes of the old renovation have not gone away.
2. Room service. Cleaning is carried out once a day only if there is a corresponding sign on the door. It is produced very mediocre. The linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. 2 large towels, 2 small ones, 1 for feet are provided for 2 people. There are no bathrobes, slippers 1 time and for the whole vacation. Other people are already responsible for the mini-bar, who may not replenish it at all. The mini-bar was refilled about 2-3 times in 10 days.
3. The staff. The employees are quite responsive. For any question, you can safely contact the reception. They will help and prompt you there. Also, all important staff speaks Russian well. No one will have any problems with communication.
4. The territory. The hotel is quite extensive. There is a place to walk. There are 4 ala-maps of the restaurant: Italian, Turkish, Mexican and fish. There is a private "water park" consisting of 3 slides. There are both with and without cheesecakes. There are also 3 children's slides. The children will definitely have something to do. There is a private shop on site, but it is better to go outside the hotel, it will be much cheaper there. There are spas, baths and massages, but I have not come across this. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there are places where fishing is bad. The beach area is quite pleasant. There are a sufficient number of sun loungers, but almost all of them are under the roof. If you want to sunbathe, you will have to manipulate them. There are separate bungalows for € 30 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. They have their own mini-bar. Fruit basket, beer, champagne and lunch menu. For a fee, there is a jet ski and jetcar rental, a banana and a cheesecake, a boat trip.
5. Food and drink. Let's start with the main one. The drinks at the hotel are on a pleasant level. There are both local and foreign types of alcohol. Some bars make straight cocktails, not just whiskey and Coke. The food is quite mediocre. It is often repeated, you should not expect any "wow" effect from it. Every day something is cooked on the grill, but most often the meat and fish are overexposed.
6. The specifics of the hotel. Crystal Aura is a family/retirement hotel. Quiet, calm, moderately active, but for children or older people who are not averse to singing "marjanju" in karaoke. There is nothing special for young people. There are some off-site foam parties, but I have not encountered them.
To summarize all of the above, the hotel is good in some aspects, and not very good in some. I advise you to watch a 3D tour of the hotel on the official website of the Crystal chain hotels. In my opinion, 4 stars are better than 5. Whether he is worth his money is up to you to judge. But putting aside all thought processes, I can say that the vacation was a success!

With all the disadvantages of the hotel: slides that you practically have in your room, dense buildings, queues at the restaurant, a narrow beach where people are like herrings in a jar, there is no volleyball, there is no cleaning in the rooms, the minibar will be replenished only if you go to the reception, then the hotel saves only a good sea. But again, the biggest problem is the staff. In general, we don't set foot on the Crystal network anymore. I would like to hope that they will fix something, and vacationers will have more fun with their vacation than we do.
The hotel is not bad, good green area, the sea is gorgeous, located among the mountains. But the food is disgusting. It's the same thing every day, no variety, plates with fat poorly washed. A dirty and noisy hotel.
First, they checked into a room with a view of the karaoke, which was open until 00:00. The balcony in the room lets in all the sounds from the street. It's not real to sleep.
The next day, the room was replaced and also with a noisy one, at 6 a.m. the mullah started yelling. When asked to replace the number again, the administrator refused and showed a list of about 20 people to replace the number.
The beach is cramped, the slopes are close to each other.

3. Two large pools for all ages, as well as its own access to the sea, where you can always find a place for yourself, even if you slept until 10 a.m., then had breakfast and came to the beach or to the pool.
4. Own burger joint, many bars on site, you can drink at least around the clock! snack bars, and a cafeteria with a variety of popular desserts, as many as you want and for free.
5. The room is always cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed, do not forget to hang the appropriate signs on the door handle! Many complain that the room is not cleaned, but they themselves will forget to hang the necessary sign on the door handle.
Minuses:
1. Ventilation was not working well in the room, (perhaps this is the problem of my room), which is why things did not dry out in the bathroom at all. Well, perhaps the fattest minus, which is of great importance to me, for which I remove the star, is an absolutely nondescript reception, at first I did not believe that this was really a reception, it looks as unpresentable as possible, the ceiling is small, the counter is outdated not only morally, but also physically. Also in the lobby there are two juices to choose from and cups so that guests can treat themselves while waiting, it's okay that it looked generally unpresentable, and the juices themselves were simply none, the cheapest juice from the supermarket would be tastier, stupidly water, dyes and a ton of sugar, although the juice is of the "pomegranate" type.
In my opinion, the reception is a business card of the hotel and it forms the first impression of the place where you are going to relax, and in this case, Crystal Aura does not give the impression that you will rest comfortably here, bad thoughts immediately creep in from the type of reception and lobby and skepticism about the room stock appears.. Thank God that doubts were quickly dispelled later.

We bought the tour for 300,000 and expected to stay in a good 5* hotel. The room we were given was very old, small and practically without light. It does not match the pictures in the hotel catalog. There is no bedside light in the room, you will not be able to read. At first, only a small lamp in the corner worked. The shower door is broken, and it has not been repaired. Instead of hot water, it was just more or less warm. All the furniture is old, the table is lined with sharp iron around the perimeter. There is no light in the general corridor either, after several of our complaints it was repaired, but it worked for about 20 minutes. There is a safe in the room, but it is not bolted in any way, come in and take it. There was also no fire alarm anywhere, so the cleaners calmly smoked in the rooms and scattered cigarette butts everywhere. The neighboring building has been renovated for days, there was construction debris lying around. There are only 2 towels per guest and one for two for the legs. The photo of the room is attached.
The staff just don't give a damn about all our complaints. On day 3, we were offered to move to another hotel of the same chain. We refused to go anywhere.

This hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable stay, polite staff, the territorial location is very convenient. The territory is small but well maintained. A very good hotel for a family holiday. I recommend.

We have been vacationing since October 8th. The hotel offers a maximum of 3 stars. They delayed checking in , did not give the room that was booked . The floors in the room have not been washed more than once!!!! Only garbage collection and replenishment of the mini bar. Leaving a tip didn't change the situation. At first, I encounter a lack of toothbrushes and pastes. Lack of towels. The hammam is very tired and needs to be repaired. The smell in the hammam is like in the toilet.
There is a mini water park. In one of the slides, the buns slow down and do not go, and when they still manage to jump out, then flying out of the pipe, you fly to the curb with a fence. As insurance , they put one bun there
