We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, ate mostly here. The hotel is very good 👍 cleaning every day , high ceilings, good hair dryer , shower , towels are changed every day, beach towels are provided , a gorgeous pool , good sound insulation. Of course, the breakfasts for 7 days were very boring, they did not climb into my mouth, perhaps this is the biggest minus. As for the restaurant, the restaurant is awesome , all the dishes are very tasty, meat, seafood are not spared, very tasty mussels in the sashes and there are a lot of them! The waiters are all smart , they run , they try , they are all polite. Good hotel, average price among similar options. I am glad to have a large swimming pool.
I did not like the beach and the entrance to the sea - the stones are large, it is very inconvenient to go in and out on them, some of them are still sharp; coral slippers will be normal. There is just something to compare it with, usually we rest in another place, there you go over small pebbles, and then there is sand at the bottom.
The restaurant at the hotel - they cook delicious, but they are too expensive. The breakfasts included in the price are delicious and hearty (I tried Turkish, European and American, there are 6 types in total - also Abkhazian, Russian and English).

THE BEST FOOD IN THE CENTER OF SUKHUM IS ONLY HERE!!! The child noted that the most delicious mashed potatoes with cutlets are here)

I was pleased with the food, a fairly extensive menu from different segments: Japan, America, CIS and national cuisine. We tried a lot of things that we managed to do in 2 weeks. There wasn't a single dish I didn't like, everything was fresh.

Great hotel! The room and staff are on top! The room is cleaned every day, towels are replaced, shower gel and shampoo are replenished. The girls at the reception are friendly, they will explain everything and help. The breakfasts are beyond praise, we managed to try everything in 6 days. We had lunch and dinner at the same cafe, the portions are large, the prices are reasonable. I didn't have enough local spices in my dishes. Khachapuri is very tasty! I recommend it!

We have been looking for a restaurant where you can have dinner for a long time - and we found it. There is a very wide selection of dishes, including Abkhazian cuisine. Adequate prices. Despite the large number of visitors, you can always sit down. But waiting for an order can be a long time. Great pizza for kids, great tortillas, wine - which is what it should be. They don't mess with meat, they don't mess with fish either. And all this is on the embankment overlooking the sea. Enjoy your meal!

We have heard a lot about the restaurant, many praise it, we decided to come in at 10 a.m. to drink coffee and cake. They brought the menu quickly, they really liked the breakfasts, they even decided to come here. We made an order, waited for coffee for 20 minutes (a complicated order, apparently, there are almost no people in the restaurant.) They brought it. I wasn't thrilled, but that's not the point. The bill was waited for another 20 minutes. What is it?! An expression of contempt for those who only drink coffee? But many people drank coffee there. This is a complete disrespect for customers...spending almost an hour on coffee against your will is too much...therefore, we will not have breakfast here, as well as dinner. The review is not entirely objective, we have not tried the kitchen, but it is praised...we have two weeks of rest- maybe the restaurant doesn't care that it may be losing regular customers, well, okay!

Trout, tomato soup, khachapur with spinach is delicious!
Now from the cons:
After the 1st visit, the score was 5, now it's 3, why:
- greens in salads come across spoiled (snotty) and unwashed from the ground on a plate with vegetables;
- the cucumbers on the vegetable plate are partially peeled, the cook passed through the waiter "we have such a serving and that's it", my guesses are just partially cut off the thick skin of the cucumber, but the impression is as if the skin on the cucumbers was partially spoiled;
- the vitamin charge in the cocktail (freshly squeezed fresh orange and strawberry) suddenly, unexpectedly, during the next visit, some sugar syrup flew in that no one asked for and which is not in the cocktail, was sent to be redone, while the waiter could not understand for a long time what we wanted from him;
- check the cleanliness of the glasses, they are not always clean, fresh was sent to be redone because of this;
- steamed vegetables, cauliflower was brought blackened, which means that it was originally spoiled, such food is not very suitable for an infant, again, the waiter looked at us with astonished eyes as if he did not understand what we were talking about;
- bruschetta was served on yesterday's bread that felt completely dried, they say, and no one complained. Then call it pieces of dried bread with topping, the bruschetta should be soft inside, crispy outside. They sent us to redo it — they redid it as we wanted without any problems.
In general, not everything is perfect, there is something to work on, since they called themselves a restaurant, especially with good grades, and even in a central location.

We rested at the Dam hotel, where we imposed breakfasts in this institution on the Dam without the possibility to refuse. That is, they are paid anyway. Breakfasts are served with either mayonnaise or ketchup. If you want a normal supplement, pay separately. We cooked porridge with a huge amount of sugar - it is impossible to eat, I asked to redo it. They took the porridge, returned and said it was normal. We will redo it for an additional fee. That is, in general, opinion is not important here. There is no service. I don't like it - or. I do not recommend it. We ate two breakfasts and had dinner before that on the first day. All the food is tasteless. I took pumpkin soup - it's impossible to eat. They put store-bought disgusting sauces in salads. I do not recommend it.

One star only for a good waiter (name is Yaroslav). Otherwise, it's pretty sad. The toilets and the kitchen are dirty. In the evening, it takes a very long time to wait for food: the local "wait just another 7 minutes" lasts about half an hour, as if in orbit of a heavy star. I'm afraid to imagine what it means "it won't be hotter than in an hour" - apparently it means coming next summer. The food is unremarkable: we ordered something on the grill (as I repeat, the rest is waiting for eternity). The grilled sausages were waiting for more than an hour - they were brought half-cooked. The compote is liquid, like wine on the highway. In general, we were very disappointed. Apparently they bought into a good view, but got [a place for an eloquent word] (by the way, the view is also not directly super: we watched as a result how the guys kicked the ball on the field)

A rare format for Abkhazia is a very modern, well-equipped hotel with spacious rooms and everything you need. The windows overlook either the sea or the pool. There is access to a 50-meter swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts (voluminous, nutritious, delicious), and in general a decent restaurant on the 1st floor. The location is excellent - in the center of the resort part of the city on the embankment. There is a private parking.
