Secondly, the amount of payment turned out to be more than when registering in the application, it was lucky that there was not much difference, but the husband clarified why the price went higher if there was less in the order and the cashier said: "why didn't you warn right away?" I'm sorry, but about what? About the price as in the online store, so I did not collect the order from the shelves myself, but took the pre-placed order.
Have a conversation with the employees, please, because you don't want to solve this issue with dissatisfaction next time!
I do not recommend the store to visit! The store strongly resembles a wholesale warehouse, a lot of boxes and various unpacked products are in the places of approach to the goods, everything is barricaded, as a result of which it is difficult to approach the shelves with toys and other products! Sellers are in a state of mild "hibernation", do not understand what they want from them, disorientate where the product is located, or say that there is no such product at all, but, lo and behold, it stands in a completely different place! There are a lot of consultants hanging around , but during my two-hour stay in the store, no one came up to me and offered help. It's a separate story if you need to pick up an online order in this store! It was June 8, two hours before the store closed. There was an incomprehensible queue at the checkout, murmuring dissatisfied exclamations about the denial of service on cards and the lack of Internet. Forty minutes before closing, I also came to the cashier and heard the parable of the staff about the non-working cashier, the lack of Internet and, therefore, discounts on the promo code cannot be applied, but they can only serve for cash! But we were offered to wait, maybe everything will work! But no, we waited until closing time and went home without much slurping.... We were offered to try our luck by coming back to the store tomorrow!!!! A sad story.... After such a "super maintenance", I will bypass this store! Although the network itself is not bad, there are toys, for example Chico and others, which in this network cost a lot of real money and are much cheaper than other sellers! And the stores of this chain differ in the level of customer service. We were on Dzerzhinsky Ave.- we liked everything: both the service and the order with the goods! But I do not recommend visiting Detmir in Minsk City.

We went to the website with my son...he chose the tops that he needed...She threw all this stuff into the online shopping cart, came to the store and asked me to sell exactly the 3 sets that my son had chosen. My husband and I came to buy goods for my daughter and I was very upset by the work of sales consultants, since we will be parents for the first time, I tried to clarify some questions, but I was faced with an absolute lack of desire to work. 1 Question was: tell me where you can find vests and sliders, we found only bodysuits and slips in the hall, the girl sent us to the diaper department, as it turned out later, they are not in the store's assortment at all. 2 The question was: I needed a diaper cocoon, I couldn't find it in the assortment of the store, I run for a consultant to look at the warehouse, she sipped energy drink, without even looking at the stock availability, said that they don't have this at all and it doesn't happen! This confused me, I go to the site, look for this diaper and see that it is available according to the application, I ask another consultant to help me, as a result, another girl brought this diaper from the warehouse. 3 question: we found a jumpsuit for a baby, but for a boy, we also needed one for a girl, I ask the seller where to find the same one for a girl, because I found that combo by chance in another department, the girl, laying out toys, waved her hand towards clothes for a girl and literally said: "there somewhere look for it." To be honest, this attitude towards customers was very upset, given that it is already hard to walk at 9 months of pregnancy. We came to buy for a fairly large amount, well, take you to help customers find the right product / size and so on, but the complete disregard on the part of the employees upset them, maybe they don't get a percentage of sales and then it's clear why they are not interested in sales.
The store itself is large, the selection of toys, baby food, diapers is wonderful. But the store's employees are not always tactful, sometimes rude..

I was disappointed that instead of solving the problem, they only offered to buy batteries (they are not cheap) additionally. This attitude towards the client causes dissatisfaction. I recommend that you reconsider your approach to customer interaction and customer service.

It's dirty, the goods are scattered, the sellers are slow, there were no consultants in the hall, the impressions are the most terrible...I haven't seen this for a long time😔

We made an online order for this store 2 times. When ordering, everything was always in stock, in fact, orders were not fully collected twice. We ordered cyber at a discount, we also had to buy it in another store for 20 rubles more expensive. I would like to hope that this is not the policy of the management, luring discounts to the store when ordering online. The administrator who worked on 18.11.2023 does not want to solve the issues.
