I came here with my family. I liked this hotel very much and the workers are really good their jobs. The hotel location is in beldibi so it is mean so near to kemer. You should go to the Kemer for a short trip. As for the animation team I wants to thanks them. Especially Mr Furkan. He does his job very well by entertaining the air gun activity to the guest and also thanks for mrs Katy’s from mini club you can entrust your children to her. Thanks a lot!

The four of us had a family vacation with young children. According to the animation, the territory is fine. Nutrition is very controversial. Everything is enough for an adult. Children had no choice, they had to eat "adult" food. There are no normal porridges, soups either. Porridge is water with almost no cereals, no sugar and salt. Soup - tomato cream soup or some kind of chymose. Mine don't eat that. According to the number of rooms. We looked at three rooms, stayed in the third one in the end. It was the lesser of evils. The renovation is very old, the cleaning is tolerable. The saddest thing is the cockroaches. Once I went to the bathroom at night, and there were 4 cockroaches on the floor. A mouse was scratching in the ceiling)
The sea is great, the sand, the nature is magnificent, the mountains are incredible. There is practically nowhere to walk behind the hotel (if you are pedestrians with a stroller).
In short, there were very contradictory impressions. But considering the cost, in the end we were satisfied.

Slides - fire! The children were delighted! Two bars, a lobby and a pool area. The bars have a great selection of drinks, lots of cocktails and just alcohol for every taste! The pool bar had a great snack, but the restaurant didn't have a variety of food. This is a minus. Meat dishes were still varied, but there were almost no fish dishes and seafood. Living in separate houses is a plus. But for us, who are used to small hotels, there seemed to be a lot of people here.

We were on an excursion to Takhtaly Mountain for $ 85 per person with dinner.
The view is gorgeous, we were at sunset (take windbreakers or sports suits with you, after sunset it is very windy and cool there).
3 beaches, sand, pebbles and sand with stone.

Turkish, fish, Italian and Mexican.

A good hotel, a green and well-groomed territory, an adult and children's water park, good beaches and views ... on the one hand the sea, on the other the mountains. The staff are great, they try, everything is clean, they clean up after vacationers. Ice cream in a package in the refrigerator or balls in the lobby, cocktails or pure alcohol to choose from (including imported). Yes, the rooms are not new, but everything is functioning properly, cleaning is daily if necessary. The hotel cares about the environment, so do not bother to read what you need to clean the room or change the bed linen, everything is written.
The rooms are not large, but you do not come to rest in the room.
In general, it can be said for a relaxing holiday, including with children.
What could be improved: the menu of the main restaurant, diversify it a little, add at least a thematic dish of the day, you probably won't see red fish, shrimp and seafood too. Once there were squid rings, pink salmon sliced.
The show program is not strong, for an amateur, you can visit once or twice a week.

