We visited the traumatologist. Waiting in line is too long. It is necessary to put a device with coupons, which will help you navigate faster, because many people forget who they were in line for and this complicates the process.
Pleasant, friendly staff!
The administration is always ready to solve even the most difficult issues. And I would have continued to come here if I hadn't turned 18..!
I was at an appointment with a traumatologist with a child, we sat in line for 4 hours, for the reason that there are a lot of people already, so also all the medical staff of the polyclinic hold the children of their friends by the hand without queuing and do not respond to the objections of all those sitting in line! It is not clear where the administration of the polyclinic is looking....
We go to this clinic to see an orthopedist, the doctors are good and always give advice on how best the treatment method will be for the child, a lot of attention and useful information.
if you come without an appointment to a teenage office, then you are not considered as a person and a citizen at all. I stood in line all the way, they closed right in front of me. Otherwise, everything is the same as everywhere in Belarus, where the state intervenes. The therapists are very good - special thanks to them, as well as to the dentists.
When this clinic is already unloaded, there are so many children.. but apparently it's the same everywhere now. If you have a cold, it is easier to write a statement than to sit in line to get a certificate. In general, there are no questions specifically about this clinic.. In principle, all polyclinics are on the same level everywhere
The clinic where my children are being monitored. I can't say anything bad about the doctors. The pediatrician changes at the site, but the nurse is unchanged and it is always pleasant to communicate with her, office 232 (a young girl).
A good clinic is run only by experts in their field everything is done well and correctly sometimes there are flaws but in general it is very good here
the procedural nurse in traumatology did not put a cast in high quality, broke a finger, cast 2 and put nothing between them (a gasket), another week, and the fingers would have started to rot! It's a terrible job, where they train such people, I can't understand it.

Updated now it's a big store. Everything is there. I often buy food, I used to buy fish. You can find something that other stores don't have.
In order for doctors to start treating something, you need to know the diagnosis beforehand.
Example: a child coughs for a month, there is no temperature. The pediatrician will pass by itself.
We went to a paid doctor, prescribed an X-ray, it turned out that the lung pattern was already being compacted, and antibiotic treatment was needed
We treat another clinic where there is no traumatologist, but here, despite the density, everything is organized and clear, they generally treat us as "relatives".
Friendly staff, but there are not enough doctors to make an appointment with a neurologist or ophthalmologist, you need to call next month to make an appointment for the next one.
Why is there a store on the ground floor? To make Mom's eye twitch? Not every child will adequately accept a refusal to buy him something.
In general, the staff is very friendly.
I've been calling the reception all day and you just don't pick it up. It's one thing when a bunch of people call and I don't have time. They just don't raise it here. It's like there's no one at the reception at all.
The clinic is not bad, but the record is very long!
I don't know about other district doctors, but our doctor (A.N.Zhakova) and a nurse (Irina)The best of all!
There is no parking, you can't get through in the morning, the woman who carries the cards, is rude, kicked out of the elevator with a small child with the words "where are you going?" although you could have moved your point and climbed in
It's just disgusting. If your child has real health problems, it is easier to lie down and die (or go through everything for a fee for money) It is impossible to get anywhere. An appointment for a month ahead for an ECG!(And it's empty and quiet under the offices) Blood from a vein about the appointment! This is from the simplest. Bureaucratic bureaucracy.
