Just expectation and reality
I ordered a delicate peach shade with roses, and received a PURPLE bouquet with hydrangea (they filled the price with this hydrangea, which should not be given in a bouquet at all!!!)
I made the order in advance and paid for everything at once, no one warned me about replacing the bouquet!
I understand that there is a holiday and a flood of orders, but with this attitude you have lost a client.

I am very disappointed with the work of this store. Making orders on the online site works formally or for appearance. After placing an order, a notification is displayed that your order has been accepted. After a while, the order status is "assembly is in progress". At the exit, 6 hours later, the store's employees, when asked "where is my order", answer that the order was not designed that way and he does not have them. After that, the order was found. After making sure that the order was still executed correctly, the store employee, instead of a banal apology, tried in every possible way to make a "fool" of the client, telling him that they could not contact him.

The delivery of the balloons was very disappointing.
The answer of the store employee: we are floral and do not deal with balloons - in my opinion, it is generally inappropriate. If you provide a service, then you need to perform it efficiently or not at all.
The balloons deflated the next day. They were very badly inflated and at the same time they forgot to bring the cargo. When the weight arrived, I was shocked: they just brought a yellow ball with water. Not only was it not packed in a package, but it was also yellow, which does not match the balls at all.
The bouquets were good, only as the driver passed the hydrangeas in one bouquet had already withered (it would have been possible to arrange bouquets with such flowers in such a heat).
The birthday girl did not get a wow effect, but it's a pity....