The food is delicious and round the clock) Especially tortillas - it's just "you'll die") The evening shows are different, not everyone liked it. A good disco is only once a week, the rest is so-so. I'm here to describe some shortcomings.
1) The staff is very polite, always smiling. But. The restaurant cleans up the food that you just brought and haven't even touched yet as quickly as possible. The tea was removed from us, which was brought only now and did not have time to drink.
2) The room could not be extended due to the large number of people. This is not a minus of the hotel, but rather the fact that in autumn there are not fewer people, but more)
3) The shower cabin flowed heavily in the room. I had to put towels on. But the water dried up during the night. One day, ants somehow came to the 3rd floor. We didn't throw away anything sweet, and even more so we didn't leave it. They were gone the next day
4) At the moment one of the TVs broke down. I went to the reception, but no one came for a day and a half. We had to go a second time, and we were lucky. We came after the sea and everything worked.
In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, these shortcomings did not spoil the rest. There are two more points for Turkey lovers. 1) We were met from the plane by a young girl guide, who throughout the road said that it was necessary to go to a meeting with a separate guide, otherwise we would not be booked for a return transfer. Of course, this turned out to be NOT TRUE. 2) The hotel guide offered excursions, one of which was for $ 85 per person (to the mountains, sightseeing in Kemer and swimming in the open sea). Be prepared that from the sightseeing tour of Kemer there will only be a small incomprehensible mosque and arrivals to other hotels for tourists. That is, there is no overview of Kemer :) Before going to the mountains, we were taken to the olive museum, taken indoors and ADVERTISED OLIVE OIL for 1.5 HOURS.) the man told us that you need to drink a faceted glass of olive oil on an empty stomach, but it is not difficult to go online and see that it is very harmful. I hardly drink alcohol, but I have it. good alcohol.
By the numbers. My travel agent immediately said that it was better to give a gift at the reception so that they would give a good room.
The room was found after renovation, good, cleaned every day, white bed linen. There are enough cupboards, a safe.
Of the cons. On the second day, a favorite leather bracelet was stolen, either from the room or from the SPA.
I read about the Spa on one of the reviews about a certain Gosha, I don't know what they praised him for. But the SPA was not very good, in some places the towels smelled musty. The Thai woman gave me bruises. I didn't like the massage. There is something to compare it with in other hotels. The masters were men and after the massage, the body felt like it was airy, but here there were cold hands that warmed you. And I told her, she smiled and went ahead to bruise.
The second thing I didn't like was the feeling of herring in a jar, especially for dinner and sometimes for breakfast. Someone wrote about it. It's trash, the aisles in the dining room are small, a crowd of people. A lot with children.
If regularity is important to you, then think about it. There are many Europeans of different nationalities, some are very noisy.
In the evening, everyone gathers on the heel near the main restaurant, lobby and reception, and it's just a hive of people :)
Third, there is some kind of untidiness everywhere. I've been to other hotels before and it didn't feel like it. Maybe because of the simple furniture it feels like that. But the counters at the beach restaurants are stained, although the territory is clean, well-groomed, and beautiful.
But this was not felt enough, this is my subjective opinion.
If you have children, feel free to go, there is a gorgeous water park with slides for them.

The location is excellent, the airport is nearby, there are mountains and picturesque landscapes around. The territory is very green (pines, palm trees), well maintained, clean. The water park is small, but the water in the kindergarten is sooo cold, the child said that he would not climb after one descent. The room stock is average, the room is small, we had a room renovated, but the repair was done very hastily, it will fall apart in a year. The room was not cleaned every day, because the maids came during the child's lunch nap. The food is good, not so varied from day to day, but there is a lot of everything. There's a great grill in the evenings. Fruits of all sorts of different! In addition to the main restaurant, there are two more bars with snacks, fish, burgers, salads, pizza, gozleme, they cook right in front of you, very cool! The drinks at the bar are good, the alcohol is both local and foreign. There are plenty of sweets and ice cream! Entertainment for children - fire, kids club open until 11 pm, all kinds of shows for children, contests, games. The staff is polite. The vacationers at the hotel are mainly Russians, Kazakhs, Poles and Turks. The atmosphere is gorgeous. No imposition of services, calmly, mentally. The spa is a separate pleasure.

