I would also like to note the high professionalism of narrow specialists, neurologists, ophthalmologists, doctor of the ECG room, staff of the physiotherapy department and others. Among the narrow specialists there are orthopedists, surgeons, neurologists, cardiologists, speech therapists, optometrists, ENT specialists. If you come by ticket or appointment, you will not have to sit in line for a long time, if without an appointment, then on average you will have to sit to the pediatrician for 30-40 minutes, to narrow specialists without a coupon you may not be accepted at all.
I want to write a review to the wonderful pediatrician Starostovich Elena Vasilyevna. Before that, we also had good specialists, but I would like to note the professionalism of this particular pediatrician. He always pays enough attention to the patient, listens attentively, consults in an accessible way, and at the same time the queue to the office of this pediatrician moves dynamically, without stagnation. I also like the fact that parents can also be vaccinated with the child, if desired, this is convenient, because there is no need to go to an adult polyclinic for a flu shot, for example.
We are from another city, but there were no problems in the service. The queues are not big in the evening. Up to 8 people work. Of course, call in advance. Everyone who received us turned out to be friendly and normal people. Sometimes the electronic queue does not work.
Good staff. That's where the advantages end.
Minuses:
- disgusting card issuance system (I needed to get a certificate from a nurse, the case, in theory, took 5 minutes, received the card, took the certificate, gave the card. But no, they do not give out cards in their hands, but accumulate requests for them, as a result, this whole act stretches for 30+ minutes
- the general impression is usually created by people who visit this institution, and as a result of the "children's" polyclinic, mothers with children live here. Building a dialogue with them, as you all know, can be problematic. It is worth noting that in the "adult" polyclinic, mothers with children have been replaced by grandmothers, the dialogue with whom often does not end well.
- there are no questions about the repair, they even seem to be doing it, but the Soviet atmosphere remains. Whether it's good or bad, decide for yourself.
- the queue system sucks hard, and the arguments are "I'm behind him. No, I'm after him" gives a special twist. Why can't we make
a coupon system? I took the ticket and from the scoreboard you understand who you are and what you are. And you can't do that, because there's no money, but you're holding on. For the sake of decency, I will say that there is such a system, but only for blood.
I will not list the disadvantages about the darkness and stuffiness, besides, I started writing a review in the clinic, and already went outside. So, yes. If you want to quickly and simply go to the headscarf.

I was at an appointment with a traumatologist with a child, we sat in line for 4 hours, for the reason that there are a lot of people already, so also all the medical staff of the polyclinic hold the children of their friends by the hand without queuing and do not respond to the objections of all those sitting in line! It is not clear where the administration of the polyclinic is looking....
We were at the traumatologist, the specialists and staff were very polite, the attitude towards the children is very good, the waiting time is not predictable one day for 15 minutes, the other day we waited for 3 hours for dressing, it was very stuffy in the corridor!
We treat another clinic where there is no traumatologist, but here, despite the density, everything is organized and clear, they generally treat us as "relatives".
When this clinic is already unloaded, there are so many children.. but apparently it's the same everywhere now. If you have a cold, it is easier to write a statement than to sit in line to get a certificate. In general, there are no questions specifically about this clinic.. In principle, all polyclinics are on the same level everywhere

I have never met such a good doctor and nurse.With the older one, we had to go to paid centers, because the doctors in the city polyclinic did not help us very much, to put it mildly. But now everything has changed!
I can't say anything bad about the polyclinic. Good specialists of a narrow profile. The clinic is neat, there is a room for feeding and changing babies.

The child overslept for an appointment in Room 226, well, they called, said to come to Room 233, came, waited 10, 20, 30 minutes, the office was all closed, called again, said to come to the doctor on duty, came to there they said that they take only with: vomiting, diarrhea, and fever, but the fact that the child has Nobody cares about a headache at all , it 's terrible .
In my opinion, the best polyclinic is for children. The doctors are wonderful. Thank them for their hard work. There is no parking at all in connection with the residential area and schools, kindergartens.
We were only with an orthopedist and a traumatologist, since there are no such doctors in our clinic.
