Very tasty pancakes and one of our favorite places, but last time, even agreeing to a long wait for pancakes (they said we had to wait 1 hour), we received our pancakes after 1h 40 minutes. There weren't many people in the place, about 10 people, no one was eating pancakes and everyone was just drinking their drinks and waiting for their orders. It is unclear what happened to your favorite place, when crowds of people used to come, the place was full of people and such an expectation was definitely justified, but now, when pancakes are cooked for a very long time and there are not so many orders, why does cooking take so long? An unpleasant aftertaste remains. When you get your pancake, you just eat it, without enjoyment, but just eat, tired of waiting. Still, no matter what, by agreeing to an hour-long wait, you do not expect to receive your order another 40 minutes later than planned. I hope that soon all the processes will be adjusted in the institution and we will enjoy our pancakes and receive them as quickly as in the good old days 😊

There are no questions about the kitchen, everything is always at the highest level. But there are huge questions for the staff. We came to Depo on Zybitskaya today, it is clear that it is Saturday and a lot of people, we reacted to this with understanding. Therefore, even though we are!15! we stood at the cash register for a few minutes and all the staff just pretended that we were not there, instead of at least asking to wait, we remained in a good mood. After they did pay attention to us, the employee said that pancakes should be expected for 1 hour. When I politely asked if it was exactly the hour or if there was a chance that it was less, the employee replied in a very rude way, "well, if you stand behind the counter, it will be faster." After that, I didn't even think about leaving the institution, because I consider this attitude unacceptable. I'm not even talking about the fact that instead of passing by us, you could immediately say that the waiting time will be very long, because it obviously suits few people to wait an hour when you come to eat in such a place. By the way, the people who stood in line after us also left. I really hope that we will be able to establish a system of work for employees and such situations will no longer arise. The sediment is unpleasant, I'm unlikely to return there in the near future.

The best democratic institution in Minsk.