We rest with a child for 1 year and 4 months, there is a playground, a mini club from 4 years old, but there we spent a decent amount of time with the baby, there is always something to feed: buckwheat, rice, potatoes, boiled turkey, chicken and steamed vegetables. The beach is pebbly, sometimes the stones are very large, but there are also entrances to the sea cleared to the sand, the most comfortable is to swim from the pier. The standard rooms are very modest, the family deluxe rooms are decent, the area where the standard rooms differ from the location of the deluxe rooms is more spacious! If possible, I recommend overpaying for an improved and updated room. The water park of 5 cool slides is open from 10.00 to 12 and 12.00-14.00, we bring immense pleasure to ride! Take care of your elbows ) There is always enough in the restaurant, there is an error in the chips on the dishes, especially the cups. We were in three restaurants a la carte class! Especially Mexican! Be sure to visit)The staff is friendly, they pour without stopping! There are several shops near the hotel and a pharmacy, you can also buy diapers and something you really need))) They were not allowed to walk along the beach to a nearby hotel. The territory of the hotel is large, we did not master everything, we did not have time. A very good playground, located in the shade, so you can stay in the hot season. The slides are excellent, the pool is very comfortable for the youngest, it is constantly cleaned. We must pay tribute to the fact that they are constantly cleaning everywhere. In the large pool at 15 o'clock, adults played water polo, but they also took boys. Of course, there are no special rules, but it was fun.
There is enough space for everyone on the beach. If you want to lie near the sea on a sandy beach, take a sunbed until 8 am. Everything is clean, many people come with beer, cocktails, ice cream, etc., they clean constantly.
They feed well, abundantly, there is a lot of meat, chicken, fish, but without variety. Awesome delicious French fries, there's always a queue for gozlime pies and pizza on the veranda by the beach, it's so delicious.
The alcohol is good, they took red and white wine - well, very decent, cocktails are made conscientiously. Strong alcohol was not taken, but there is whiskey and cognac. Many people took them to the room, there were no problems.
Excellent service, almost everyone speaks Russian and speaks well. A lot of Germans, Turks, everyone is very friendly, no quarrels, I saw a drunk only once)).
Separately, I would like to mention the spa and the unsurpassed Gosha, who remembers all the clients and even those with whom he just talked. Thai massage, hammam, etc. are just great. There were not enough places of solitude in this beauty, as in the same Rixos - hammocks, benches, bags.
2. The sea!!! The entrance is both sandy and rocky. For any consumer. The water is clear and emerald all the time. It's warm, but just the way you want it to be.
3. The beaches are well equipped, there are always places on the sun beds, everything is cleaned.
4. Food. A lot, tasty, quite diverse. Personally, we didn't have enough fish and seafood
5. Animation. I can't appreciate it, so as not to be an amateur. But people like it. Russians, British, Italians, Kazakhs, etc. clap their hands.
6. SPA! I must say that all 10 points out of 10 are here. And they are earned by the owner of Gosha himself, who would definitely be able to conduct sessions on "How to build a personal brand"! The massages are excellent, the Balinese girls and the clever Leila know their business 👍 So that they can refine it? 1. Rooms. Almost the entire room stock is old. Very old. There was no place to turn around in our room with a teenage child. To get to the closet, one needs to either exit or let the other pass. It is impossible for an adult to squeeze between the refrigerator and the bed. We're all bruised. The bedside table door is falling off, the ceiling is smeared in one of the sections hastily and somehow, there are simply no hooks or hangers at the entrance. There is no place to hang the bag-cap. There is no place to put suitcases either. In comparison with the same five Rixos, Aka, etc., the numbers for the five do not pull from the word at all. Very bad. I'm not talking about coffee/tea in the room.
2. Cleaning. This is the weakest link of the hotel. It's dirty, the floors are not washed, the sink and toilet too, the mirror and shower cabin were not washed, in general, for a very long time, towels and bed are changed, garbage is thrown out and that's it. The size of the tip does not affect the quality in any way. I complained to the reception several times, but alas, it didn't get any better.
3. Ala carte restaurants. I warn you right away-don't waste your time. It's disgusting there! Since it's all free, the service and food are worse than in the main restaurant. Of all the dishes, dorada was more or less. The rest is cherished, not tasty, just to get rid of it. The attitude is the same. Faster, faster, they do not have time to clean the main dish, dessert is immediately served, they do not know the composition of the dishes (they found out if there are nuts, an allergen for the child). They said no, in fact there was a child with urticaria. A little boorish and slow. Don't go!
4. The number of people. Here I will say that I am far from being a social phobe, but the hotel infrastructure and activity plan are built so that there are a lot of people everywhere. First of all, in the pool like sprats in a barrel, on the pier in the evening too, in the restaurant you need to look for a free table.
And in general, a normal hotel for those who do not build their expectations in accordance with previous vacation experience in the premium five network. Well, the price in the Flora season is also not small.

