Svetlana Kim is one of the best teachers I have ever studied with. Her lessons are always interesting and full of useful information. Svetlana is able to explain complex things in simple language, which helps me to better assimilate the material. She always selects tasks that match my level and helps in difficult moments. Thanks to her lessons, I have significantly improved my knowledge of the German language. I especially like that we spend a lot of time on conversational practice. I have become more confident in speaking German and am no longer afraid to make mistakes. Svetlana always supports and motivates for further education. I highly recommend this school and this particular teacher

The organization is questionable. I bought 64 classes from them. Immediately from the first lessons it became clear that this was not a school, but just a consultation. The first two lessons were disrupted through their fault. I've been trying to get a refund for six months for services not rendered. They are being rude intelligently, not to find fault. I returned all the money through the court back in July. But I continue to monitor the activities of this "group". I met personally with 4 victims, among them both students and teachers.

They encouraged me to enroll in these courses after my reaction to their advertising in insta. When persuaded, there was an argument that they say that within a month if you don't like something, you can refuse and not pay. Although the payment to them came from Kaspi Bank (I made an installment plan). When they connected me to the group, it turned out that this was not the first lesson. And I wanted to start from scratch))) they organized classes for me and another student with another teacher to "catch up" with the group. After a few classes, I realized that online classes were not suitable for me. I turned to the manager who informed me to cancel my payment and return the money to Kaspi Bank, canceling the installment plan. Meanwhile, the bank has reached the payment deadline for my previous installment, to which the payment for Deutsch.kz
A week later (!) after a lot of correspondence, they finally gave me a link to the form, filling out which I was supposed to get the cancellation of the installment plan. After filling it out, the refund to the bank should have occurred within 14 business days. However, nothing happened on the 14th working day. I started writing again. I was sent a qr code that I scanned, not the entire amount was returned, but 75%. Thus, the cost of one month of training was deducted, although I studied for half a month.
I still have access to the whatsapp group and I see that the teacher has already joined there.

Scammers, I can't refund the money for the lessons they didn't spend. In fact, they are registered in Astana, apparently they screwed up earlier in Almaty, now the same scheme is in Astana. They don't have teachers, they borrow a couple, they don't pay them, they leave soon. then the baida begins with a refund, which they no longer have. Don't waste your time, go straight to court, as I did. and even better, don't mess with them initially.

It would be possible to put zero stars, I would put zero. I paid for an online course of individual lessons with a teacher. I immediately indicated that the deadlines are tight (1-1.5 months), individual classes are needed. I paid 72000 tenge for 16 classes (paid the invoice issued to Kaspi). When paying in writing via WhatsApp, they promised to refund the funds if I was not satisfied with the classes. As a result, they tried to find a teacher for me for a week. When I became indignant, they held one lesson. Then I asked to postpone one lesson (the voice was gone), it was simply canceled. Then classes began to be canceled right before the lesson (for an hour or two) on the initiative of the school. Then they reported that this teacher would not be able to teach classes, they would select the next one. I refused (the deadline was running out) and asked for a refund minus 1 lesson. I was promised a refund on the phone on the same day. Then a few days later they sent a refund form. The website states that the refund is made within 14 days. They expired yesterday, the money was not returned. Managers in WhatsApp stopped responding. And why? These are only packages of classes they are very good at, but they cannot organize the educational process normally. In general, I categorically do not recommend this institution. If you have even the slightest difficulties with the organization, they will most likely just score on you, having previously squeezed out payment.

I paid for 64 classes in advance for six months. The problems started a month later. They interrupted classes for 40 days, ostensibly to relocate the office. In fact, they moved out of the address indicated here, removed from 2 gis, but where they moved to is a sealed secret. They began to hold classes in the coworking room. But there were certain difficulties with entering/exiting there. I had to switch to online. They asked to change teachers in October. And everything. Silence. Two months have passed. They dismiss it with a boilerplate answer: wait. And how much longer to wait is not clear. During this time, in other courses, we would have already risen one level, but here we stand still. I don't recommend it. Look for other German courses

I propose to write a collective complaint against this school. Chickens are completely not satisfied. 6 teachers have changed in 7 months. I paid for the courses in installments, I thought it was a good school, but no. The contract says that the installment plan is not canceled and the funds are not refunded.

They don't respond to messages on time. They said that the hourly payment for teachers was one, two weeks later they said the amount was 1.5 less, explaining allegedly that their tariffs had changed.

It's very nice to hang noodles on your ears. I do not advise anyone to contact here — neither teachers nor potential students (the people I taught had been waiting for a teacher for 1.5 months before me, so I assume that they are deceiving not only teachers).
