I was at the dental clinic with my child today... The child has swollen gums... They came urgently. The receptionist sent me to the 4th office. The tooth was treated by a young doctor Ekaterina! Such a good fellow!!! The child is always afraid to treat his teeth... And Catherine showed so much patience and persuasion. In the end, what is necessary is done! They gave me a sticker and a bonstick!!!

Young caring doctors with an off-scale level of involvement struck with their careful attitude to the child and the mother in despair. Careful and thorough examination, detailed explanation and repetition five times if I needed it. Before my eyes, the coordinated work of a real team unfolded, no one remained indifferent to our situation and everyone contributed: a surgeon, an intern, a nurse, a receptionist, and the head of the department. By the way, two mothers in the hallway took turns praising the surgeon so much that they couldn't wait to see what kind of a unique doctor he was. Now I won't even think about where to turn about the child's teeth. Just this way. If only this composition had been preserved for a long time and expanded by the same wonderful specialists.
I remember this dentistry from my childhood. Now my children visit her sometimes. I won't say that something has changed for the better, rather the opposite. There are no paid services, and there are not enough doctors..

Or at least put phone calls in a queue so that people do not squeeze the buttons on the phone, constantly dialing your number, but calmly wait for a connection with the operator.... It is very difficult to get through in the morning, because one employee answers the calls and gives coupons to those who came in person. The clinic is often empty, but you can't take a ticket.