We had a vacation with my husband in early June 2024. The room is Standard. The food is delicious, varied, a wide variety of fresh fruits (there were no strawberries): plums, apples, watermelons, apricots, cherries, peaches. Fresh salads. There were no freshly squeezed juices. The desserts are gorgeous. Ice cream and water are unlimited. The service is excellent.The territory is large with a water park, slides, and a tennis court. The sea is warm, there are enough sun beds. A large swimming pool. The entertainment program by the pool and in the evening is good. There is a baby club for children.
The rooms are 70% old stock. If there is a tiny balcony on the 1st floor, garbage from the second floor falls on your head.Small bed 140x180, tiny rooms. We changed one bed to a room with the 2nd (it turned out on the same basis only two mattresses 90x180 side by side). WiFi is very weak in the room, used on the veranda of the coastal restaurant. We are vacationing with a family of 3 adults and 2 children 2 and 5 years old. I have to leave tomorrow.. I really liked the hotel, worthy of its 5 ke! The food is varied, every evening something new is prepared (shish kebab, kebab, duck, veal ....), I have not seen so much variety of fruits in the hotel (strawberries, kiwi, cherries, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, peaches, nectarines and something I do not know))). Ice cream from 11 to 23:00, whatever you want, you've had enough chocolate for the whole summer ahead! There are water slides for toddlers and children. However, in the pool, where the children's slides the water is cooler than in other pools. There is a mini club, children can be left from the age of 4, kids with their parents only. My daughter ran there for 5 years, she really liked it there, they come up with entertainment for them every day! The animators are just great! The beach is long, two-level, with strollers you can go down. There is both sand and stone on the beach and the entrance to the sea! The entrance is flat. In the evenings, every day there is a mini disco, then the artists perform, and then either karaoke or a disco. There are also different shows for children! For adults, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, stretching. The coach is just great!!! In general, I highly recommend this hotel!

We were settled quickly, at 11 a.m. for a big chocolate bar)) extending the room for 4 hours cost $ 90, which is very expensive, but there is nowhere to go with a child who needs a nap and leaves in the evening... For 5, of course, this hotel does not pull. The food is delicious and varied, the territory is huge, the weather is good. The biggest disadvantage is cockroaches! There may have been renovation, but not in all buildings. We had a sector D, they give 2 towels for each (large and small), two at once had to be thrown on the floor, since water flows from the shower. They clean, even if desired, every other day, even less often, since apparently they do not have time, that even toilet paper has to be "dragged". They were removed 2 times in 8 full days. There are three beaches, but there are not enough sun loungers. The coffee machines in the restaurant are also constantly not filled, then there is no milk, then coffee, they do not monitor this well... I had to eat and go to the main bar, where they make coffee with you. The staff tries to get a tip from everyone for every sneeze. And also, they don't accept the old 10 bucks, although they gave me the change there.. So 4 stars is also a stretch, more than 3+

And the night before departure, it turned out. What is there $300!! Parampampam, as they say. Draw conclusions!! It is not so much a pity for money as it is a pity for a betrayed trust. Thanks for not taking everything out. More: adult animation - nothing to watch, nothing to participate in. Complete relaxation!!!!! Very decent vegetation on the territory of the hotel, the hotel fully corresponds to the name - Flora. All locations are within walking distance. Along the beach, you can walk to the territory of the legendary Nirvana on the one hand and local hotels on the other. Yoga classes are held in the morning. Everyone can find entertainment for themselves throughout the day. Animation is not intrusive. Thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. Of the disadvantages, only the standard room stock, the rooms are very small with small windows that limit natural light.

We read a lot of negative reviews, almost changed the hotel before the trip, but decided to check for ourselves how bad everything is there) The result was a wonderful vacation. Deluxe room, two-room in the F1 building. The only thing to note about the room is that it is not sunny, it is in the shade all the time, because of this it was a little dark even in the daytime, correspondingly cool. And there is no kettle in the room, but we prepared, took a travel one. No living creatures (cockroaches) were noticed. Cleaning is daily, everything is clean. Comfortable mattresses, pillows, clean bed linen. We had a rest during the autumn holidays, we were very lucky with the weather: in the afternoon of 27-29, the sea is warm, no rain, no wind, no waves. People swam in the pool, but not enough, the water is already completely unsupportable for me, and the sea temperature is fire. The food is quite good, varied. The melon was constantly there. Alcohol is also not bad, beer, wine, cocktails. The Nirvana Hotel is nearby, they say we have the same owner. You can walk to them to their pier. The aquarark is good, the children drove on cheesecakes and without. In the evening, a mini disco for children at 20:45. And for adults from the age of 21, there was karaoke at the pool bar, and different groups sang and danced, of course) On the beach, basically everyone goes to the sandy beach or to the piers. We hung out on the second level next to the pool bar, under a canopy. And they went down to the sea to swim. We stayed at Flora there until closing time, so we even had a late check-out for free👍Overall, a wonderful hotel with stunning views and a beautiful large area. I would have come back again 💞

