A great hotel, everything is on the level.
The food is delicious, the service is great, the sea is nearby. The territory is large and very green. In winter, the pool is heated by 33 degrees. Swimming is very comfortable. In January, the temperature in Antalya is 17-20 degrees during the day, with a good scenario.
Therefore, it is a pleasure to be in Turkey in winter, and even such a wonderful hotel.
There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they will prompt and tell you everything.
The cleaning is excellent and at any time of the day.
Of course, there may be scuffs in the room. and so on, the repairs were still in 2016, but these are small things.

The range of bars is weak, the bartenders are poorly versed in cocktail preparation techniques, they do not understand well what they want from them. Otherwise, everything is passable, taking into account the winter concept. 4 points is a stretch.

It has already been 3 times in the Dolphin Hotel using the all-inclusive system. I like everything: the room, the food, the service, the attitude. I am pleased with the heated pool and animation. The territory is large, there are a lot of people in the hotel, but no queues at the restaurant. Despite the fact that it is winter, there are many food outlets open outside. Freshly squeezed juice can be drunk not only for breakfast, but also throughout the day. There is a pastry shop, a chocolate bar. Food for every taste. Of course, the price is not small, but it's the New Year. If there is an opportunity, I will come back here again!

The hotel is on solid 4!
The food is varied, but without frills, as in other good fives. The location is good, which is a plus.
Cleaning for 4, and the cleanliness of the dishes in the restaurant leaves much to be desired.
The hotel itself is quite dead, this is a minus. On the last day of rest in the room, the door sill came off and stuck in my leg, they barely stopped the blood, I thought I would not fly away. The staff apologized, the threshold was quickly glued. I definitely don't want to play it again. And in this price segment there are more interesting options nearby.

We are currently resting at this hotel. From 13.09 to 09/20/2024. Overall, a good hotel. For holidays with children. We were already in the Dolphin, but in another one.
At this hotel, it became clear that the concept was completely outdated for 2024.
1. Room stock. Everything is very old. The rooms are in need of renovation. From 2024 you will get to 2006 in the Gypsy Baroque style.
2. There is a lot of food. As well as people. In general, it's not bad, but my 6-year-old child and I are sitting with a light bowel. Because everything is dirty around. The staff can not cope with the flow, everything is very carelessly done. For some reason, I don't want to eat on day 3 anymore.
Sitting in a coffee shop, we watched the nausea of a 4-year-old child, well, parents understand that all this is already in the pool and everywhere around the hotel.
This is the first time we have encountered such a thing, fortunately.
The hotel is definitely not worth the declared money, given that the year is 2024 and there are many competitors with the a la carte system. A ton of food, which is absolutely not all delicious.
The potatoes are overcooked, the fish is dry and you can go further down the list.
You get into the atmosphere of 2006.
I won't even consider it anymore.

Hello, everyone. We went to Troy in September 2024. Everything is included, everything is paid for. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners were piled up, tables were laid down, but in the last 3 days I personally ate only fruits and broth. The granddaughter, of course, broke away on cakes, pies and ice cream. Russian Russians didn't make me feel any anger or oppression towards my family or myself, everyone is polite, considerate and even speaks Russian. There are a lot of Germans, Arabs and British, few Russians. Everything is perfectly organized, brought /taken away - everything is on time. For children, there is a lunopark with various attractions, aquamarine is just cool. The hotel is 5 stars, but something and something was enough for me. It's expensive, but we don't regret it. Thanks to the staff, we changed the bed every day, cleaning, a full refrigerator.

And in winter we paid 6.5 per day, which is definitely worth the money!!! In Russia, hotels in the Krasnodar Territory, even in winter, cost 10-20 tons per day, but they still have to grow and grow to this level.

-Large green area
-Several swimming pools, an adult summer water park. The children's water park was heated in November. Large indoor pool+huge hot outdoor pool. There is a spa, but it is inconveniently located across a long passage.
-Several bars, snacks, pastry shops, night meals. Imported alcohol, juices from boxes, there is vegetable milk. A large selection of homemade chocolate.
-main restaurant with a great selection of food and different seating areas.
14 types of meat, 8 types of fish, 15 types of side dishes, a bunch of snacks, homemade cheeses/sausages, vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts , 5 long tables with desserts, pastas, pizzas, a bunch of pastries, seafood…There were only lobsters, caviar and tropical fruits 😀 I have never seen such a choice of food anywhere else, although I have visited more than 30 5* hotels in Turkey ? and most importantly, it is delicious, and not just to "pile up more for the view"

- It's +15 in the evenings, so it's cool to get out of the hot outdoor pool, but it's still a couple of minutes to walk to the building.
-there are no children's robes, and this is a very important element in the off-season
I will add another review about this hotel.
If in November I would have given the hotel a solid 5, then in January 4 with a huge minus... we decided to take my grandmother to this hotel. Finally:the food was reduced by 2/3 and nothing tasty, as if they got into a budget 5*, the snack was removed, the coffee shop was combined with a chocolate maker. And this is despite the fact that there were more people than in November! It rained heavily for two days and the hotel is not ready for this at all: roofs, walls were flowing, water was pouring from the lamps in the lobby, buckets and carpets were placed everywhere... such rains are a frequent occurrence in winter, what is the problem to ensure safety?!

