A huge plus is that everyone has an individual approach, unlike large centers, where it is difficult to get through.
If Denis Yurievich is leading the patient, then he is always in touch if an incomprehensible situation suddenly happens and at least you know what to do right at the moment, and not go crazy with worry. But this in no way means that he treats by phone!!
The clinic has a very calm atmosphere and my dog feels good there, you can even say that he is relaxed. This is extremely important for us.
And of course the most important thing is that Denis Yurievich is an excellent specialist, so his appointments give results, and we turned to him after trying treatment in another clinic.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review, because after sterilization, my dog died a day later. And despite my concern about the dog's condition, the doctor did not conduct the necessary examinations, but assured me that everything was fine, the dog was coming out of anesthesia. According to the autopsy results, the dog died of cardiac arrest caused by acute internal bleeding. I understand that there are complications and deaths after operations, but you need to be able to at least admit your mistakes, and not deny them

Denis Yurievich!Thanks for the help.Our pet Pomeranian is 14 and a half years old.The tick turned out to be bad.The collar did not protect.We took three ivs and antibiotics.He was very weak.Drank water, didn't eat.They were fed broth from a pipette.I was asleep all the time.
It happened on April 22nd.Today is the 13th, hooray, he's eating, we went for a walk for the first time.We're alive.We will recover. Many thanks to the entire staff of the clinic for your hard work and patience.