On October 25, we arrived at the hotel with a team of artists, but as soon as we entered the territory, we saw that it did not match the picture.
We did not check in, we did not give our passports, but first we went to inspect the territory: There's just sadness and devastation. Everything is faded, cracked, broken borders. Honestly, we were horrified by the 5* hotel, given that we often visit Turkey. The beach line is disgusting (if you can call it that - see the photo), the rooms are old, the bathrooms are like in a hospital, the buildings are cracked, these balconies are wooden..I honestly don't understand how they're still holding up.
We were shown old and new buildings - the walls are thin, the rooms are located door to door (this can be seen in the photo), in new rooms the bathroom door rests against the shower cabin when opened, the room area - there is a place except to turn around. According to the head of the reception - Ilkhan, only 10% of the rooms on the territory have been updated, but for some reason tour operators everywhere declare reinvention, and also informed us that Flora is the oldest of their entire line of hotels.
We looked at all this and just got furious, never checked in, sat at the reception for 5 hours, deciding on relocation or cancellation of the reservation. I do not advise anyone to come here for this money, there are decent options nearby at this price. Listen to an honest review, look at real photos, not what is stated on their website and do not make our mistakes - spend your time and nerves

We stayed at this hotel from June 14th to 22nd. The hotel is excellent , clean and well-maintained territory. Very polite and helpful staff, instead of the paid standard room, offered to move us into a deluxe room, because they thought that the three of us would be cramped. The food is very varied , delicious , during the whole vacation we have never even felt hungry. The room is nice and cozy. Towels were changed every day and bed linen was changed once a week . We were very satisfied with everything, the rest was a success. I definitely recommend families with children, there is a swimming pool and water slides. We will return here next year.

We rested in October 2024, took an ultra all inclusive tour for 14 nights for three with a small child of 5 months. I want to disappoint you, when we arrived at the hotel, everything immediately confused us, the old hotel, several buildings were partially restored. Then everything interesting started, they settled us in a family room in an old building on the 3rd floor with steep old stairs, where there are no elevators and the rooms stank of mold and this is considered the 5* level of the hotel, it's funny 3 * stars maximum. I was shocked, I couldn't convey my emotions and indignation, since we paid 350 thousand for this vacation, it's just not worth it, a maximum of 200 thousand and the level is 3-4 stars once again. We go further, after our indignation, we were moved to another standard room on the 1st floor, but also in the old building, they practically do not settle in new buildings, they are additionally offered for money, although we paid for new rooms.
Food: there is a problem with food, I first encountered it in a 5* hotel at breakfast there were queues for scrambled eggs, the food is monotonous and in small quantities, people stand in queues for meat, and sometimes they piss about fish at dinner and then they hide them in front of mangalas, it's funny, the chefs cook it delicious ...
. Drinks: alcohol is cheap, there is no rum, there is no imported whiskey, there is beer, wine, vodka and gin, i.e. this is not an ultra all inclusive level.
The territory I want to say is large and well-groomed, this is the only thing this hotel takes, we were led to the pictures on the site to the territory and reviews, but the reviews were corrupt, many of whom we met there were dissatisfied with the rest since we had an early rest in better hotels and there is something to compare and we know what ultra all inclusive is.
The beach is huge, there seemed to be enough sun beds, but there is one thing, there are 3 piers, one of them is paid because there are bungalows, and 2 piers are very old and wooden, they are probably many years old, it feels like you will soon fail, the cracks are large, you can drop your phone and headphones, there were even cases of stairs on The piers are very steep and skolsky, you can get hurt.
In general, they save money in everything, the staff is unfriendly, they do us a favor as if we owe them something, the level of a cheap hotel is maximum 4.
And I'm silent about the rescuers, during lunch they feed the seagulls with plates (French fries and burgers) on the pier, this is something ......