I also did not understand why wine could be brought to me for dinner in the main restaurant for free, but in the ala-kart restaurant the same wine is already paid. Of the snacks, only corn chips (churos) and peanuts with chickpeas are brought to beer, there are no potato chips, as well as a normal nut mixture. The Jacuzzi is not heated, it is cold. In general, it's not bad, but in the season for 500-600 thousand rubles for 2 adults + children, I would not go to it, there are better hotels for this price

The main problem is a lot of delicious food and sweets everywhere))) Heated pools, fitness, etc. did not help, although they were actively used by us.😆 There is also a place to leave and something to keep the child occupied. We rested at the hotel according to the winter concept. We really liked it. Attentive staff, excellent cleaning, comfortable rooms. Great animation. There are 2 disadvantages for us-this is a very boring mini club according to the winter concept. It's just a room that kids aren't interested in. The second disadvantage is the penalty for the loss of a hotel bracelet of 100 euros! Are you serious? Everyone around has long gone away from the bracelet system, and here it is. We would definitely come again!

The room cleaning is very good.I wish there was a bigger indoor pool. Animators are weak and uninteresting. Food and alcohol are at the highest level. The food is amazing, the selection is huge, including seafood. They didn't even want to go to 7 free restaurants. 2. We visited all the hotels of the Dolphin chain, in part of the aquapark and luna Park Bigrand is the best. 3. One of the best hotels for families with children. 4. There are few Russians. A lot of Europeans are resting. Now the disadvantages: 1. The rooms are not cleaned well enough, although we had a suite. Made a remark. 2. Insufficiently trained staff. Here they should learn from their colleagues from the Resort. 3. The shore is too steep. 4. There is no animation and animators are the same - sluggish and uninitiative. This part is the worst hotel I've been to, and I've been to Turkey as many as 6 times. 5. The interior of the rooms is not modern. The rooms have been in need of repair for a long time. A very good lunopark for children. The alcohol is all of high quality. You can eat at any time of the day. A restaurant on the beach. There are pebbles on the beach, but small. All deck chairs are equipped with soft waterproof mattresses. The territory is large and there is a place to walk. The rooms are beautiful. Natalia, the guest relations manager, and Nana Moldets, the reception manager, made our stay even more comfortable. There is a cinema. Beach towels can be changed at any time and for as long as possible. Lots of bars. Waiters on roller skates deliver orders near each pool. Mostly Europeans are vacationing. There are 7 elevators in the central tower and 4 elevators in each of the other towers, they did not wait for the elevator for more than 30 seconds. In 7 days, a lot of things in the hotel did not have time to evaluate. This is a hotel that you want to return to.

In the evening, mini disco, entertainment shows, live music, disco.
There is always a place to eat during the day)
In 7 days, we have never left the territory) what you dreamed of, a great vacation, the sea, food, entertainment, if you are with the kids, then they will definitely be happy! There is a mini club where they make aquagrim, after a mini disco, they give sweet rewards in the form of lollipops, marmalades, etc.
What we wanted, we got from the hotel, for the first time in my life, I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave, thank you Dolphin for an amazing stay, and pleasant memories!

We came to celebrate the New Year calmly, joyfully and without too much fuss. But it turned out that our tour operator did not include children in the Gala dinner. The tour operator cannot be reached because it is Sunday. BUT what does the hotel do??? We cannot purchase seats for children aged 3 and 9. Only if someone refuses! And where should I put them??? Up to 10 in the children's mini club. And then? We don't know. Only after a couple of hours of nerves (thanks for the joyful December 31), they agree to provide a child of 3 years old with a child's chair, a child of 9 years old until 10 p.m. in a mini club (where he does not want to go at all), and then to us for dinner. And why you can't have dinner right away is unclear!
The most amazing thing for me is that in such a large hotel you can't add 2 chairs to a New Year's dinner!!!! How???
And also, I was very "pleased" with an employee of guest relief, who at first drove me to different places for 2 hours and talked to me very rudely. And when my husband came, she abruptly switched over: why are you nervous??? I want to help you!
The hotel itself is not bad. BUT the organization of internal processes is just seams!

This is the former Rixos.Nice hotel, large and clean area. The food is excellent. There is a kids club , an amusement park and lots of entertainment for children.I liked the rest at this hotel, I put 5. But, guys, I do not recommend anyone to go to Turkey in the month of October, this is not the velvet season as everyone calls it, but the closing of the season. The weather is not the same anymore, it's cold in the evening.

We were at the hotel from 30.11 to 15.12.22 and got very well during the rest. My husband and I have the same vests and we couldn't fasten them before flying to Russia. By the way, this hotel offers the freshest Mascarpone for breakfast, so we actually ate Mascarpone with nutella with spoons, for which we paid. We liked everything very much, the food is delicious and fresh (Ala Carte is the same main restaurant in taste, appearance, etc., so there is simply no point in running to the machine to sign up, honestly), the pools are clean and warm, cats are everywhere (cats love chicken more than fish), the hotel even grows greens for salads on territories. Our room was very comfortable. We walked a lot, ate well, swam in the sea every day (yes, we are shocked ourselves), successfully bought me Adiki at the Depot Mall. Since I work even on vacation, then a laf hack for those with a laptop, go to the reception and ask to set up Wi-Fi for work (say so) and that's it, a quick Internet taking even on the beach of the neighboring Titanic with you :). We don't drink alcohol, there's nothing to say, but the Europeans sat with cocktails all the time and then went to the disco, so we concluded that alcohol is very even.

Among the disadvantages are the lack of a New Year theme, a cold exit from a warm pool, weak animation. Regarding the old age of the hotel, he looks 20 years old at 40. Finishing with inexpensive material.. That's why it looks like this. But when traveling for 7-10 days, you do not need to pay attention to this. Enjoy your stay in a nice hotel. Especially for families with children. There are a lot of pools, water parks, attractions. Everything here is for children. There is no nonsense. Everything is fine. There is food, juices, and ice cream on every corner. In general, it is very, very good. The sea is warm and not steamy. As it should be🙏Children freely enter the water and do not freeze.
